Colchester manager John McGreal could be boosted by the return of Ryan Inniss and Tom Lapslie for Saturday's League Two clash with Swindon.
Defender Inniss has been sidelined since the end of February by a knee problem, while midfielder Lapslie has missed the last four games with a hamstring injury, but both are back in contention.
However, Brennan Dickenson, who has not played since March 30, is still out with a dead leg. The U's head into the game having lost their last three to slip to 11th place in the table.
Swindon boss Phil Brown could call upon striker Kaiyne Woolery once again after his return to training. Woolery sat out last weekend's 1-0 home defeat by Grimsby, which ended the club's hopes of making the play-offs, but returned to training on Wednesday.
Rollin Menayesse is also available after completing a one-match ban following his red card at Newport on April 14. However, fellow defender Olly Lancashire remains a doubt with a calf problem as Brown, who made six changes last weekend, attempts to end a run of seven games without a win.
Colchester are winless in their last five home games against Swindon in all competitions (D1 L4) - they had won the previous four such meetings between the two sides.
Each of the last five games in this fixture has seen both sides find the net, with 19 goals scored in total (Colchester nine and Swindon 10).
Colchester have lost three consecutive league games for the first time since November 2016 - the last time the U's endured a longer run of defeats in the Football League came back in December 2015 (run of nine consecutive defeats in League One).
Swindon have now gone seven League Two games without a victory (D4 L3) - Morecambe are the only side currently on a longer wait for a win in the division (eight games).
