Hazard again but Adrian gets down and clings on with Ba waiting to pounce. Is that Chelsea's last chance?
Ba hits the post from close range - then Hazard jinks his way into the area but his effort is too high.
Jose Mourinho is furious - but O'Brien looks genuinely hurt here and heads off for further treatment. Taylor drops into the back three - and is straight into the fray.
O'Brien goes down with a shoulder injury in the West Ham area but play goes on. He receives lengthy treatment after a tangle with Cahill.
Chelsea lining up pot-shots but it's Matic who sees his effort deflected behind for a tenth corner which is defended well.
Lampard looks certain to score but again Taylor throws himself in the way to deny the former West Ham midfielder.
Ramires eases Downing off the ball and concedes a free-kick. Downing himself takes but Tomkins fouls Terry.
O'Brien centres but Chelsea break clear with Willian. He finds Ivanovic - now at left back - but the defender's cross floats well over.

We're into first half stoppage time now as Ivanovic forces another corner. Terry can't get on the end of it this time as Downing brings it clear.
Demel scrambles the ball away for a corner with Eto'o just looking to pounce. Willian takes as the pushing and shoving in the Hammers' box intensifies. Carroll is first to the ball to clear the visitors' lines.
Long punt from Cech finds Hazard. Good trickery by Eto'o forces a corner off Tomkins which Willian takes. Terry gets a header in which is blocked by Adrian's right boot. good reaction by the Spaniard.
Good defending again by the visitors as Hazard looks to find a way through. The ball breaks back to him but his curler is straight at Adrian.
Corner conceded needlessly by Cahill. Downing delivers but it's a poor centre. What a wasted opportunity.
Chelsea's build-up play has been a bit ponderous so far allowing the Hammers to get bodies behind the ball. The visitors have been given a pretty comfortable ride so far.
Oscar strikes one but it drifts wide of Adrian's right-hand post. Decent effort by the little Brazilian.
Looks like Diame may have to come off. He appears to be struggling with a twisted ankle. Matt Jarvis is coming on for him.

The corner comes to nothing but Chelsea are soon back on the attack with Oscar who tees up Mikel but his effort is harmless.
Ramires caught by Diame's trailing leg. Willian takes the free-kick but it's flicked behind by O'Brien for a corner.
Oscar finds space but Collins concedes the corner. The ball reaches Ramires but his centre is too deep and sails harmlessly behind.
Good direct attack by Chelsea as Ivanovic finds Hazard but Eto'o is unable to keep his effort down under challenge by Tomkins.
This has been a super start by the visitors. Sam Allardyce will be delighted with the efforts of his team so far.
Free-kick conceded by Cahill who wrestles Diame to the ground. Downing takes and finds the head of Tomkins but Cech is able to dive to his right and turn the ball around the post off Noble.
Great save by Adrian to deny Oscar's curler. That was heading for the top corner. Superb stretch by the Hammers keeper to deny the Brazilian.
The Hammers are looking pretty comfortable at the moment and are containing their hosts. Diame advances but goes down. Nothing doing says referee Neil Swarbrick.
Carroll goes down under a challenge from Azpilicueta just six yards from goal. Strong shout for a Hammers penalty. There was definitely contact. Lucky escape for the Blues.
Carroll drops deep to receive the ball and Demel looks to advance but Willian is back to cover any danger.
Azpilicueta charges forward and looks to cross but it's blocked for a corner which comes to nothing. Poor delivery by Willian.
O'Brien's throw is flicked on by Carroll and is cleared by Cahill - but at the expense of a Hammers corner which is nodded away by Oscar.

John Terry has been speaking about his former teammate Juan Mata in the match programme and is wishing the Spaniard well at Old Trafford. Terry said: "We were all sad to see Juan leave at the end of last week. No surprise that Sky Bet make Chelsea strong favourites to win tonight. They are 1/6 to beat their London rivals while you can get 14/1 on a West Ham victory. The draw is priced at 13/2.
First comments coming in and Joe from Ilford says: "I think Chelsea have a comfortable win over the Hammers, winning 4-0 with Lampard getting 2 and Hazard and Ocar getting a goal each."
Petr Cech has also been speaking to Sky Sports and said: "We know Arsenal dropped two points yesterday and we want to take advantage. Next game we play is Man City and we want to be in a good position for that match."
Stewart Downing has been speaking to Sky Sports ahead of the game and is confident the Hammers can get a result - if they put away the sort of chances they were creating earlier in the season.
