Celtic midfielder Kris Commons could be back in action for the Scottish Premiership clash against Ross County at Celtic Park on Saturday.
The 32-year-old has returned to training following the recent hamstring problem that kept him out of the last five matches.
Commons also suffered a recent throat infection but is expected to play some part as Celtic look to stretch their lead at the top of the table ahead of Aberdeen's match with Inverness CT on Monday.
Charlie Mulgrew came through last weekend's Scottish Cup win over East Kilbride unscathed, but defender Jozo Simunovic is again absent and not expected to play for around a month.
Full-back Saidy Janko has returned to training having not played since early October, but he is not expected to return to action for another few weeks.
Ross County boss Jim McIntyre, who saw his side lose 3-0 at home to Hearts in midweek, has an unchanged squad for the trip to Glasgow.
Forward Craig Curran remains sidelined due to a long-term concussion while defender Scott Boyd misses out with a calf problem.
But on-loan Aberdeen striker David Goodwillie is likely to figure after playing for almost an hour against the Jambos in Dingwall.
