Drogba: Leading the line
FULL-TIME It's all over at White Hart Lane. What a fantastic advert for Premier League football. Two sides playing with freedom and at pace couldn't be seperated on a dramatic evening in North London. Thanks for your company, hope you all enjoyed the commentary and don't forget to tune into skysports.com for further minute-by-minute coverage throughout the season
90 +2 mins: Stunning save: Berbatov could and should have won it for Spurs. Intricate passing on the edge of the area saw the ball reach Berbatov. The Bulgarian was left one-on-one with the Blues stopper but his shot was brilliantly saved and the chance had gone
90 mins: Sub: Shevchenko has replaced Ferreira as Chelsea search for the winner. What a game this has been!
88 mins: GOAL!!! Unbelievable!! Robbie Keane has just scored a peach of a goal to level the scores. The Irishman cut in from the left and curl a stunning right-foot shot past Cudicini and into the top corner. It looks like Spurs have snatched a dramatic late point
86 mins: Poor corner: Spurs filled the box but Keane's corner didn't beat the first man and Terry cleared
84 mins: Avram Grant not an entertainer?? His Blues have played with freedom and flair this evening, and despite looking a touch ropey at the back - going forward they have been immense
81 mins: Sub: Joe Cole's work is done for the evening and he is replaced by Ballack. I must agree with Greg - if Cole had started in the Carling Cup final I think the outcome may well have been different
79 mins: GOAL!!!! The Blues are back in front!! Joe Cole has bagged his second of the evening - and how. The England man turned Chimbonda after Drogba's neat pass and emphatically drilled the ball into the top corner past England team mate Robinson
77 mins: All change: How a game can shift momentum. Tottenham are driving forward at will now. Lennon broke down the right this time but his cross was just to high for Bent who was lying in wait
74 mins: GOAL!!! Huddlestone has fired Spurs level. Unbelievable scenes at White Hart Lane. Keane's corner wasn't dealt with and Huddlestone smashed the loose ball past Cudicini with his left-foot. What was I saying about Chelsea and set-pieces???
72 mins: Prediction: While we have a quick break just to note a quick shout from Neil the hammer who thinks Ashley Cole will see be given his marching orders before the end of the game! We shall see...
71 mins: YELLOW Credit where credit's due as Huddlestone refuses to con Mike Riley. The Spurs replacement dived in the box after Terry dived in, but there was absolutely no contact and Huddlestone was rightly cautioned for simulation
70 mins: Sub: Grant tinkers his side now and replaces the lively Kalou with Alex
68 mins: Sub: Bent has come on in place of King as Ramos goes for the jugular
66 mins: Off the post! Essien was inches away from extending Chelsea's lead. The Blues midfielder ghosted into the box and struck right-footed across Robinson but the ball came back off the post
64 mins: What a save! Cudicini has produced a wonder save to keep Chelsea in front. Berbatov chipped the ball through to Keane who took the ball in his stride and fired hard and low but the Italian stuck out a hand to thwart him superbly... turning point perhaps?
61 mins: Set-piece danger: Huddlestone's pin-point corner for Berbatov's goal underlined Chelsea's frailities from set-plays. The usually commanding Blues defence is wobbling this evening
60 mins: GOAL!!! Game on! My predictions are equally as bad as yours!! Berbatov has headed Spurs back into the game. The Bulgarian out-jumped Terry and guided his header over Cudicini to reduce the deficit to one goal
58 mins: Worrying times: As Spurs throw bodies forward in search of a goal they are leaving themselves exposed at the back. If Chelsea find the killer ball I fancy them to score on the counter
53 mins: Views: Double blow for your cheeky half-time prediction James! Not only has Cole's goal dashed your hopes of a 3-2 Spurs comeback but Jenas is no longer on hand to take the winning spot-kick!
53 mins: Apology: I must hold my hands up I missed a sneaky Spurs substitution at the break. Jenas has been replaced by Huddlestone in the centre of the park
51 mins: GOAL!!! Chelsea take another huge step towards a precious three points at White Hart Lane. Joe Cole gets his reward for a fine display with a cool finish. Kalou dropped off his marker and fed Cole who cut past Chimbonda and fired home. Robinson took the pace off the shot but it looped agonisingly into the back of the net
47 mins: Hutton agony: The Scotsman has been in the wars tonight. Kalou is the latest player to leave the Spurs right-back in pain with a mis-timed tackle - no booking though
46 mins: No changes: At the break - Spurs must score the next goal or a fear the worst for the North Londoners! Forgot to ask.. Any Gunners cheering on Spurs tonight?
RE-START: As the players make their way out of the tunnel just another reminder that all views on tonights game/ the title race/ anything football are welcome so drop me a line at Joe.Drabble@bskyb.com and I will do my best to share your thoughts
HALF-TIME: A pulsating half is brought to a close. A fine advert for Premier League football so far despite Ashley Cole's late lunge. I will get my breath back and join you all again in 15
45 mins: YELLOW: It's boiling over at the Lane. Keane is the latest man in Riley's notebook for speaking out of turn. Calm down everybody!!
