Carroll Roy Derby v Fulham

Carroll: Championship-bound

90 + 3 - ALL OVER: Things end 2-2 to send Derby down. The inevitable becomes reality at Pride Park as the draw with Fulham condemns Derby to Premier League relegation. Stay with Skysports.com for all the post-match reaction.

90 + 1 - Good save: Carroll saves well from Aaron Hughes at point blank range as Fulham fans chant 'going down'.

90 - Added time: There will be three minutes added time.

86 - Steady: Andy G reckons it will be a 3-2 win for Derby, but things have settled down now as Derby bring on Mears for Todd.

83 - What an ending: Both sides are going for it. Don't rule out a late winner.

80 - GOAL DERBY!!! I spoke too soon. Derby equalise as Villa heads in to make it 2-2. Game on. Pride Park is rocking.

78 - GOAL FULHAM!!!: Curtains for Derby as Fulham make it 2-1. Bouazza fires in via a defelction from Leacock.

74 - Stumble: Sterjovski has a chance but slips as he is about to pull the trigger. That sums up the second half for Derby. Sounds like 32-year Derby fan Andy G has thrown in the towel as he is planning for next season.

70 - That was the chance: Savage has just missed a sitter as Keller saves his effort from eight yards. Manager Paul Jewell can't beleive it as Paul Konchesky talks his way into a booking

68 - Corner: Fulham have a corner as Todd heads away a Bouazza free-kick. Derby clear, but Fulham are coming back into this now.

65 - So close: Andy in Lincoln you almost got your wish as a rare Fulham attack sees Kamara's header deflected just wide. That would have been harsh on Derby, who clear the corner. Fulham, though, have a composure in front of goal which Derby are lacking.

63 - All Derby: The Rams are dominating, but they can't quiet find the goal they need as Lewis curls a free-kick out of play.

60 - Booking: Leon Andreasen goes in the book for a cynical challenge on Villa.

58 - Good news: News from the west of the Midlands is that City have pulled one back against Birmingham (2-1) and Franck Queudrue has been sent off for the home side.

57 - Good save: Keller reacts well to tip a swirling effort from Mile Sterjovski. Derby do not look like they are going down without a fight. If only they had showed this sort of form earlier in the season...

55 - More bad news: It is lucky for Derby they are looking ominous because Birmingham have netted again (2-0). Looks like Derby are going to have to save themselves today or it will be relegation in front of their own fans.

54 - End-to-end: Derby immediately break and Earnshaw exposes Keller with his pace as he beats the goalkeeper - who has come out of his area - to the ball. Earnshaw, though, pulls his effort wide. Derby have started this half well.

52 - What did I say? Hossam Ghaly chops down McBride on the edge of the box and Bullard rattles the bar with the resulting free-kick. He is getting closer.

51 - Pondering a change: Fulham boss Roy Hodgson is rubbing his chin in a thoughtful manner on the touchline. looks like he is considering a substitution. Fulham need a win.

50 - Offside: Earnshaw thinks he is through, but he is denied by an offside. The Welshman drags his effort wide anyway. Sums up his season.

49 - Job done: The wall does its job and Lewis' effort goes off for a throw-in. Looks like Derby are up for this second half. Rams fans you are very quiet.

48 - Booking: Hameur Bouazza receives a yellow for chopping down Savage on the edge of the box. Chance for Derby as Lewis lines it up.

47 - WE'RE BACK: Derby get the second half going. As it stands, with Birmingham winning, Derby need three points to survive. Remember it is Peter.Fraser@bskyb.com if you want to give me a shout.

Getting ready: The sides are back on the pitch. Billy wants to see Eddie Johnson come on for the ineffective McBride.

45 + 2 - HALF-TIME: The first half comes to a close. As it stands Derby are heading down. But there is reason to optimistic for Derby fans as the Rams have looked dangerous. Villa's goal was fortunate, but Kamara took advantage of poor defending to equalise. Fulham have looked a threat and there is life left in this one. Don't forget to let me know your thoughts at Peter.Fraser@bskyb.com.

45 - Added time: There will be two minutes added time.

43 - Keep it friendly: No need for the use if surnames Liam. You sound like one of my old high school teachers, but you're 'shambolic ' description of the Derby defence is spot on.

42 - Bad news: Sorry Derby fans, Birmingham have scored (1-0). As it stands it is bon voyage to the Rams.

40 - What do I know? Moore has McBride in his back pocket. My One to Watch looks a little inaccurate, but there is a long way to go yet.

39 - Villa threat: The striker is looking dangerous for Derby, but at the other end Carroll and Todd are involved in a mix up and give away a corner, but Brede Hangeland heads over.

36 - Good goalkeeping: Both Carroll and Keller have been forced to come out of their 18-yard boxes to snub out attacks. Solid shot-stopping and shows both players are on their toes.

34 - Substitution: Miller is forced to make way as Earshaw comes on. Jones has another decent long range effort. He looks like an accomplished player.

