England 0 Honduras 0. The game ends goalless. Two draws in Miami for the Three Lions. Not what they would have been hoping for, but they now head for Brazil and the challenges which await them there. World Cup fever can now begin, but how will England fare? We are about to find out.
Barkley looking for a yard 25 yards out. He finds one, but sees a shot deflected on its way through. No power on it by the time it reaches Valladares. Final few seconds run down as Honduras win a throw.
Martinez slides a pass towards Najar, who is well forward. Cahill able to step across and see out the danger. England look for Sturridge, but Figueroa cuts out the pass. He shoots from inside his own half, but loops the ball into the hands of Forster.
Frustration in the stands boiling over as well. A drink was thrown at Sturridge as he reflected on that failed cross moments ago. Back in the present and Barkley fails to beat his man. Honduras keep breaking things up in and around their box.
Sturridge to the by-line, but works the ball onto his right foot. He can't dig out a cross. Honduras making yet another change late on. Mario Martinez sent on in place of Izaguirre.
Barkley into the path of Wilshere down the left channel. He forces the ball square, but Lallana can't get there quickly enough and Valladares is able to dive at his feet.
England haven't been able to work Valladares nearly enough tonight. He showed early on that he struggles to keep hold of the ball, but any shots from distance have been off target. Not the case for Izaguirre here as he drills into Celtic team-mate Forster from a long way out.
Keepy-uppy from Barkley 25 yards out, but the ball won't come down for him. Sturridge takes over, but finds no space. Lampard goes out to Baines. Back inside to Cahill. He fires a pass into Lambert, which he can do little with as the ball almost knocks him off his feet.
Claros with a loose pass which slips put of play. Honduras can make another change. Juan Carlos Garcia sent on in place of Espinoza. A defender on for a midfielder. Honduras looking to hold what they have.
Cahill with a brave block on the edge of his box. Jerry Palacios gathers for Honduras. Everything behind him and the ball ends up all the way back at Valladares.
Lampard's first touch finds Lallana. He has Johnson to his right. Wilshere then skips through midfield, but runs into trouble on the edge of the box. Three blue shirts there to block his path.
Throw to Honduras that they are in no hurry to take. Referee forces them back some 10 yards, further delaying matters. The ball ends up running through to the feet of Forster. He clears long.
Another change by England, with Lampard sent into their midfield in place of Henderson. Hodgson on the touchline scratching his head, and well he might.
Bernardez now down. Honduras may be playing the clock slightly now. A few tired legs out there. Bernardez was bundled over by his own man, Claros.
Najar slips past a couple of challenges. A long ball is then fed from left to right for Jerry Palacios to chase. It has too much on it and skids behind for a goal kick. England find Sturridge on their left. He goes past Wilson Palacios and goes to ground just inside the box. Waved back to his feet.
Barkley with Henderson to his right. He takes a touch to set himself 25 yards out before pulling the trigger. His shot is never on target and fizzes harmlessly wide. Honduras now struggling to keep the ball for any length of time.
Sturridge has dropped a little deeper, allowing Lambert to go up top. Barkley out to the left. Johnson still on the right and finding Henderson. He clips a hopeful ball into the box, but never got his head up and only finds the hands of Valladares.
Jagielka bundled into by Jerry Palacios. Forster gets a touch as a shot is taken after the whistle is blown. He is now to be joined on the field by Lambert, with Welbeck making his way off.
Honduras coach Luis Suarez - not that one - looking pretty pleased with himself. If things stay as they are, this will set his side up nicely for a trip to Brazil.
Wilson Palacios down. Yellow card out for Baines. He's not happy with that decision. Baines slid in to try and block a clearance and may have caught the toe of Palacios as he brought his boot back down. No intent, so a harsh decision.
Gerrard passed the armband to Hart at the interval, and he has now given it to Jagielka. He is quick to urge one final push from those around him. Barkley looking to provide a spark, and is felled by Jerry Palacios.
Bengston will now make his way from the field, to be replaced by Jerry Palacios. England also make a change, with Forster taking over from Hart between the sticks.
