Yakubu Everton West Ham Premier League Goodison Park

90+4 - Full-time: Everton's UEFA Champions League hopes take a blow with two home points dropped, but West Ham deserved at least a draw, and could even have snatched it at the end. Thanks for all your emails, hope you enjoyed our coverage of the game!

90 - Chance of glory: Ashton flicks on and Sears breaks through, flicking the ball beyond Howard with the outside of his boot, but it hits the post and comes back out to be scrambled away. What a chance for the teenager.

89 - So close: Noble unleashes a thunderous shot from 25 yards which looks destined for the top corner but continues rising and goes just over.

88 - No penalty: Osman goes down in the area as Tomkins waves a leg at the ball, but referee Halsey is not interested and Yakubu blazes a follow-up shot well wide.

85 - Everton slip: Jagielka dwells on the ball on the edge of his own box and is robbed by the alert Sears. But the young striker is unable to find the net with Howard out to make a good save.

81 - Sliced away: Solano is quickly involved to set up Hayden Mullins on the edge of the box, but the midfielder gets his shot all wrong. Spector comes on for Parker in West Ham's final switch.

80 - Hammers change: Nolberto Solano comes on for Freddie Ljungberg. The Everton fans have gone quiet - at Goodison and on email. Too busy chewing your fingernails?

76 - Drilled wide: Ashton robs Fernandes and steps away from Baines before firing across Howard's goal. He had team-mates in better positions and really should have passed. Jim the happy Hammer is too tense to leave his computer and his dinner is getting cold!

74 - Off target: Fernandes shoots from long range but his effort lacks power and direction and Green watches it bounce harmlessly wide.

70 - Game on: Can Everton regain the lead, or is the momentum now with West Ham? Let me know what you think by sending an email to rob.parrish@bskyb.com

68 - GOAL!!! Lucas Neill curls in a ball from the right flank which Ashton gets up above Jagielka to head beyond Howard with the goalkeeper only able to push it onto the post and into the back of the net. Superb header and a deserved equaliser.

67 - From distance: Anichebe tries his luck from outside the area with a dipping effort which skips up off the turf in front of Green, but the Hammers goalkeeper gathers.

65 - Green on red alert: Everton are back on the attack with Osman finding Baines, but the West Ham keeper is quickly out to block.

61 - Wasted: Noble tries his luck but his side-footed effort goes high and wide and the midfielder is left looking at the sky in despair. West Ham supporter Philip must feel the same as he is surrounded by Everton fans at work near Liverpool.

60 - Hammers chance: Sears shows quick feet on the edge of the box and is felled by a combination of Lescott and Lee Carsley. A free-kick in a very dangerous position.

57 - Feed the Yak: Leighton Baines gets away down the left and crosses low into the area. Yakubu gets a foot to it, but Ferdinand's presence puts him off and Green is able to gather.

55 - Goalmouth scramble: Noble's corner from the left causes confusion in the Everton box with Ferdinand finding Tomkins, but the youngster is crowded out before he can get a shot away.

52 - Differing opinions: Mike in Florida is banking on another belter from Yakubu, while Dan from Southend is tipping a 4-1 win for his beloved Hammers. A bold prediction!

50 - Sears sent on: Boa Morte is dragged off by Alan Curbishley with teenage striker Freddie Sears, who scored on his debut against Blackburn last week, coming on. Can he be the hero again?

47 - First attack: Yakubu plays in Arteta down the right and his cross towards the back post is plucked out of the air by Green with Anichebe lurking.

Here we go: Everton get us started in the second half looking to build on their 1-0 advantage.

Second half: We're back after the interval. 14-year-old Anthony from Kirkby should have been at the game, but was too ill to go. He wants a 2-0 home win, with Yakubu getting the second to help him get well soon.

All over the world: Hammers fans Louie and Chris are keeping up to date with the action from Toronto and Peru respectively and are banking on second-half comeback to secure a 2-1 victory. What do you think? Drop me a line at rob.parrish@bskyb.com

Half-time: Yakubu's goal is the difference between the two teams, but there has been no shortage of talking points and action here at Goodison Park.