44 mins: YELLOW: Ashley Cole is a very lucky boy. The England left-back lunged in high and late on Hutton right in front of the dug-outs. Mike Riley was surrounded by Blues players fighting Cole's cause and the full-back received a yellow card that could have so easily been a red
42 mins: Chance: Huge let-off for Spurs just before half-time. Drogba broke through the middle as Chelsea found themselves in a 3 v 2 situation going forward. The Ivorian had Lampard to his left, Joe Cole to his right but opted to shoot tamely straight at Robinson
40 mins: Nervy: Terry is having a few less than convinging moments this evening. The latest saw the Blues skipper give a short back-pass to Cudicini who managed to get there just before the advancing Keane
38 mins: Pressure: It is wave after wave of Blue attacks at the moment. Keane and Berbatov have struggled to link-up and Chelsea have looked threatening going forward. Joe Cole is offereing plenty of width on the right with Drogba playing on the shoulder of Hutton on the left to allow Essien and Lampard to bomb through the middle
34 mins: YELLOW: Joe Cole is the first man in the book and is perhaps unlucky to be. The England winger was hacked down by Chimbonda and after the free-kick wasn't given the Chelsea man took his frustration out with a verbal assault on the linesman and picked up a caution
32 mins: Break in play: Slight pause in London so I will consult the views. Baz is fighting the Ballack corner and hopes to see the German at some point this evening. Essien is filling in adequately thus far
31 mins: Danger: A heart-stopping moment for the Blues. After giving the ball away in their own half again - Lennon broke clear but was denied by a fantastic last-ditch tackle from Cudicini who surged out of his box
27 mins: Scrappy: As much as the entertainment is brilliant the quality at times isn't. Terry is the latest man guilty of wasting possession under little pressure
25 mins: Link-up: Drogba and Kalou are looking lively up top. Just to let you know Jamie - Anelka cost the Blues a mere £15 million, and isn't playing this evening due to a thigh injury.
22 mins: Offside?: Another big let-off for Spurs. Joe Cole's long ball picked out Drogba who was clean through on goal. The linesman raised his flag but the replay suggested otherwise
19 mins: GOAL!!! Eat your words Chris - Essien has put the Blues back in front! More good work from the impressive Joe Cole saw his through-ball find Essien who kept his cool to poke the ball over Robinson. There may have been a hint of offside but it wasn't given and Essien capitalised
16 mins: Response: End-to-end stuff here and Kalou should have restored the visitors lead. Joe Cole weaved his way down the right and whipped in a dangerous low-cross for Kalou who missed his kick with the goal gaping
14 mins: Flap: A worrying moment for Cudicini and Chelsea. Jenas' corner was dangerous and the Italian could only flap the ball half-clear. Chelsea eventually scrambled the ball away with Keane lurking
12 mins: Sitting comfortably: Bjorn in Oslo certainly will be now. You may have wanted top four, but your boys could certainly have a say in the final standings this evening
10 mins: GOAL!!! Game on! The resulting free-kick has resulted in a Spurs equaliser and it's that man Woodgate again. Jenas' delivery was spot-on and Woodgate arrived (unmarked) to bullet his header past Cudicini from close-range.
9 mins: Crunch: Makelele ploughed through Lennon and the Frenchman was very lucky to stay clear of Mike Riley's book. Free-kick in a good position for Spurs
7 mins: Early views: Thanks to Chris Morgan who made a few selection queries ahead of tonight's game. Avram Grant is proving you wrong so far this evening Chris - Ballack for Essien may have seemed a touch controversial but the Ghanian has started strongly this evening
5 mins: Nearly two: Drogba has a second goal ruled out for offside as Chelsea continue their early dominance. The Blues front man is running the Spurs defence ragged early doors and the hosts were spared more woe by the linesman's flag
3 mins: GOAL!!!!! What a start for Chelsea. Drogba's free-kick struck the wall and eventually made its way out to Terry on the left. The Blues skipper showed great vision to pick out the onrushing Ivorian who powered his header past Robinson. Drogba is back with a bang!
2 mins: Essien burst: The Ghana international makes a surging run and wins a free-kick in Drogba territory
KICK-OFF: Chelsea get us underway as they look to avenge their Carling Cup defeat (which was shown at some length on the big screen prior to kick-off) and go level on points with Spurs' arch-rivals Arsenal and leaders Man Utd.
Match preview: Good evening everybody. White Hart Lane is filling up, and so too is the anticipation as these two fierce rivals prepare to resume battle in North London. Chelsea could go level on points with leaders Manchester United with a win tonight with Spurs keen to finish their season with a flourish.
