FULL-TIME: It is all over at White Hart Lane and Spurs thoroughly deserve their place in the final. Stay with skysports.com for post-match reaction.
Added time and GOAL!!! Three minutes of added time to be played here. But wait, it is 5-1! Malbrqanque puts the icing on the cake, tapping home from close range!
85 - Little to report here. Arsenal are working tirelessly but they know the game is over. Spurs deserve their win. They were by far the better side over two legs.
80 - Almost: Spurs are just 10 minutes away from the final. Arsenal are pushing for another but are struggling to create against Tottenham's defence.
74 - Spurs change: Huddlestone replaces Lennon.
70 - GOAL!!! Arsenal get one back through Adebayor - who powers home from the edge of the area.
64 - Subs: Keane and Berbatov are replaced by Defoe and Boateng, while Eduardo and Adebayor replace Walcott and Traore.
62 - Yellow: A frustrated Hoyte hacks at Keane and is rightly carded.
60 - GOAL!!! It is definitely all over now. Lennon fires under Fabianski after Spurs catch The Gunners on the break.
57 - Update: It all looks over for The Gunners. Morale has dropped. Spurs seem to be heading to Wembley!
51 - Malbranque leads a counter attack and hits low, but Fabianski does better this time and saves well.
48 - GOAL!!! Surely it is all over now. It is 3-0! Lennon hits a wicked ball over the top and Keane latches on it. He hits at goal and Fabianski should save, but it squirms past him. Arsenal go up the other end immediately and hit the bar - so close to 3-1.
We're back and underway.
HALF-TIME The first half comes to a close with Spurs 2-0 up. It is an absorbing game that is being played at a frenetic pace. Anything could happen in the second half.
There are two minutes of added time to be played.
43 - Incorrect: Walcott and Bentdner play a clever one-two but the Dane is called offisde. He was on.
37 - Flashes over: Diaby, who has had a real mixed bag of a game so far, comes inside from the left and fires at goal. His effort is high though, and Cerny sees it over.
31 - Cerny stop: Fabregas bends in a free-kick and Sagna directs the ball goalwards. Cerny reacts and tips over easily.
30 - Woodwork: Berbatov is one v one with Fabianski and strikes low, but his effort cannons off the foot of the post. A huge let off for Arsenal.
27 - GOAL!!! It's 2-0. Dawson runs off celebrating but Jenas' free-kick comes of Bendtner's head to fly into the net.
25 - Upfate: Spurs are enjoying some decent possession. Individuals-wise, Diaby has looked a little sluggish but Bendtner has impressed. For Tottenham, Tainio has been impressive when breaking up play and Keane and Berbatov's partnership has looked typically dangerous.
20 - Yellow: Malbranque is booked after catching Sagna late.
18 - Arsenal change: Fabregas comes on for the injured Denilson.
17 - Walcott pace: The teenager latches onto Diaby's through ball - getting there ahead of Dawson - but Cerny is out quickly to block.
15 - Keane does Gallas: The Irishman beats the Frenchman seeing him in on goal. However, Arsenal just about recover and clear. A nervy moment for The Gunners.
14 - Berba offside: Lennon rides Gilberto's challenge before looking up and picking out Berbatov. The Bulgarian is just offside though.
11 - Bendtner involved once more as Hleb sets him up. His effort is a little high though, and Cerny sees it over.
10 - Put your foot through it: The Gunners work the ball well and it eventually falls to Bendtner, but the big Dane opts to pass instead of shoot and Walcott is offside.
7 - Denilson okay: He seems alright now. No need for Fabregas' services just yet.
6 - Denilson down: The Brazilian appears to pull a hamstring and is now recieving treatment. Fabregas is warming up.
3 - GOAL!!! Jenas puts Spurs ahead! The midfielder picks up the ball after Cerny's kick. He runs at goal before unleashing a low and accurate strike which comes off the foot of the post and rolls in. An excellent strike, and White Hart Lane is buzzing.
2 - Tempo: An electric start to the tie with both sides pressing immediately. Arsenal have enjoyed the better of the early stages, with some slick passing. A move breaks down courtesy of Gilberto's ambitious effort which he skies miles over.
Underway: Spurs get the game started to a fiery roar.
