Full Time. That's all over. Chelsea secure third spot while David Moyes' Everton reign ends in defeat.
Chance! Baines crosses from the left and Jelavic is there with the header from close range but it is straight at Cech who saves.
Chance! Pienaar shoots and it deflects to Jelavic in the left channel. He is clear but can only shoot tamely at Cech. Great opportunity really. It's not happening for him.
Lampard looks to be in on goal after a lofted pass by Mata but he just misjudges the bounce and allows it to run through to Howard.
Chelsea get their reward but Jelavic must be disappointed after missing his chance just prior to that. The home side on the attack again now.
Oscar crosses from the right to find Moses unmarked in the centre. The substitute shows great composure to nod down into the path of Torres who lashes the ball past Howard at his near post for his first Premier League goal since December.
Chance! Ivanovic ambitiously attempts to chest the ball allowing Baines to nip in and square for the unmarked Jelavic. The striker is stretching and diverts the shot wide. Huge let-off for Chelsea and Ivanovic.
Ake wins the ball and Mata breaks. He finds Ba but the striker cannot quite find the Spaniard with the return ball.
It results in a rare Everton attack but Pienaar makes a strange decision to cut the ball back when well placed inside the Chelsea box.
It is all Chelsea now. Cole has the chance to turn the ball home at the near post but gets the flick wrong.
Chance! Luiz takes it and fires it low under the wall. Cahill collects the loose ball but Jagielka does brilliantly to block.
Oscar loses out to Pienaar but the Brazilian tracks back well to disposses the Everton man bearing down on goal.
Chance! Jagielka with an awful pass that goes straight to Ba but Distin does brilliantly to block the Chelsea forward's goalbound shot.
Chance! Ball falls to Ivanovic just 14 yards out in a central position. No pressure but he blasts over.
Chelsea win a corner but then waste it by taking it short. Everton break but Fellaini shoots straight at Cech from a narrow angle.
Good possession from Everton ends with a Fellaini slip that allows Oscar to run one-on-one at Distin. You'd think he'd fancy that but the Brazilian gets forced wide before firing off a tame shot wide of the goal.
Half Time. That's 1-1 at the break. Entertaining game with lots of chances but Mata and Naismith are the only ones to net so far. Chelsea still have work to do to secure third.
Fine run by Torres as he squeezes through a gap between Distin and Fellaini before going down but the referee gives nothing. The Chelsea striker now has blood running down his face so he's looking a little bemused.
Chance! Lampard skews his effort wide after a nice lay-off by Ba. In a central position, he usually puts those away even on his left foot.
Chance! More superb play from Everton as Mirallas plays in Pienaar down the left. Pienaar then plays a one-two with Anichebe inside the area and measures his effort from close range but it ricochets off the back of Luiz for a corner.
Gareth says: "Hi Adam, I'm a Chelsea fan in sunny South Wales. I think Chelsea will win 3-1. I think we missed out on bringing Moyes to the Bridge. That's why Mourinho is coming. Still not a bad option though. Come on the Chelsea."
Chance! Pienaar curls just over the bar from the edge of the area from Naismith's lay-off. That was so close to the top corner.
Pienaar is the man over on the left and he is only about 20 yards out. But his touch is poor and Ivanovic is able to recover.
Two penalty shouts in quick succession as Torres then Oscar go down in the area. Not much in either of them to be honest.
Chance! Gibson does well on the right and then stands the cross up to the back post. Mirallas just needs to sidefoot volley home but it is a timid effort that he mistimes and Cech claims.
Ba in that right channel again where he can be so dangerous and while he gets the shot past Jagielka it is over the bar.
Anichebe got a nudge in the back there from Luiz but nothing given. Quite a battle between those two.
Ake with the shot after great work by Luiz to storm down the right wing from the centre-back position. But the youngster fired over left-footed from the resultant chance.
Anichebe twice fails to hold the ball up. He will need to do a little better than that if Everton are to keep enjoying themselves here.
Then Fellaini loses possession and Torres is away but Distin catches him up and shows good strength to win it back.
Fellaini pulls off the far post and puts a header back into the box but Chelsea clear. Everton camped in the Chelsea half.
It is an open game and Everton are enjoying plenty of the ball. They seem to have more energy than the hosts which is understandable after the midweek exertions.
Yet another Gibson shot but this one is a little weak and straight at Cech so he deals with this a lot better.
Chance! Ivanovic gets down the right wing and cuts back inside. He puts in a superb cross with the outside of his right boot but Torres heads wide.
Chance! Everton take the corner short and engineer space for Gibson on the edge of the box. His shot is deflected and Cech seems to think it is going wide but instead it bounces off the post back onto his head and off the post again! Bizarre stuff but Chelsea escape.
Luiz miscontrols an interception and Naismith nips ahead of him. The ball comes to Anichebe and the big striker plays a clever reverse pass back to Naismith who runs clear on goal. Cech comes out to narrow the angle and the Everton man dinks it over him left-footed into the right corner. Neat finish.
Mata finds Ba with a cross from the left. Distin had slipped so the forward had more time than he realised but as it is he just diverts the ball well wide of the near post..
Chance! Gibson plays a fine ball in behind Torres to find the advancing Coleman from right-back. The Irishman is near the byline and picks out Naismith rather than just crossing. But the Scot curls his first-time shot just wide of the far top corner.
Leisurely start from Chelsea so they'll welcome that gift. Should allay concerns about relinquishing third spot today.
