Chesterfield boss Lee Richardson could hand a debut to Lewis Montrose when they host struggling Barnet at Saltergate.
The 20-year-old midfielder, who joined from Wigan on a loan deal until the rest of the season this week, could be thrust straight into Richardson's starting XI.
The Spireites boss has the luxury of an injury-free squad to select from as his 13th-placed side look to continue their push up the table.
Senior players Rob Page, Paul Harsley and Kevin Austin all came through a behind-closed-doors friendly at Doncaster on Tuesday to add to Richardson's options.
But with the side winning three of their last four games, a recall for the trio is unlikely with the out-of-favour Page and Harsley also recently being made available for loan.
Barnet caretaker manager Ian Hendon has Mark Hughes and Kenny Gillet available ahead of their trip.
Gillet returned to the squad following a four-game suspension for last weekend's win over Bradford but only made the bench as the Bees ran out 4-1 winners.
Former Chester midfielder Hughes, who joined the club in January, will also come back into contention for the clash after serving a one-match ban, although Nicky Deverdics could retain his place in the side.
But Hendon will be without defender Jeremy de Magalhaes, who was sent to Lilleshall this week to recover from his knee injury, while on-loan Abu Ogogo has returned to parent club Arsenal for treatment on a stomach injury and will be out for three weeks.
