Man City 1 West Brom 0. The hosts do just about enough to get over the line. Dzeko's goal enough to hand City all three points.
The ball is sent long towards Lukaku, but he can't get a touch and Hart can watch it run behind. That should be about it.
Dzeko wins a late throw. Strong hold up play down by the corner flag. City have the ball just where they want it. Kolarov opts against keeping it there and sends the ball behind for a goal kick. Baggies have to go long.
Standing ovation for the hard-working Tevez as he makes his way from the field. Razak given a late run out for City. A rare opportunity to impress for him, but he won't get much time.
Dzeko into the box, but he can't provide a cut back. Tevez the only man in the area for City. At the other end, a late flag goes up against Lukaku. Hart came to claim any way.
Dorrans fires the ball low. Wrong option as City can clear. Ball returned to the box, where Lescott can strike down field. Milner then blocks at attempted cross from Odemwingie. West Brom piling on the pressure, but City can counter through Kolarov. He turns backwards.
Maicon trips Odemwingie right on the edge of the box - wide on the West Brom left. Dorrans over the free-kick. Plenty to aim at in the middle.
Better from Maicon as he breaks forward and looks up for a team-mate. He finds Barry on the edge of the box. He sends a shot into the turf and straight at Myhill. Game opening up in the closing stages.
Tevez still popping up all over the place. He finds Kolarov this time. He sends over a first time cross, but there are no blue shirts in the middle. West Brom can't clear their lines and Milner picks out Dzeko. Dawson able to get enough of a block in to send the ball into Myhill's arms.
Hart shows no sign of nerves as he rolls the ball inches past Long's boot and in to Toure. City then work their way forward. Milner foudn on the edge of the box, with runners either side. Olsson puts in a perfectly-timed challenge. Odemwingie then wastes a chance at the opposite end as he shoots from a tight angle.
Milner has Maicon wide of him. He has the ball put on a plate for him breaking into the box. He looks to shoot with the outside of his right boot, but ends up troubling the corner flag.
Barry finds Kolarov. He goes low with a cross from the left. Dorrans slides in facing his own goal and Dawson has to react quickly to hammer clear.
Maicon picked out in acres of space on the right. His cross into the middle isn't the best, but is kept alive by Dzeko. He can't nod down for a colleague. West Brom pile up the other end and Odemwignie fires into the arms of Hart from wide on the left.
Long sent clear with his first involvement. He breaks past Lescott and gets a sight of goal. He should be going across Hart, but slices towards the near post and into the side-netting. Big chance goes begging.
Final throw of the dice from West Brom as Long replaces Tamas. The Baggies now have three strikers on the field, but can they create an opportunity for them?
Tamas sends over a cross which is awkward fro Hart. He fails to claim and sees the ball hacked clear from his grasp. Mulumbu finds his way to the dead-ball line and cuts back for Jones. His close-range shot is blocked at source.
Dorrans takes the set-piece this time. Plenty of red shirts in the middle, but none of them get near the delivery. West Brom try again, with Odemwingie forcing over a cross which Toure has to hack anywhere.
Ridgewell has to go backwards from a throw. West Brom have to show better movement. They are able to come forward, though, with Odemwingie getting his first touch. An ambitious drive from 25 yards out cannons behind for a corner.
Mancini out barking out instructions at his side. City still aren't over the line yet. They ended the first half really strongly, but have been unable to hit those heights again after the break. Still time, of course.
Rosenberg's last involvement as he is the man to make way for Odemwingie. City also take the opportunity to make a change, with Maicon sent on in place of Rodwell.
More changes on the way. West Brom ready to throw on Odemwingie as they continue their search for an equaliser. They almost get one as Rosenberg sends a bobbling volley into the arms of Hart.
Tevez still full of running. He runs all the way around the edge of the box before helping to win a throw. He is applauded for his efforts. A great man to have on your side.
Morrison beavering away to earn a throw in City's half. He gets the ball back from Ridgewell and finds Lukaku. He twists and turns, but nothing doing. Nasri the man to make way for Barry.
Milner with a brilliant first touch, which opens play up on his left foot. He shoots from a tight angle and Myhill can fall on the ball at his near post. City now planning a change. Barry ready to be introduced.
Dorrans sent on for his 150th West Brom appearance in place of Yacob. He has quality about him and could be the man to grab West Brom a lifeline.
City make a hash of a clearance inside their own box. Lukaku holds the ball up again, before teeing up Rosenberg. His shot flicks behind for a corner. Morrison with a floated delivery which drops into the box, before Tevez runs the ball out. He is hauled down by Tevez.
