90 - GOAL Parker wriggles past Wheater and finishes past Schwarzer to surely clinch the points for West Ham.

89 - One last push West Ham are looking the more likely as the game enters its closing stages.

86 - Substitution Camara comes off as Curbishley throws onn Paintsil.

84 - Settling for a point? The tempo seems to have slowed a little. Perhaps both sides would be happy with a point.

81 - No joy for Young Young hits a shot high and wide from distance.

51 - Boro back on top Boro have started the second half strongly but are still lacking a cutting edge.

48 - Injury scare for Ashton Ashton appears to pick up some sort of problem after landing awkwardly, but he quickly runs it off.

22 - Downing tries his luck Downing cuts inside from the right but blazes his shot high and wide.

19 - Opening up It has become more of a contest in recent minutes with West Ham starting to gain a foothold.

16 - Starting to settle West Ham enjoy their best spell of the match and win a free-kick in a good position, but Woodgate clears the danger.

14 - One-way traffic West Ham are struggling to get out of their own half as Boro pour forward.

10 - Swift break Boro launch a fast counter-attack through Johnson and Aliadiere but West Ham manage to get back and thwart them.

7 - Good defence Tuncay's dangerous cross towards Downing at the back post it brilliantly cleared by McCartney.

2- Scrappy start Neither side is able to find any fluency in the opening stages, with the ball bouncing around aimlessly in midfield.
