Hibernian made it four home games this season without a victory as they were held to a 0-0 draw by Ross County at Easter Road.
The Hibees also remain winless against the men from Dingwall, having now failed to register a victory against them in six attempts, spanning four years, and they were slightly fortunate to even get a point here.
The visitors made the better start and Kevin Luckassen drew a good low save from Ben Williams just after the 10-minute mark.
They went even closer moments later when Mihael Kovacevic tried his luck from distance and produced a raking strike which hit the base of the post.
Rocco Quinn then missed a great chance for County, somehow managing to put the ball wide from close range after good play from Luckassen helped to create the chance.
Graham Carey was next to try his luck, testing Williams with a s spectacular volleyed effort.
Hibs finally threatened when Liam Craig produced a goal-bound drive which visiting defender Brian McLean did well to block with his head.
And the hosts then had some misfortune in front of goal themselves, James Collins heading against the post after a good cross from Ryan McGivern.
Collins had another opportunity after the break but this time he volleyed over from close-range after Danny Handling had done well down the right.
Handling also put a second-half chance over the bar but County also had a good opportunity to win it in the second period, Carey shooting just wide after eluding a string of challenges.
Hibs gave a late debut to new signing Paul Heffernan but the change could not help them to find a winner and the hosts were booed off at the end by their disgruntled fans.
