Ipswich manager Mick McCarthy has no fresh injury concerns following the midweek victory over Leeds.

Striker Brett Pitman came off the bench to net a dramatic last-minute winner at Portman Road, so may come into contention for a starting place.

Guinean winger Larsen Toure has resumed training following a groin injury and could return to the squad.

Forward Daryl Murphy (hamstring) remains out, while teenage midfielder Teddy Bishop continues to recover from his hamstring problem.

Preston look set to select from a similar squad as Liam Grimshaw's move from Manchester United is still to be finalised.

The 20-year-old Burnley-born midfielder has agreed personal terms with North End but has not completed a switch to Deepdale yet and looks set to miss the deadline to be registered in time to play at Portman Road.

Josh Brownhill, who was an unused substitute at Bristol City on Tuesday, has joined Barnsley on loan while Grimshaw's old United team-mate Ben Pearson looks set to retain his spot in the starting line-up after impressing on his debut.
