Gillingham boss Steve Lovell will once again be without the suspended Lee Martin for the visit of table-topping Blackburn.
Martin will serve the second of four games on the sidelines after his sending off against Southend. The Gills squad could be freshened up by the return of Josh Parker (thigh) or Luke O'Neill (groin), who are close to comebacks.
Callum Reilly could start after overcoming hamstring trouble and Tom Eaves should be fine after suffering a head injury against Doncaster, but Billy Bingham (broken leg) is out.
Blackburn's Bradley Dack seems unlikely to face his former club. Dack limped off with hamstring trouble in the first half of Saturday's win over Southend and Rovers boss Tony Mowbray admits it would be a risk to play him.
Defender Darragh Lenihan (back) could make his return after a successful return to training. Ryan Nyambe (hamstring) and Ben Gladwin (knee) are both waiting to be cleared for action.
Blackburn have won lost just one of their last 10 games against Gillingham in all competitions (W6 D3) with Rovers winning each of the last two.
Each of the five meetings in all comps at the Priestfield have seen both teams score, although the Gills are yet to register a home win (D2 L3).
Gillingham have won just one of their last eight league games (D3 L4), failing to score in four of them.
League leaders Blackburn have won 26 points from their last 30 available in League One (W8 D2 L0).
