And that's a wrap. Ghana and Guinea play out a 1-1 draw. The Black Stars finish top of Group D and will be joined in the last eight by Mali, who beat Botswana 2-1.
Kamil Zayatte earns a yellow card. Quite a harsh decision, considering there was no danger in the challenge and he clearly won the ball.
Guinea win the corner, but once again the delivery is poor as Camara can't make it past the first defender with his set-piece attempt.
Time is running out for Guinea. They need something special now to get them back into quarter-final contention.
And it goes from bad to worse for Guinea with the news that Mali have taken the lead against Botswana. Meanwhile, their goalkeeper Yattara is receiving treatment after landing awkwardly.
Crucial mistake from Mamadou Bah, who gets a second yellow after he left a trailing leg in his tackle on Pantsil. He leaves the pitch and now Guinea will have to get the best of Ghana with only 10 men.
The game has slowed down somewhat, but Guinea need a goal and Camara explodes down the left wing as he looks to create something.
Guinea are moving the ball around effectively now and are looking to create an opening but for the moment Ghana are dealing with their attacks.
Guinea go on the offensive as expected as Feindouno powers down the left and finds Camara, but they can't test the Ghana gloveman. Another chance for Guinea as a loose ball is smashed at goal, but it flies over.
Ghana win a corner after good play from John Pantsil on the right wing. Guinea attempt to hit them on the counter. Ismael Bangoura has a great chance but he is closed down by Ghana keeper Adam Larsen Kwarasey and his shot is smothered.
Big news from the Mali game. Botswana have taken the lead, which means as it stands Guinea will go through in second position.
The teams go into the dressing rooms tied at 1-1. At the moment Guinea are still out of the tournament. They need to get in front or hope Mali concede against Botswana, where the score is still 0-0.
Camara attempts a cross from the left flank but instead of finding a team-mate, he finds the back of the net. A fortuitous goal for Guinea but they deserve it nonetheless.
After a Ghana free-kick on the right wing, Gyan finds the ball at his feet and unleashes a shot at the near post but Guinea keeper Yattara palms it away.
Guinea enjoy a good spell as they attack Ghana and win back to back corners. However, the Black Stars survive the scare. The National Elephants continue to push forward with pace. Ghana respond and a big mistake in the Guinea defence almost results in the Black Stars' second, but the final shot at goal is just wide of the target.
Andre Ayew is down injured, holding his head. The replay suggests he got an accidental elbow to the top of the head while challenging for a header. He receives treatment and is back on his feet. Ghana are looking comfortable for the moment and are in control of the possession stakes.

Guinea hit Ghana on the counter-attack and Ibrahima Traore appeals for a penalty as he falls down in the area, but the referee waves play on. On paper, Ghana are certainly the stronger side, but Guinea don't look intimidated in the slightest.
A Ghana cross from the right is snapped out of the air by Naby Yattara. The Black Stars are enjoying more of the possession in the early stages. Ghana push forward and find Gyan with a superb through-ball. He tries to cut it back but the support is too slow.
Asamoah Gyan is on the ball on the left wing, but he is easily dispossessed. Guinea win a corner but it's weak and cleared.
Ghana will qualify top of Group D with a win or a draw, while Guinea need to hope Mali lose or draw against Botswana in the other Group D tie tonight. If Mali lose and Guinea at least draw, Guinea are through. If Mali draw, Guinea need to beat Ghana.