Ba gets away down the right channel and tries an optimistic shot. It is low and straight at Howard but the Everton keeper makes a real mess of it. He palms the ball out to Mata who had gambled unmarked and the Spaniard just slots it home right-footed.
Chance! Naismith slips allowing Oscar to drive forward. he is crowded out by Fellaini but his backpass to Jagielka is wayward and Ba has the opportunity to shoot but blasts the ball over the bar.
Thanks for all your feedback. The players are out on the field and we will be underway very shortly.
"It's Sam from London here, I hope to see Chelsea end once again an eventful season on a high. I fully respect what Benitez has done for Chelsea. 2-1 to Chelsea I say, Torres and Lampard, with Pienaar for Everton. Thanks."
Bobby Tambling on the pitch to present Frank Lampard with a golden boot for breaking his record as Chelsea's all-time top goalscorer. Warm reception for both men as you'd expect.
Cian: "Hey, very unusual to see two managers go head-to-head then leave straight after. Moyes will definitely take Baines and possibly Fellaini but I think Chelsea will hammer them today after that Europa League final. I'm going 4-1 Chelsea!"
Ben: "I'm a Chelsea fan and I hope we give Rafa the send-off he deserves. He's done his job and that is why I am ashamed of the fellow Chelsea fans that have made life difficult for him. Nice to see Ake playing and I'd like to see Marin have a runout.. Ba and Torres play together as well. It's about time. 2-1 to Chelsea is my prediction. Cahill, Ba and Pienaar. Cheers."
It's been a long old season for Chelsea. This match will be their 69th game of the season in all competitions. In comparison, this will be Everton's 45th.
"Hi Adam, my name is Timmy Sheehan. I am a Chelsea fan from Cork in Ireland and I think Lamps will add to his goal tally again today with Chelsea wining 3-1 in Rafa's final game. I am impressed with his team selection for the first time today since he took over from Robbie."
I love a specific prediction: "This is Stewart MacLaren from a warm & windy Torrevieja in Spain saying that Everton will draw 2-2 with Chelsea at Stamford Bridge this afternoon with good goals from Marouane Fellaini & Victor Anichebe."
Steven Pienaar has scored in the opening five minutes in both of the last two games between Everton and Chelsea in the Premier League. He is 16/1 to net the opener with Sky Bet.
Simon: "If Bill Kenwrights got any sense he'll be having a chat to Mr Benitez about the managerial vacancy while he's down there. Proven track record, Champions League winner, I think he's the man to move the club on to the next level rather than appointing a young manager or someone untested at this level."
Moyes has a habit of ending the season well though. Everton have won their last five Premier League games played on the final day of the season, including a 1-0 home win against Chelsea in 2011.
Benitez looks to be ending his stay on a high. Not only has he won the Europa League but Chelsea go into this game unbeaten in seven Premier League matches. That's their longest such run under the interim boss.
Henry: "Hi Adam, I'm emailing from Salisbury and hope Moyes' last game will be a 2-1 Everton win courtesy of a Mirallas solo goal and a Jelavic tap in with Oscar scoring for Chelsea. Do it for Moyes!!!"
In contrast, Chelsea have won the most points in games between the top six sides in the Premier League table this season.
Since the start of 2011, Everton have collected just four points (D4 L7) from the 11 Premier League away games against the current top five in the table.
In fact, Everton have a poor record against the top sides on their travels. Something David Moyes will want to address on a personal level when he moves to Manchester United.
Everton don't have a great record away from Goodison Park in this fixture. They have won only one of their previous 20 Premier League trips to Stamford Bridge.
Simon: "Starting with Naismith and leaving out Ross Barkley is a joke. We know no more about any of our young players now than we did this time last year. For a manager who supposedly gives youngsters a chance, Moyes hasn't given Velios or Barkley much of a shot at the Premier League yet."
Paul: "Chelsea will go out with a whimper. Moyes Boys to pull off a 0-1 surprise with a Baines free-kick special."
Chelsea: Cech, Ivanovic, Cahill, Luiz, Cole, Ake, Lampard, Mata, Oscar, Torres, Ba. Subs: Turnbull, Azpilicueta, Ferreira, Christensen, Marin, Benayoun, Moses.
Everton: Howard, Coleman, Baines, Jagielka, Distin, Gibson, Fellaini, Pienaar, Mirallas, Naismith, Anichebe. Subs: Mucha, Hibbert, Heitinga, Oviedo, Jelavic, Barkley, Duffy.
That could be a decent price for the draw given that six of the last 12 Premier League meetings between these two sides have ended all-square with Everton and Chelsea securing three wins apiece.
Our friends at Sky Bet have the odds for this one and make Chelsea the 7/10 favourites with Everton as the 4/1 underdogs. The draw is available at 14/5.
"I'm André Lee, a Chelsea fan in Mauritius. I think no matter the score line Rafa deserves a special farewell treatment. After Europa triumph in midweek though not having the full support at the Bridge, Rafa would say: 'Within half a season of my reign at the Bridge, I have given you the Europa League and Champion League qualification. What's more again the Prodigal Son is coming back to you at the Bridge while I'm leaving'."
Any thoughts on the game and indeed what the future holds for these two teams or managers then please feel free to get in touch by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or on Twitter @GhostGoal.
Everton are certain of finishing sixth this season so this occasion is more about saying a final farewell to David Moyes who leaves to take over at Manchester United at the end of the campaign.
Chelsea need a win here in Rafael Benitez's final game in charge to be certain of finishing above Arsenal in third place. That's quite important as it means going straight into the group stages of next season's UEFA Champions League.