Bengston went down during the build-up to that move, and he will require treatment. He is holding his calf. Opportunity to take on liquid as the physios come on.
Honduras can't get out. England looking to pick the lock. Space for Johnson on the right. Great delivery onto the head of Sturridge six yards out. Somehow he plants a free header high over the top. Not even close.
Johnson pushed well forward, and staying there now. He plays inside, and the ball is worked left. Honduras with 10 men within 35 yards of their own goal. No way through for England.
England pegged back inside their own half. Honduras happy to slow things down. A goalless draw was always going to be a good result for them - even more so now that they are down to 10 men.
Cards coming thick and fast. Cahill comes crashing through the back of Bengston as he challenges for a high clearance and has no complaints with the caution.
Costly making way for Delgado. Honduras' approach won't change as they have pulled everyone back when defending anyway. They will now sit even deeper, I imagine.
Lallana down the middle, but with his back to goal. He has to try and control and spin in one movement. He can't and the ball slips through to Vallarares.
Johnson inside off the right. He can't shoot or cross. Izaguirre gathers and clears off Lallana for a throw. Surely England have to step things up now and ensure that they see off 10 men!
Baines is fine. He competed for a chipped pass and Beckeles was never getting there. Again, no need for him to commit to the challenge and risk being sent off. Daft decision. He is making his way slowly from the field.
England playing across their back four. Henderson drops in to get involved. Honduras with everyone behind the ball. As it is fed wide to the left, Beckeles catches Baines with a high arm. Second yellow and he is off.
Lallana lays off to Henderson. He has Sturridge moving out to the right. He finds Johnson inside, but a heavy touch 20 yards out results in him felling Claros and conceding a free-kick. Still not looking good for Johnson, he has been poor again.
Wilshere drifts past one challenge, but Lallana can't complete a one-two. Honduras unable to counter as Wilshere concedes a free-kick. Figueroa takes it short, before going long through to Hart.
Free-kick 35 yards out, left of centre. Bernardez opts for power over placement. His well-struck drive flashes narrowly wide of the post with Hart rooted to the spot.
Lallana next into the book as Espinoza is too quick for him and nips in before being caught by a high boot.
Chavez won't continue. He trudges off to make way for Najar. No point taking any fitness gambles at this stage. An attacking change, though, by Honduras.
Wilshere over to the sidelines to speak with Gary Neville. Players taking the opportunity to get some fluids on board. Hodgson getting some instructions over to Barkley. Chavez back on his feet.
Pinball inside the Honduras box, but neither Lallana nor Welbeck can force the ball over the line. Welbeck stabs an effort into the legs of Valladares. Chavez now down. Break in play.
Claros moves the ball out to Beckeles, and then gets it back. Sun is back out in Miami! Lallana dropping very deep to get involved, with Honduras able to pull everyone back.
Welbeck in space on the left. He looks for Baines inside, but the ball slips through him and on to Valladares. Honduras look like they are starting to tire.
Breakdown in communication between Johnson and Cahill results in a Honduras throw on their left. Izaguirre takes. He then fires up into the air, but a blue shirt gathers the loose ball. Wilshere then leads an England counter. Barkley running off him, but a smart challenge just outside the box halts him in his tracks.
Barkley is finding a few pockets of space, which is allowing England to pose more of a threat. They aren't threatening often enough though. Ball is now back with Hart, who slices another clearance.
Baines has his heels clipped as he sets off on another overlap. Nothing given. England instead go right, where Henderson is crowded out. Barkley then picks out Sturridge 30 yards from goal. He drifts forward before dinking wide of the target. Should have put his foot through the ball.
Hodgson doesn't look too impressed. He will have been hoping for much more. If England are to challenge in Brazil, they really should be making lighter work of a fixture such as this. It is, however, only a friendly and the real business starts next Saturday.
Wilshere finds Lallana. The ball bobbles out to the left for Baines. He looks to feed the ball in low, but Figueroa is well positioned to slice behind for a corner. Baines takes and Valladares flaps to safety.
