Two horrible Ivanovic errors give Swansea a huge advantage in their Capital One Cup semi-final with Chelsea after a 2-0 first-leg win at Stamford Bridge. Michu and Graham score the goals for Swansea while Chelsea will point to the penalty claim which saw Ba booked for diving in an incredibly dramatic injury time. But the European champions will now have to overcome two away goals in the second leg. Stay with us for all the post-match reaction.
Ba thinks he has pulled one back for Chelsea from Lampard's pass but he is offside. What a finish to this game.
It is another howler from Ivanovic, who plays a blind back-pass which Graham pounces on. The striker rounds Turnbull and despite, almost falling over the ball, finishes into the back of the net. Swansea are in dreamland after almost giving away a penalty.
Ba is booked for diving. He rushed onto a through ball and seemed to beat Tremmel to the ball. But both players miss it and go down in the penalty area. That could have been a penalty.
De Guzman and Hernandez are not on the same wavelength as the latter hits a forward ball to a non-existent run.
Ba has already made more of an impact than Torres. Benitez could come under pressure for his decision making and he will have to explain his selection in his post-match interviews.
Ba wins another header on the edge of the six-yard box but this time nods wide from Marin's cross from the right. It was not an easy chance.
Ivanovic floats a ball into the penalty area and Ba beats Williams in the air. But his header is straight at Tremmel.
That points is underlined as Luiz takes on a speculative long-ranger to show his frustration and blasts a long way over the crossbar.
Chelsea are beginning to look like they have run out of ideas. They have lacked any threat in wide areas and their crossing has been poor.
Chelsea make another change as Marin comes on for Oscar. Swansea replace goalscorer Michu with Graham.
But Swansea also look a bit of a threat on the break. Michu finds Rangel in a very advanced position but the full-back is offside.
This is getting to be a nervy time for Swansea. If they can hang on, they would take a very important goal advantage back to the Liberty Stadium for the second leg. It is also an away goal.
Chico is left in a heap off the field after Cole had a little bit of a nibble at the centre-back's legs when competing for a ball at the byline.
Michu rolls the ball into the back of the net but Turnbull had stopped, because the offside flag was raised. It was tight but replays show Ivanovic stepped up just at the right time.
Tremmel looks a little uncertain when dealing with a fierce Oscar ball from the right but does his job.
Chelsea's lack of natural width has been exposed tonight. They do not have out-and-out wingers and have struggled to go through the middle of a very compact Swansea.
Rangel is a little disappointed he is not released earlier down the right having held his run before straying offside. These are a few good minutes for Swansea.
But Chelsea do not clear very far and Swansea win a free-kick on the right this time. Williams is taken by shock as the ball comes through to him from De Guzman's set-piece and it deflects off the centre-back into the hands of Turnbull.
Intelligent play from Michu as he wins a free-kick when going to ground from slight contact from Ivanovic wide on the left. De Guzman's free-kick is headed by Luiz and then cleared by Azpilicueta.
'Super Frank' chants ring around Stamford Bridge. Guess who Chelsea are getting ready to bring on? Lampard has taken off his tracksuit top and is receiving instructions from Benitez.
Mata's free-kick is very poor. He got it all wrong, with too much height and power. When attempting to curl a cross into the box, he hits it out for a goal-kick.
This time there are ironic cheers around Stamford Bridge as Davies gives away a free-kick close to the penalty area for pulling back Hazard.
Azpilicueta thinks Davies has handled the ball when defending for a corner. The corner is cleared by Swansea and then Ramires scuffs his follow-up attempt.
Hazard thinks he is fouled 20 yards from goal when latching on to a long pass. Rangel got himself in between ball and player and knew what he was doing but the match officials wave play on.
Huge applause around Stamford Bridge as Lampard warms up on the touchline. Chelsea fans are desperate for the veteran midfielder to be given a new contract.
