John Still's side have won their last five games at home before sealing the last play-off berth with a 2-0 win at relegated Darlington in the last game of the regular season.
Still will be hoping it is third time lucky as a manager in the play-offs - he reached two play-off semi-finals as Barnet boss but lost out to Colchester and Peterborough.
The Daggers will also be wary of the threat of Morecambe, who beat them 1-0 at home on 24th April.