Card out again. Beckeles this time as he lunges in on Welbeck. Dangerous tackle and no need for them in a contest such as this. Honduras will be lucky to keep 11 on the field at this rate.
Baines now trips Chavez as the Honduran steps across him. Those in blue looking for a card that doesn't appear. Welbeck quickly wins the ball back and sets off down the left. He over-runs the ball and Figueroa can clear off him for a goal kick.
Bernardez sees Barkley skip past him and sees a yellow card as he is forced to trip the Everton man. England go square from the free-kick. Waiting for gaps to appear at the moment.
Henderson playing sideways inside his own half. England need to look at pushing forward quicker. Playing in front of Honduras too often. Baines looking to get forward again, but Wilshere is pushed back.
Wilshere lays off to Henderson, who goes wide to Baines. Patient build up from England. Ball worked to Barkley 25 yards out. He gets it out of his feet and looks to bend the ball into the bottom corner. He isn't far away, but the effort drifts wide.
Honduras have also made a change, with Garrido making way for Claros. Barkley loses the ball with his first touch, Jagielka wins it back. Almost a costly slip in the middle of the park.
Barkley on in place of Gerrard. Skipper rested, youngster given another opportunity to impress and find his feet at senior international level. Wilshere also on at the interval for Rooney.
Barkley coming on, should help to liven things up. Needs to keep the ball better, though, than he did against Ecuador.
Jake Robinson says: "Ht score 0-0 really? This is shocking Honduras are ranked as the worst team in the World Cup 32nd how haven't we scored, at this rate there'll be no point watching the World Cup, because well just be disappointed, not a happy fan right now !"
Andrew Morris says: "Poor first half by England. Time for Barkley. Honduras remind of the crazy gang! #EnglandVhonduras"
Chris Green says: "A satisfactory performance from Hodgson's men - but we won't get past the group stages if we perform like this."
Remember you can also bet in-play at Skybet.com. England now 4/9 to take the spoils, with Honduras 12/1 and the draw 15/8. You can get 11/4 on the game ending goalless.
How do you see the second-half going? Get your thoughts in to Chris.Burton@bskyb.com or @SkySportsChrisB.
England 0 Honduras 0. An extended first-half comes to a close with the scores level. Not too many opportunities of note. Hodgson will be demanding more in the second 45.
Henderson loops the ball back towards nobody. Hart forced out of his area to hack into the sky. England go right again, but Johnson and Sturridge fail to combine. Costly will chase a long ball out back to Hart.
Izaguirre over the set-piece. Dangerous delivery catches Hart out, as he back-peddles, and he flaps behind for another corner. Ball sent in low to the front post. Poor delivery from Chavez and Figueroa can only flick behind for a goal kick.
Chavez closed down by Baines. Another late challenge put in. England can't get out. Palacios gathers and tries his luck from 25 yards out. Shot takes a deflection off Cahill, which takes the sting out of it and sends it wide for a corner.
Stray pass from Cahill is fired out of play. Trying to force the issue. Izaguirre gifts the ball back, but again England break down at the feet of Rooney. Not a good sign. Gerrard forced to track back and concede a throw.
As I say that, one clever touch from Lallana works him a yard of space 25 yards out and he can get a shot away. Touched around the post. Corner poses no problems, but Valladares then drops the ball under no pressure. He looks very shaky.
Welbeck has his shirt tugged by Costly. Free-kick on halfway. England take it short. They are trying to work space, but it's all a bit pedestrian.
Another straight ball down the middle by England is easily cut out. Lack of ideas something of a concern. Rooney then finds space, and he moves the ball right. Henderson into the box, but a well-timed challenge from Figueroa prevents him from getting a sight of goal.
Great feet from Sturridge to flick down the line for Johnson. He is forced towards the corner flag, but wins a throw. Henderson drifts into the area, but Palacios spots his run and can nod clear. Honduras then able to counter, but England drag bodies back.
Johnson now caught by Espinoza. There was no sign of this prior to the break in play. Honduras now putting themselves about and offering a few scares. Hopefully things will calm down again.