Mata drifts an aerial pass towards Torres in the penalty area. Torres attempts to control the ball on his chest but he is surrounded by Swansea defenders.
Corner to Chelsea on the right as Azpilicueta's cross is headed out by Davies. Tremmel comes off his line for the corner and gets a vital hand to the ball to prevent it reaching Ivanovic.
Swansea can surely not afford to keep dropping off Chelsea. The home team have had 76 per cent of the second-half possession.
Good save from Tremmel as Luiz, who has been Chelsea's best player, arrives late on the edge of the box to hit a first-time effort. It is straight at Tremmel but he still does well to keep hold of the ball.
Torres has room to cross from the right. But his first effort is low and aimless and his second effort is a straightforward catch at head height for Tremmel.
Luiz takes on the shot from the set-piece. It is 35 yards from goal but he keeps this effort down and it swerves just wide of the far post. Tremmel had it covered.
De Guzman gives away a free-kick within shooting distance for Chelsea after pulling the arm of Luiz.
Michu is understandably not short on confidence. From a deep Routledge cross, he attempts a bicycle kick but volleys high over the crossbar.
Luiz attempts to back-heel to Hazard when playing a one-two but does not get a true connection and gives the ball back to Swansea.
Swansea will be delighted with the start to the second half. They have not been under any real pressure despite not having much of the ball. A Hazard shot deflects wide of the target off Mata.
Chelsea captain Cole is in an advanced position from left-back and manages to dig out a cross. But it goes harmlessly behind the goal.
Luiz takes on the shot from the free-kick close to the right corner of Swansea's penalty area. But he does not get enough dip on the ball and sends it over the crossbar.
Torres thinks he is away down the left but he is at least two or three yards offside and the flag is raised.
Not the best of starts from Chelsea as Turnbull punts a long ball straight out of play for a throw-in.
Adam Dack says: 'Why is it every time Chelsea go forward Torres is running to the corner flag? Must be time for Ba soon.'
Peter Lee says: 'Another night of poor team selection from Benitez, get him out. Dropping Ba for Torres is a disgrace as the Spaniard should be wrote off as a complete loss and allowed to leave in the transfer window. As for how Lampard is being treated just shows how detached Abramovich and the board are from reality.'
Rohaan Mohanty says: 'Michu is the best buy of the season. What a deal! Same as Sol Campbell and Henry to Arsenal!!'
Michu's goal - a potentially vital away goal - gives Swansea a surprise 1-0 lead at the break. Chelsea had dominated without creating that many genuine goalscoring chances. But Ivanovic's mistake gifted Michu his chance and the striker duly netted his 16th of the season against the run of play.

Ivanovic attempts to make up for his previous error but his 25-yard effort from a central position is tipped around a post by Tremmel.
After a couple of shoulder charges, Hernandez takes a swipe at the shins of Oscar and gives away a foul.
Nice feet from Cahill on the left wing as the centre-back uses a Cruyff turn to beat two Swansea players.
It is a gift from Chelsea. In space on the edge of his own box, Ivanovic gets himself in a mess and mis-controls the ball. De Guzman is on him in a flash and snatches possession before rolling a pass to Michi. The striker has hardly been in the game but only needs on chance to curl a wonderful effort around Turnbull from 18 yards with the outside of his boot and inside the near post.
Chico is a little lucky not to give away a foul on the edge of his own box when challenging Ramires.
Chelsea move up the field and Luiz is the latest player to try his luck from range. He scuffs his 25-yarder and it rolls wide of the far post.
Swansea pass the ball among their defenders before building forward on the left. Hernandez tries to spin Ivanovic on the edge of the Chelsea box but loses the ball. Hernandez thought he was fouled.
A terrible first touch from Ramires gifts Swansea the ball and they build an attack down the right. A long pass is headed clear by Cahill for a throw-in.
Chelsea have cranked up the pressure over the last couple of minutes and Swansea are living a little dangerously.