West Brom can't find a killer ball in and around the box. Lukaku and Mulumbui try, but City stand firm. Clarke out on the touchline. He must be considering changes.
Tamas takes his eye off the ball and sees it slip over his boot and out of play. He is not impressed and kicks the ball towards a section of supporters in frustration. He apologises immediately. West Brom soon have the ball back.
After the big build up, Kolarov barely gets the ball off the floor as he cannons into the wall. Tamas fires long looking for Rosenberg. He can't catch up with the ball as it drops over his head and away on the Baggies' left flank.
Nasri and Yacob shown yellow cards. Kolarov fancies the free-kick, which is fully 35 yards out, just right of centre. Why not have a go? He is capable.
Nasri has three red shirts around him, but wins a free-kick. A bit of afters with Yacob, as the pair go head-to-head. Not much in the challenge, no need for the handbags.
Tevez slides a clever pass into Nasri. He hangs over a cross, which causes an almighty scramble inside the box. West Brom do really well to throw bodies in front of the ball and concede a corner. Tevez's corner is woeful, sailing high over the head of those inside the box.
Garcia slips away from Mulumbu and wins a free-kick just inside the West Brom half. City looking to get hold of the ball and keep it for a bit. They haven't seen too much of it in the second half.
Tamas with a poor cross which Rodwell can volley back up to halfway. Morrison looks to the left for Ridgewell. His cross finds Olsson, who chests down for Mulumbu. He scuffs his shot and it rolls well wide.
Morrison with another set-piece, which comes to nothing. West Brom force a second corner as Kolarov glances behind from in front of Olsson. Morrison tries again, but finds the head of Lescott.
Lukaku with good hold up play. Lescott has a couple of bites at him and ends up conceding a free-kick 35 yards from goal, just right of centre. Cross or shot? Morrison crosses, and Lukaku sees a header deflected behind.
Morrison takes again. Yacob gets the slightest of touches at the near post, but the ball won't drop for a red shirt. City can hack to safety. West Brom pressing for a leveller. Jones can't find a way past Kolarov this time.
Mulumbu slips through midfield and sends Morrison scampering through the middle. He tries to pick out Lukaku, but Toure has tracked his run and can slide in to clear. Jones then wins a corner off Kolarov.
Tamas into Lukaku, but Rosenberg fails to read his intentions and is caught flat-footed as his strike partner tries to lay the ball off. Rosenberg then left grounded by a challenge from Garcia.
Morrison with a low drive from distance. Hart down well to his right to touch the ball around the post. Morrison takes the corner himself, but gets too much on it and picks out Richards.
Tevez shrugs off Yacob, who has a handful of his shirt. He tries to roll a pass inside Jones for Nasri. The Frenchman sticks out a boot, but can't gather the ball in. Unlucky.
West Brom seeing plenty of the ball at the moment. Tamas then sends a pass out for a throw. The Baggies haven't been able to force sustained pressure.
Another poor pass, this time from Morrison. He tries to pick out Lukaku first time, but slices through to Hart. City have slipped back a bit, as they did at the start of the first half.
West Brom trying to press high again, but City are playing around them. Rodwell bursts forward, but is halted by Tamas. The ball goes wide to Milner, but he sends over a poor cross which is easily cleared.
Ridgewell turns the ball on for Morrison, but he ends up running down a blind alley and loses possession. City win the ball back in midfield through Garcia.
City can't clear their lines and Hart has to parry clear from a Jones header. West Brom try again, but a wayward shot from distance sails high into the stands. So close to a leveller for the Baggies. Rosenberg's free-kick flashed past Hart before he had time to react.
Rosenberg tripped from behind by Garcia. Promising free-kick for West Brom 25 yards from goal, just left of centre. Rosenberg with a brilliant effort which cannons off the crossbar.
Another misplaced pass from West Brom. They can't afford to be this sloppy. Hart takes an age with a goal kick. Phil Dowd gives him a nudge to get on with things. Don't think we need time-wasting here.
Unselfish from Lukaku as he makes room on the edge of the box. He has space for a shot, but tries to roll in Rosenberg. He puts too much on the pass and it runs behind.
Hart able to take his time with a clearance, which is aims towards Milner. City win a throw. Morrison able to get a toe to the ball in midfield, but he can't poke to a red shirt.
West Brom keep City waiting, but the hosts eventually get the second half under way. No changes at the interval by either side.