45 - Added time: One additional minute will be played. Ashton is still shaking his head, Howard had no right making that save.

44 - Superb stop: West Ham are awarded a free-kick on the edge of the box after a foul on Scott Parker. Ashton drills it goalwards and the ball takes a wicked deflection off Lescott, only for Howard to stick out a leg and knock the ball away. Great stuff from the American.

41 - Great save: Anichebe plays a superb ball through to Yakubu who again holds off Tomkins and shoots goalwards, but Green is off his line to produce a smart stop with his legs.

39 - Mopping up: Luis Boa Morte tries to thread a ball through to Ashton, but Jagielka steps out to confidently clear.

34 - Colombia contact: Dave Coleman has been in touch from Bogota to confidently predict a 3-1 home win. It's looking good so far, with Yakubu causing the Hammers all sorts of problems with his power and pace.

31 - Bad miss: Noble's ball into the box causes confusion between Arteta and Phil Jagielka, gifting Ashton a shot on goal from 12 yards, but he rushes the shot and drags it wide when he really should have equalised.

30 - Cahill confirmation: Word from the touchline is that Cahill suffered a recurrence of his hip injury. Everton fans will hope he's not on the sidelines for too long.

28 - Far and wide: West Ham fan Darren is following the game from Austria and is already worried about another 4-0 thrashing after conceding so early.

25 - Great defending: Mikel Arteta whips in a dangerous corner which Anichebe flicks on and Joleon Lescott looks set to head home only for Ferdinand to get there first with a crucial interception.

23 - Backpass? Hayden Mullins plays the ball back to Green, with the ball flicking off Anichebe's knee on the way through. Green picks it up and referee Mark Halsey waves play on with the home players and fans demanding an indirect free-kick.

19 - Great cross: Lucas Neill swings the ball into the area but Dean Ashton just can't get there. Mark Noble then shows some fancy footwork, but Everton clear their lines.

18 - Score draw? West Ham fan Ben is banking on Freddie Sears finding the net in a 1-1 draw, while Man Utd supporter Daz thinks it will finish 2-2. Have your say by emailing me at rob.parrish@bskyb.com

15 - Ruled out: Yakubu finds the net once again with a cool side-footed finish after Victor Anichebe turns away from Ferdinand. But the flag is raised and the goal is ruled out. Replays show Yakubu was onside and the ball came off Scott Parker. Bad call by the officials, but they only get to see it once at full speed.

10 - Home blow: Bad news for Everton as Tim Cahill is forced out of the action in the early stages. Manuel Fernandes comes on in his place.

10 - Estonia calling: Mikhel from Estonia has been in touch to predict a 2-0 home win, while Les in Dublin is hoping for an improved display from Anton Ferdinand at the back for West Ham. It's only looking good for one of you!

8 - GOAL!!! Yakubu Aiyegbeni outmuscles Tomkins, turning away from the young centre-back before drilling a powerful shot beyond Rob Green. Goodison erupts!

5 - Off the bar: Great header from James Tomkins, who is making his debut, which comes back off the face of the bar with Tim Howard beaten.

Kick-off: We are under way at Goodison Park.

West Ham: Green, Neill, Ferdinand, Tomkins, McCartney, Ljungberg, Parker, Mullins, Noble, Boa Morte, Ashton. Subs: Walker, Cole, Solano, Spector, Sears.

Everton: Howard, Neville, Jagielka, Lescott, Baines, Arteta, Carsley, Cahill, Osman, Yakubu, Anichebe. Subs: Wessels, Hibbert, Gravesen, Nuno Valente, Fernandes.

European dream: Everton can move level on points with Merseyside rivals Liverpool with victory today. Can David Moyes' men overhaul the Anfield outfit in the race for the final UEFA Champions League berth? Send your thoughts to rob.parrish@bskyb.com and I'll publish the best.