Hart put under pressure, but dinks into the path of Baines. He wins a free-kick for handball after looking to play down the left. England then go into Rooney, but the ball won't stick.
Chavez takes. He gets the ball up and over the wall, but it is never coming back down. Hart able to take one step to his right and watch the effort sail harmlessly over the top of his crossbar.
Bengston nods down a hanging cross. Espinoza tries to pounce on the loose ball and is up-ended by a combination of Lallana and Henderson. Free-kick in a dangerous position for Honduras - 25 yards from goal, left of centre.
Izaguirre takes his time with a throw. Henderson forces the ball out for another. Espinoza is then unable to find a way past Lallana and England can clear their lines.
Izaguirre could have easily seen red there. No need. Free-kick wide on the right with Gerrard over it. His whipped delivery is too high for Jagielka. Ball worked back to Henderson, who sees a low 25-yard drive blocked before it reaches the target.
Rooney pulls right again. He tries to cushion into Sturridge first time, but Izaguiree in the right place. Tempers now threatening to boil over as Izaguirre catches Sturridge and the Liverpool man bounces back to his feet. Yellow card for the Honduran full-back for kicking at the ball as Sturridge lay on it.
Ball worked out to Baines, who can't find a yard for a cross as he is quickly closed by Bergston. He now stays down after being caught late. Another corner awarded, which comes to nothing. Palacios with a firm header out.
Sturridge moving freely again and racing down the right. He skips away from Palacios and wins a corner off Figueroa. Rooney over the set-piece, but Cahill has gone down on the goal line. Corner taken long, and is glanced away on the far side.
Chavez steals the ball in midfield. Gerrard gets back at him. A looping cross into the box from the right has too much on it and Hart can watch the ball behind. He then takes a chance with a short goal kick as he gets the ball back and has to run around Costly.
Free-kick taken short. Johnson supporting on the right. Can't beat his man, but gets back at Izaguirre to prevent him from countering. Again, much better required from Johnson. Just put the ball in the box.
Sturridge now hobbling after being caught. Not good news. Will try and run it off. Gerrard then caught by a high boot from Garrido, who is booked. Bit of a lunge.
Bernardez goes long and England fail to clear their lines. Almost a costly mistake as the ball drops kindly for Bengston and he drills a volley from 12 yards out straight at Hart.
Rooney trying to barge down the right, but Espinoza blocks his path. Honduras winger now down and holding his ankle. Looks to be okay.
Valladares gets us started again with a goal kick. Ball nodded straight back to him. Honduras look to play out from the back, but possession squandered on halfway.
Hodgson making his way back to the dugout. Warm-ups almost complete. This break is going to have done little for the pace of the game, which was starting to pick up slightly. Expect the game to start slowly again - and then we'll hit half-time!
Referee confident that the storm has passed, but admits that another delay would bring an end to proceedings.
Lewis Shotton says: "Need to get a long warm up and not get silly injuries so close to the game against Italy, what is going on with Johnson?"
Only halfway through the opening period as things stand. Still raining, so the pitch is going to be very slick when we do get going again. Honduras also back with us now.
England team back out of the tunnel. Looking like we will be getting a bit more action. Just need to get the crowd back in now!
Matt Steephen says: "Why are people wanting Welbeck taken off? He's been the sharpest player on the pitch today."
Dean Evans says: "I think the stop/start is going to cause am issue with fitness and injury risk. They say half hour warm up is minimum for a high end sportsman but only ten mins will cause overworking cold muscles!"
Hodgson must be thinking now that he wants this called, get the players on the plane fit and healthy and turn attention towards Italy. This situation is helping no-one. One slip (literally) from here and dreams could be dashed.
Now being pointed out that there will an additional 10-minute warm-up time after the referee gives the nod for the game to continue. Hopefully we'll be back underway at some point!
Those in the know (apparently) saying that weather is still being assessed. Also, no concerns about the state of the pitch after a heavy watering.