Players back out and we are ready for the off once more. Surely there are more goals left in this yet. Which way will they go? We are about to find out.
Remember you can also bet in-lay at Skybet.com. City are now 1/8 to take the spoils, with West Brom 25/1 and the draw 6/1. You can get 9/2 on City to win 3-0.

Man City 1 West Brom 0. Dzeko's volley separates the two sides at the interval. The Baggies started well, but City have controlled for large parts and could be further in front.
Nasri prepared to chase across the field in pursuit of the ball. West Brom ending the half positively, but know they have to start offering more of a threat. Toure with another poor clearance to end the half.
Tamas into the feet of Rosenberg. He has Lukaku breaking off him and into the box. Toure beaten for pace, but Hart does well to dive to the edge of his box and parry clear. City counter through Tevez, who finds Rodwell. He slices wide from 10 yards out. Wild effort.
City happy to get men back and see themselves into half-time in front. Lukaku held up with his back to goal. West Brom unable to find a way through and Kolarov can hack long down field.
Lukaku pushed by Lescott inside the Baggies half. Tamas able to fire the free-kick long. Morrison pulls the ball down and sends a dipping 25 yards volley into the midriff of Hart. Comfortable save.
Set-piece players short. Nasri is unable to force a cross past Morrison. West Brom pegged inside their own box. They can't get out to Milner and he sends a 25-yard drive skidding onto the outside of the post. Great hit and so close to a second for City.
Milner skips past Olsson. His cross into the middle is only touched on by Myhill. Rodwell sees a volley blocked in front of goal. City keep the pressure on, with Kolarov picking out Rodwell on the edge of the box. His low drive flicks behind for a corner.
Ridgewell with a terrible delivery from the left. He is in acres of space but floats the ball behind for a goal kick. Hart takes his time., before going short. City confident enough to play their way out even though Lukaku and Rosenberg are sniffing around.
Great delivery from Nasri, which dips into the penalty area with players running underneath it. Myhill does well to keep his eyes on the ball and gather as it bounces in front of him. City bossing things now after making a slow start.
Toure strides forward from the back. Tevez is picked out in the position from which he just set up the goal. He is able to pick out Dzeko again, who controls on his chest and sees a volley deflected over the top. Tevez's corner comes to nothing.
Milner cuts onto his left foot and squeezes the ball into the box. Hand ball shout goes up from the stands, but not from those on the field. Once again, West Brom are unable to get out of their own half.
West Brom need to start forcing the issue again, they are letting City boss possession in midfield. Keep-ball at the moment from the hosts.
Tevez very deep once more. He is popping up all over the place. City working the ball left, with West Brom unable to close down as quickly as they were earlier in the evening.
How will West Brom respond to falling behind? Lukaku tries to offer an immediate response, but is caught in two minds and ends up slicing behind.
GOAL MAN CITY - DZEKO. The opening goal arrives as City make their pressure count. Mulumbu caught in possession in midfield. Tevez is sprung clear into space and he crosses for Dzeko to send a controlled volley across Myhill and into the bottom corner.
Set-piece taken short to Kolarov. He whips a brilliant delivery over which dips into the six-yard box. Rodwell is there, but can't make contact. City come again and Tevez rattles the crossbar with a stinging drive from distance. All City as Milner wins a free-kick wide on the right.
Tevez back inside his own half looking for the ball. City prepared to bide their time and wait for gaps to open up. Milner working hard again down their right, and works a yard for a cross. Jones rises at the back post to nod clear from in front of Tevez. Kolarov tries again and wins a corner.
City piling on the pressure now. Nasri drifts past his man and stands a cross to the back post. Dzeko can't get a touch, but the ball drops to Milner. He snatches at a shot from 10 yards out and ends up lashing well wide of the target.
Nasri dinks the ball forward, but fails to get enough elevation on his pass. City keep knocking on the door and Ridgewell concedes a throw. From that, Milner is sprung to the dead-ball line. His low cross is parried to safety my Myhill.
Richards moves over to the left to help out. City skipper playing his part so far. He can't do anything, though, as Rosenberg runs down the channels and is picked out by a clever pass. He shoots on the turn, but straight at Hart.
West Brom working hard to keep City at bay. They are pressing high up the field, preventing the hosts from finding space in the final third. Dzeko drops deep to get involved, but then has to go wide and Tevez loses possession.
Morrison takes. Hart is caught under the ball and is fortunate to find Richards positioned behind him to nod clear. The loose ball falls to Mulumbu, who sees a fierce drive blocked on the edge of the penalty area.