30 - Calm down: Things have settled down a bit now after a frantic few minutes as Miller is down injured which allows me to get back to you comments. Martin B will be pleased with Fulham's equaliser as he has had a flutter on the Cottagers to win to pay for this evening's festivities. Skysports.com reminds you to drink responsibly if your dabble comes off Martin.

28 - Booking: Andy Todd goes in the book for raising an arm in an aerial challenge with McBride. Great game here now. Things have opened up and it does not look like two sides at the bottom of the table.

26 - Great response: Jones plays Kenny Miller through, but the striker's first touch is poor and Keller is off his line to block.

24 - GOAL FULHAM!!! I spoke to soon Fulham have equalised! Derby's defending is terrible as Simon Davies, who has impressed me this season, crosses for Diomansy Kamara to head in unmarked.

22 - Chance: the ball won't quite drop for Savage in the Fulham box and he drags his half-volley tamely wide and into the hands of Keller. Derby are coming into the game now as David Jones curls one towards goal, which is also well saved. Further good news for Derby fans is that it is 0-0 at Birmingham.

20 - McBride watch: Fulham striker Brian McBride, my pick as One to Watch in the match preview is struggling to get into the game. Does the American striker represent your best hope Fulham fans?

19 - Kick and rush: We are really lacking any quality here. But with so much at stake it is fair to let the players off. Derby are giving away a lot of free-kicks close to the edge of the box. I can't help but feel they may soon be punished.

17 - Comeback: Fulham fan Billy M is praying for a comeback. I notice he writes from somewhere called St Andrews surely not a stadium to the west of the Midlands?

15 - Second chance: Fulham have a free-kick 25 yards from goal, but Bullard again curls over the top. He was closer this time. Third time lucky?

12 - Across the water: Fulham fan Kenny from Florida says that if Fulham don't win this one then they don't deserve to stay in the top flight. A fair comment some might say, but Fulham were unfortunate with the goal. Leacock's original effort was going to be troubling the slightly rotund steward close to the corner flag rather than Keller.

10 - DERBY GOAL!!! Lucky to say the least. Comedy capers at the back from Fulham as they fail to clear. The hilarity continues as Dean Leacock lets rip from thirty yards the ball deflects off Villa and leaves Kasey Keller stranded to give Derby the lead. Who says you don't get any luck at the bottom of the table?

8 - Trademark stuff: Derby midfielder Robbie Savage is putting himself about. The game is being played in midfield and there is very little quality at present.

7 - Doom and gloom: Afternoon Jack. Good to hear from the Fulham contingent. If you lose you are down you say. I don't think you are too far wrong. Where has it gone wrong for both of these sides this season?

5 - Scrappy: I've only covered Derby once before this season, the victory over Newcastle - a good omen?, but I can see why they are in so much trouble as Darren Moore smacks a pass out of play.

2 - No worries: Panic over Chris. Bullard has used it as a sight setter as he blazes well over the bar. Not a reflection of Bullard's talent. Will Fulham be able to keep hold of the midfielder in the summer? Drop me a line at Peter.Fraser@bskyb.com.

KICK-OFF: referee Mike Dean gets the game going. It's another full house at Pride Park, but Derby are on the back foot from the off and Fulham win a free-kick 30 yards from goal. Jimmy Bullard is lining one up. Stay calm Chris.

Hats off: Well done Chris P, a nervous Derby fan following the game from work, you are quickest out of the blocks and the first to recognise the importance of the game. You are squirming in your seat you say, well try and keep calm. Stay with Skysports.com for all the action. Surely it is sooner or later for you Derby fans anyway? What are your thoughts on the game Fulham fans? Are you looking forward to condemning Derby to the drop? Not that I'm trying to provoke any rivalry.

Kick-off approaches: Perhaps not a tie which would have jumped out off the fixture list at the start of the season. But what a game we could have today. If Derby fail to win and Birmingham defeat Manchester City at St Andrews it is curtains for the Rams. As a neutral, I'm looking forward to this one but I expect there are a few butterflies out there. Fulham are also facing a fight for survival and it will be a tense time for the Londoners. Let me know your thoughts at Peter.Fraser@bskyb.com. The first person to mention 'relegation six-pointer' will receive a cliché special thumbs up.

Team News: Roy Carroll and Mile Sterjovski return for Derby, while Emanuel Villa is prefered ahead of Rob Earnshaw. Eddie Lewis dropping to left-back looks a bit dodgy to me. Meanwhile, Fulham are without David Healy as the striker has not recovered from the knock he sustained on international duty.

Fulham team: Keller, Stalteri, Hughes, Hangeland, Konchesky, Davies, Bullard, Andreasen, Bouazza, McBride, Kamara. Subs: Warner, Bocanegra, Johnson, Dempsey, Murphy.

Derby team: Carroll, Todd, Leacock, Moore, Lewis, Sterjovski, Ghaly,Savage, Jones, Miller, Villa. Subs: Price, Earnshaw, Feilhaber, Mears, Beardsley.