Jake Robinson says: "I'm a Liverpool fan but think glen Johnson is past it give flanno a chance, or even stick Milner on at right back Johnson is the weakest link and big teams are going to expose him and punish us."
Roger Armstrong says: "I concur with Ben , best squad in a while , he has given youth a chance , and hopefully they will get chance to gel , that could take time and they could get some hidings along the way ! Get behind em for a change , I'm waiting for a Man utd player to make a mistake in the finals so everyone has a scape goat !"
Martin Batten says: "We need to take of Welbeck and stick Lambert on move Baines over to RB and bring on Shaw."
Players won't want this to drag on too long. Stop-start will do them few favours as they endeavour to avoid untimely injuries.
England due to fly out of Miami tonight so won't want this delay to last too long. Hodgson has said he doesn't consider that to be an issue and was pleased with how things were going prior to the stoppage.
In the Sunshine State, at the Sun Life Stadium, and we've managed less than 23 minutes of football before the weather gets the better of us!
Rain lashing down in Miami. Those fans who had decided to stay in their seats are now making their way back under cover. Conditions not looking great.
Ben says: "Amazing how negative most England fans are. Best squad in a long time and all people want to do is knock them #getbehindthem"
Andy Evans says: "Slightly worried about our defensive line for the third match in a row. Not convincing, need a more piercing and ruthless final third too. Let's hope we don't struggle against the bigger teams."
Andrew Morris says: "Saved by a storm! Woeful start from England, no penetration like we had with Ox and Barkley. #englandworldcupsquad"
England had best chance through Sturridge, but agree with those saying that Johnson has looked nervy/tired again. Not a lot of alternatives at right-back.
Steve Smith says: "It's shocking, England have really no idea, 10th in the world its a joke, If we get out of the group stage's i'll be amazed...England poor, Roy, its not good enough, resign..!!!"
NA-SS says: "England look better than the games seen so far. LFC fan but Johnson looks weakest link. Looks wrecked, drained etc"
Alex Tilley says: "Good forward play but a poor defensive show from our 'starting' back line, will be surprised if we keep a clean sheet here."
Barry Attrill says: "I'd drop Rooney to midfield replace Welbeck with Sterling move lallana into the front 3 Johnson doesn't look to be at the races."
Roger Armstrong says: "Get the players off , but sod the fans in the open stands .. Lol .. Baines should have taken free kick, massive gap for him to take advantage of , had his name all over it."
Let's open up the debate again. What have we made of things so far? Thoughts to Chris.Burton@bskyb.com or @Burtytweets.
Back to the dressing room for the players. Frustrating as all they want to do is play and were starting to get into their stride. We'll now have to try all over again.
Discussion about the weather on the touchline. Stormy conditions and the referee is dragging the players off. There is lightning around and player safety has been put first.
Sloppy pass across his own back four by Bernardez. He really should be made to pay as England work the ball into Sturridge, following a clever stepover from Welbeck. Sturridge, on his left foot, drags wide from just inside the box. Should have scored.
Jagielka into Sturridge. Heavy first touch and the ball runs away from him. Not happening in the final third for England. Honduras fail to counter as Cahill intercepts. Ball has to be fed back to Hart, who slices out for a throw inside his own half.
Izaguirre very positive every time he gets the ball. Tries a bit too much at times, but always looking to get forward. Ball now worked to the opposite flank, where Beckeles is outmuscled. England can spring out, with Henderson finding Welbeck. He can't turn the ball back into the box as he is forced left through the box.
Gerrard decides to cross. His delivery is nodded out to the back of the box. Lallana collects and sends an ambitious effort high over the top. Would have been advised to take a touch and send the ball wide again.
Sturridge turns after collecting a Johnson pass. He is bundled over by Garrido 20 yards from goal, right of centre. Promising position for Baines, although maybe a little wide even for him. Again, Honduras take their time with the setting of a wall.
Lallana nicks the ball off Izaguirre by the corner flag. He feeds the ball into the box. It breaks for Rooney, but he is forced across the face of goal. He can't swivel to get a shot away and ends up losing possession. Honduras shooting themselves in the foot there.