Narrowly over the top from Tevez. Patient build-up from City. Milner waits for an option on the edge of the box, and Tevez drops into space. He looks to bend the ball across Myhill and into the top corner, but fires inches over the crossbar. West Brom move up the other end and win a corner.
Morrison sends the free-kick wide top the left for Lukaku, who sees his pocket picked by Richards. City also look to go long, but Jones cuts out a cross-field pass intended for Kolarov. Yacob then concedes a free-kick.
After a discussion with his assistant, Phil Dowd shows Kolarov a yellow card. Fair enough, as he was high. Difficult one for the officials as Tamas ducked into the ball. Finally we're back under way.
Tamas is bleeding and will require treatment. Unfortunate one for him as he stooped to meet the ball and Kolarov came in with his foot raised. Break in play, but Tamas should be okay to continue once he has been cleaned up.
Hand ball by Garcia on halfway. West Brom go short at the free-kick. Mulumbu then gives the ball away, before quickly winning it back. Baggies knocking the ball around confidently, and Kolarov catches Tamas with a high boot which leaves the defender on the deck.
Nasri sprung into space down the left, as Tevez glances into hos path. He fizzes over a dangerous cross, which is fractionally too high for Dzeko. The delivery appeared to get a touch on its way over, but a goal kick is awarded as the ball runs behind.
Kolarov whips over the free-kick left-footed. Unconvincing from Myhill this time as he comes and flaps. The loose ball falls to Rodwell, who hooks high over the top from six yards out.
Nasri delivers from the set-piece. Solid keeping from Myhill as he comes to claim. Nasri involved again for City, but his route to goal is blocked. West Brom looking solid enough at the back. Ridgewell a bit too tough as he trips Milner wide on City's right.
Tevez pokes the ball wide towards Richards, but behind the full-back. City keep pressing, with Tevez involved again. He curls in a cross-shot from the edge of the box which is deflected behind for a corner.
Olsson looks up and goes long from halfway. Rosenberg doesn't make contact, but Jones continues the chase down the right. He slides in with Kolarov, and a throw-in decision goes City's way.
All a bit scrappy as the ball bobbles around midfield. City first to get a foot on it. They look to play their way out from the back. Toure then hammers a pass towards Kolarov and out of play. Moans and groans from the stands.
Dzeko battles for possession in midfield, but loses out. Toure then comes across to cut out a run from Rosenberg and has to concede a throw deep inside the City half. Ridgewell given few options and the opportunity is wasted.
Milner fells Ridgewell. West Brom quick to get back underway. They are too eager and the ball ends up with Hart. City look sluggish so far. They shouldn't be as there are cup final places up for grabs.
Mulumbu shrugs off Milner and finds Ridgwell. He sends an early cross towards Rosenberg, and Toure scuffs his clearance. City get after with some shaky defending as Morrison's touch lets him down.
Nasri plays the free-kick short to Garcia. City looking to play football. Tevez works the ball inside to Rodwell, who in turn finds Milner. He looks to combine with Dzeko, but the ball runs through to Myhill.
Ridgewell able to keep the ball in play down the Baggies left. The visitors once again look for Lukaku, but he concedes a free-kick inside his own half. City go backwards, then square. Ridgewell concedes another free-kick.
Lukaku bundles his way forward. He is causing all sorts of problems at the moment. He reverses a pass into the feet of Rosenberg, who shoots first time from the edge of the box. He doesn't catch his effort cleanly and sees it clip the side-netting.
Milner touches a throw down the right, but Dezko can't chase the ball down. West Brom have to go long and Lescott can see the ball back to Hart. Richards concedes a free-kick as he challenges for the clearance.
City standing off Lukaku again. He is allowed to get to the edge of the box, before seeing a square pass cut out. West Brom suddenly caught short, with City springing clear. The ball ends up with Tevez, who drags well wide from 20 yards out.
Kolarov feeds the ball down the left for Nasri to chase. He has the beating of Tamas for pace, but can't get the ball out from under his feet as he enters the box and bundles it behind.
Mancini shaking his head on the sidelines. City haven't got going yet. They can't keep the ball, with it back at the feet of Myhill. He hammers long, but the ball is glanced out for a City throw near halfway.
Lukaku tripped by Garcia 35 yards from goal. A long way out for a shot. Morrison decides to cross. He goes long to Dawson at the back post, who can't nod down. City caught napping again as the ball is knocked back into the box and Lukaku plants a header from eight yards out into the hands of Hart.