Luiz threads a superb pass into the box and Oscar is competing to get a touch on the ball in the penalty area before Swansea clear
Torres gets behind the Swansea defence down the right and rolls a slightly deflected crossed path towards Mata. But excellent goalkeeping from Tremmel sees the Swansea shot-stopper come off his line to slide and gather the ball before Mata.
Another great piece of inspiration creates a chance for Mata. Oscar's lovely back-heeled flick finds the Spaniard but he drags his shot across goal and wide of the far post when on the run in the 18-yard box.
The times when Chelsea have looked like opening up Swansea have been when a player - such as Oscar, Mata or Hazard - has taken a chance and run at the defence or from corners.
A low Davies cross from the left is controlled by Michu inside the penalty area with his back to goal. But Ivanovic sticks in a foot to poke the ball away.

From Chelsea's third corner of the game, Oscar finds the head of Cahill and the centre-back heads over the crossbar. Chelsea are having a bit of joy from corners.

Cahill follows Azpilicueta's lead and strides forward with the ball before unleashing a long-ranger with his right foot. It sails well wide of the goal.
Azpilicueta does very well to tackle Routledge on the edge of the Swansea box. The right-back then takes on a shot but drags it wide from 25 yards.
Chelsea are finding it hard to break down Swansea's wall of defenders and two holding midfielders - Britton and Ki.
Swansea build up down the left from the free-kick and keep the pressure on Chelsea. A low, long-range effort from Michu is collected at the second attempt by Turnbull.
Free-kick to Swansea close to the halfway line after Azpilicueta raises his boot against Davies when challenging for a long ball from Tremmel.
Not sure if Michu has touched the ball so far. Swansea are dropping very deep and aiming to frustrate Chelsea. It will be a tiring night for the visitors if they continue to have to chase the ball.
Routledge carries the ball down the left for Swansea and manages a cross when under pressure. But it bounces through softly to Turnbull at the near post.
Mata fires a cross into the box towards Hazard. But Rangel can volley clear. Mata has scored twice and assisted four goals in just four League Cup appearances.
Luiz has seen a lot of the ball in the first quarter-of-an-hour. He is clearly far better suited to a central midfield role rather than in defence.
The first half action areas in these opening minutes have seen 38 per cent of the game played in and around the Swansea penalty area.
Swansea, though, do manage to advance out of their half and Britton plays the ball to the right with a superbly spotted pass to De Guzman. Unfortunately for Swansea, De Guzman had strayed offside.
Swansea are beginning to have to soak up a lot of pressure. They are giving Chelsea too much room in midfield.
Excellent move from Chelsea. Luiz carries the ball into the Swansea half and Hazard and Oscar exchange two one-touch passes. Ramires has the ball at his feet inside the box but tries one turn too many before shooting and is closed down by a sea of Swansea defenders.
Chelsea are settling into the game. After picking up the ball from a good flick by Hazard, Torres turns and shoots over the crossbar from 25 yards.
Another corner to Chelsea, this time on the left. Hazard takes this set-piece and Torres flicks on. Luiz keeps the ball in play at the back post but it is an easy collection for Tremmel.
Replays show Ki was pulling the arm of Luiz when they were challenging for Mata's corner. That could easily have been a penalty. Cahill heads a Torres cross over the bar.
Corner to Chelsea after Oscar holds off Davies and forces Williams to clear at the near post. Mata's delivery is just too high for Luiz.
Luiz looks up early and tries to pick out the run of Torres down the inside left channel. But the ball does not quite find its target.

Chelsea, though, now have period of possession before Cole is tackled and it is a throw-in to the home team on the left.
All a bit scrappy in these very early exchanges. Neither side is managing to get a foot on the ball and they are giving away possession.
Now it is a free-kick to Chelsea inside the Swansea half after Oscar is pulled down by Ki. Mata's set-piece ultimately rolls through to Tremmel.