Rooney not moving too freely, something to keep an eye on. Honduras moving the ball well again through midfield. Garrido fires down the right, but asks too much of Beckeles on the overlap.
Izaguirre driving forward from full-back. He can't make his way into the box, but the ball squirts out for Costly. He takes aim from 25 yards out, but slices off target. Shot actually flicked off Izaguirre on its way over.
Honduras take forever to retreat 10 yards. Finally, Rooney takes. His dipping effort is spilled again by Valladares. He is let off the hook as the flag goes up against Sturridge as he chases after the loose ball. England need to work this keeper as much as possible.
Henderson drives through the middle. He can't slip a pass into Sturridge, but is caught as he moves the ball on and wins a free-kick 35 yards out. Dead centre and plenty of willing takers.
Rooney steps away from Palacios and finds Gerrard. No way through and England's skipper lashes wildly into the stands with his left foot as the ball breaks back in his direction 25 yards from goal.
Rooney back to Gerrard. He scuffs his cross from deep, but the ball finds its way to Welbeck. It gets stuck under his feet and he is unable to get a shot away from around the penalty spot. Honduras happy to hack clear.
Izaguirre racing down the left, looking to get beyond Johnson. The ball dips into his path, but skips off the turf and behind before he can hook it back into play. Hodgson prowling the touchline as Baines wins a throw.
Free-kick taken short. Honduras confident in their ability on the ball. Ball clipped over the top intended for Bengston, but comfortably cut out by Cahill. England can't get a foot on the ball.
Costly into the box and heading for the by-line. He drills over a cross which Hart can claim at his near post. Johnson caught out again by Espinoza and left space in behind. Honduras soon back on the ball in midfield, and Chavez is tripped by Gerrard.
Cahill rises highest in the middle, but glances to the back post where Bernardez is waiting. An ambitious volley with the outside of his right boot is skied into the stands. Warning to England.
Not the best of touches from Johnson as he is pushed back towards his own goal. He cuts out a cross-field ball intended for Espinoza, but bundles behind for a corner.
England picking their moments to raise the tempo - which is what they have to do tonight and will have to do against Italy. One-touch stuff in midfield frees Johnson. He cuts inside, and Espinoza can block his path. Free-kick given against the England full-back as he climbs over the Wigan winger.
Johnson tries to steal a few yards from a throw, but is sent back. Ball fed into the feet of Cahill, who goes square. Rooney with a neat flick into Welbeck. He has Baines supporting, but the ball bobbles inside. Welbeck tries his luck from 25 yards out and a dipping effort is fumbled by Valladares.
Whistles from the crowd as England go sideways and then backwards, and then repeat. Eventually they go long down the right for Rooney, who wins a throw. Space for Welbeck, but the ball goes wide again to Rooney. His cross is nodded out by Figueroa.
England working out from the back. Johnson looking to push on and provide width. Honduras working hard across the lines to keep the red shirts at arm's length.
Lallana chasing early and winning possession inside the Honduras half. Johnson's cross from the right is cut out. England eager to get a foot on the ball early and knock it around. Honduras prepared to sit on halfway.
National anthems ring out around the Sun Life Stadium. England first up. Still room for improvement from a few!
The teams are out so we will have to leave the feedback there for now. There will be further opportunities to have your say at half-time and at the final whistle.
Very warm in Miami so should be a good test for the England boys. Keeping the ball will be vital - not a night to be doing too much chasing.
Ian Mcintoish says: "Only two players in this team who are not worthy of selection. Rooney and Welbeck."
Calvin Taylor says: "We gonna beat them 3-0 with a Wazza hat-trick! Sturridge and Welbeck getting the assists!"
Nishesh Singh says: "I think England will hit with 3-0 on score cards... Maybe a great comeback by Rooney..."
It has already been pointed out, but England cannot afford to take Honduras lightly. They may not be among the favourites in Brazil, but they will be there and that shows that they are no pushovers. Solid performance required. Spectacular showing would be nice.