Lukaku threatening again. He is given far too much time and space 25 yards from goal by City. He collects the ball, shifts it onto his left foot and sends a low shot skidding inches past the post, with Hart beaten.
Mulumbu into the feet of Lukaku, who shows good movement to pull wide onto the left wing. He looks to cross early, but drags his delivery behind Rosenberg in the middle. Bright start from the visitors.
Dzeko twists away from one challenge, with team-mates running off him. His final ball into the box is not the best. West Brom counter and win the first corner of the game. Morrison delivers and Dzeko nods clear at the front post.
Myhill long onto the head of Ridgewell, but he can't keep the ball in play. Will be interesting to see how West Brom get on with this 3-5-2 formation. They offer an early warning to City as Lukaku bursts back Lescott and tests Hart with a low drive from a tight angle.
Richards allowed to carry the ball a long way down the right flank. He has Milner running past him, but the ball ends up being rolled out of play for a Baggies throw.
Pre-match formalities out the way and we are ready for the off. Plenty of smiles as the players are introduced to one another. This game has an end of season feel to it - hopefully that doesn't mean we are in for a slow-moving, dour contest.
Teams out of the tunnel so we will leave the feedback there for now and turn our attention to the game. There will be further opportunities to have your say at half-time and at the final whistle.
Tony Holmes is another Baggie watching from behind the sofa. He says: "I'm long-term Baggies fan, but I fear the worst tonight. The rejigged back-line, especially, could get shredded. Olsson was to blame for all 3 goals the other day, Dawson has been given an outing (been on-loan at Bolton) and sadly he will make costly errors at this level. One or both of Jones and Tamas is playing out of position, which could all end in tears. Oh, sub goalie too, also likely to make the odd boo-boo. Dunno much about Man City squad, but I suspect their subs bench costs more, and gets paid more, than our whole team!"
Jon Hyde is expecting little from the Baggies. He says: "Looking at the Albion team, it is weakened perhaps more so than City's. Cant see us getting anything. 3-1 City."
Players back in the dressing rooms, sprinklers on and ground filling up nicely. We are almost all set here. I get the feeling we will get a few goals tonight.
BT Drums thinks West Brom can take maximum points from their trip to Manchester. He says: "I am not expecting a comfortable home win tonight. I can see West Brom winning it with a brace from Lukaku!"
Andrew Bruce fears for City's back four. He says: "City fan writing from Canada...Lukaku is going to shred that backline unless Richards helps out in the centre (repeatedly). Oh well..."
Just under 20 minutes until kick-off at the Etihad. Keep your pre-match thoughts coming in to Chris.Burton@bskyb.com or @SkySportsChrisB.
Players out being put through their paces. Muggy evening in Manchester - perfect conditions for football, so no excuses for either side not to put on a decent show.
Chris Green is another going for a comfortable home win. He says: "If West Brom are to have any chance of getting a result here, they must keep it tight at the back and keep the ball away from City as often as possible; otherwise, this could be a long night for the Baggies. My prediction: Man City 3-0 West Brom."
Elijah Peterkin first to get in touch, and is going for a home win. He says: "City would want to secure the Champions League spot which will give them confidence for the final. Not surprised to see a few players rested but have a feeling City will do the business at home as always. I say 3-0 City."
Both sides make plenty of changes, with Roberto Mancini and Steve Clarke shuffling their respective packs. City would appear to have one eye on Saturday's FA Cup final. Can't blame them, really.
West Brom team: Myhill, Tamas, Dawson, Olsson, Jones, Mulumbu, Morrison, Yacob, Ridgewell, Rosenberg, Lukaku. Subs: Foster, Dorrans, Long, Popov, Reid, Odemwingie, McAuley.
Man City team: Hart, Richards, Kolo Toure, Lescott, Kolarov, Garcia, Rodwell, Milner, Tevez, Nasri, Dzeko. Subs: Pantilimon, Maicon, Nastasic, Barry, Silva, Razak, Aguero.

The Baggies suffered a dramatic 3-2 defeat to Wigan on Saturday, having twice taken the lead. They have picked up only one win in six, but are virtually guaranteed to end the campaign in the top-half of the table.
City were held 0-0 at Swansea last time out and have won only one of their last three in the league. They are, however, still four points clear of Chelsea in third and can stretch that gap with a positive result tonight.
There is little riding on this tie, in truth, but neither side will want to roll over after struggling at the weekend.