George Rooney, tuning in from Canada, says: "England should run away with this game. It's Honduras for heaven's sake. I predict a 5-0 final score, Wellbeck to score two goals."
Jay Dolivera says: "England will smash them. 4-0 predictions. Rooney(2) welbeck(1) lambert(1) good luck boys."
Luke says: "England need to win this to get an imperative confidence boost before the game against Italy."
Chris Green says: "I really hope Welbeck delivers tonight and proves all his doubters wrong, as he doesn't deserve all this unfair criticism."
Abdul Omar says: "Think England will win this 4-0. Hope no players get injured tonight this close to the World Cup."
Andrew Morris says: "Don't underestimate Honduras! England win but think they'll test us. Barkley should be starting. #englandworldcupsquad."
Ciaran Reid says: "Don't know what everyones problem is with Welbeck, you could argue he shouldn't be in the XI but he has pace and a goal in him."
Plenty of goals being predicted, am hoping that proves to be the case. England could do with establishing a commanding lead early on before the inevitable flood of changes starts. Confidence needed in these friendly contests regardless of the fact that they have no bearing on what is to come.
Mason Dolivera says: "Can see England smashing tonight's opponents with a scoreline of 5-1! With Sturridge (2) Rooney (1) Welbeck (1) and Lambert (1)."
Mattie Rance says: "England to win 3-0 tonight goals from Sturridge, Lallana and Stevie G #England."
Malc Ward says: "Why on earth are Henderson, Lallana and Welbeck starting over Lampard, Barkley and Lambert? At least if he's going for 3 up top play an out an out striker to play off."
Nile says: "I think it'll be 3-1 to England. I like the look of this England side and they should win."
A little over half-an-hour until kick-off in Miami. Keep your pre-match and pre-World Cup thoughts coming in to Chris.Burton@bskyb.com or @Burtytweets.
Tom Norrish says: "I can see England banging in 5 goals tonight! Rooney (3) Gerrard (1) Welbeck (1)"
Matt says: "I like this lineup with a very versatile midfield and with one or two subs can completely change the style of play. C'mon Lions."
Adam Dale says: "England to win 3-1 with Adam Lallana scoring first. Come on England do us British proud in Brazil, we're all behind you!!!"
Ciaran Reid says: "Why is Forster not starting? Would have like to seen how he got on, anyway my prediction England to struggle 1-1."
Honduras team: Valladares, Beckeles, Bernardez, Figueroa, Izaguirre, Chavez, W. Palacios, Espinoza, Garrido, Costly, Bengston. Subs: Lopez, O. Chavez, Montes, J. Garcia, J. Palacios, M. Martinez, Delgado, B. Garcia, R. Martinez, Najar, Claros, Escober.
England team: Hart, Johnson, Cahill, Jagielka, Baines, Gerrard, Henderson, Lallana, Rooney, Welbeck, Sturridge. Subs: Lampard, Smalling, Foster, Jones, Milner, Lambert, Wilshere, Barkley, Forster, Shaw, Stones, Flanagan.

Will England head south with a win or will Honduras spring a surprise? Who needs to put in a performance? Who will make the difference? Is this side capable of competing in Brazil? Let me know your thoughts.
We will bring you the full team news when we have it, but for now feel free to offer your opinions on Hodgson's selection, this game and prospects heading forward by contacting me direct at Chris.Burton@bskyb.com or @Burtytweets.
Here is your England starting XI for tonight: Hart; Johnson, Baines, Cahill, Jagielka; Gerrard (c), Henderson, Rooney, Lallana, Sturridge, Welbeck.
While the result and level of performance is important tonight, coming through the 90 minutes clear of any untimely injuries will be considered a top priority by both sides - with England already sweating on Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.
Honduras are also in need of a pick-me-up, though, having suffered back-to-back defeats to Turkey and Israel in their last two matches.
England were held 2-2 by Ecuador in their last outing on Wednesday, so will want to bid Florida farewell with something to show for their visit and with momentum building.
This fixture represents the last opportunity for both sides to make any last-minute adjustments to their plans before heading for Brazil.
