Full-time: It is all over. United are heading to the UEFA Champions League final with Paul Scholes' stunning strike the difference. A terrific second leg here at Old Trafford. Barca are distraught, while United jubilant. Thank you for ALL your comments. Stay with skysports.com for post-match reaction and player ratings. Until next time.
90 + 6 - Free-kick: Valdes is up as Barca attack...
Reprieve: United secure a breather as Giggs is fouled.
Still going: Barca continue to surge forward. Just seconds to go...
Late sub: Silvestre comes on for Evra, who is struggling after a boot in the face.
90 - Madness: United scrap clear as Barca throw everything into the box. Brown makes a key challenge before Ronaldo, of all people, heads clear.
Added time: Three minutes of injury-time will be played.
89 - Bojan: The youngster pulls down a long ball but is unable to fire at goal. United scramble clear.
88 - Final throw of the dice: Gudjohnsen is on for Toure.
87 - Route one: Barca lump it forward to no avail. They look defeated.
86 - Almost: United are just minutes away from the final. Can they hold on? Goodness, it is tense!
85 - Ref: Then official seems aghast at any strong challenges. Ronaldo is once again unfairly penalised for a shoulder barge.
83 - Tigerish: United are giving their all, with Tevez leading by example as he battles back.
81 - Fired: Ronaldo bombs in from the right but his strike is off target and flashes wide. Seconds later, Henry tries his luck with a typically curling effort, however Van der Sar gathers with ease.
80 - Comfy-ish: United are mopping up Barca's attacks with ease at the moment.
78 - Chance: Henry meets a corner, but his header is right at Van der Sar. Either side of the Dutchman and Barca would have been level.
76 - Double sub: Giggs comes on for Nani, while Fletcher is on for Scholes.
76 - Tense: The tension is fierce with the tie on a knife edge. A goal for Barca would be heartbreak for United - my thoughts echoed by Shankar Satyamoorthi.
73 - Messi: The Argentine skips inside from the right before sliding a pinpoint ball into the heart of United's defence. Xavi cannot quite get there though, and it is away to safety for United.
Can they? Scott Weeden wants to know if I think United can hold on. At present they look comfortable, but with Bojan now on for Eto'o, anything could happen.
70 - Booking: Toure is yellow-carded for a late challenge on Park. He will miss the final if Barca progress.
68 - Yellow: Ronaldo is booked for something which I cannot quite put my finger on. The ref got that one wrong.
67 - Frustrated: Toure's long-range shot which bobbles well wide encapsulates Barca's lack of penetration.
Poem part two: When Henry comes on, the fun begins. Bye bye United - thanks, once again, Barry.
64 - Deflection: Deco tries his luck from a lengthy distance, but his effort clips the wall and is out for a corner. United clear.
63 - Yellow: Carrick goes into the book after he brings down Messi.

61 - Barca sub: Henry comes on for Iniesta.
60 - Ah! Old Trafford holds its breath as United counter with Nani weaving his way into a brilliant position. However, his final effort zooms over the bar. Great run.
58 - Henry: The Frenchman looks to be warming up.
57 - Stopped: United put together a quality move with Tevez trying his luck after a one-two. Valdes does well to parry clear though.
55 - Critical: Abidal comes to Barca's rescue again as he intercepts Ronaldo's cross. Had he not, United would surely have made it 2-0.
54 - Booking: Deco is booked for a challenge on Park.
53 - Close shave: Ronaldo hooks a ball into the box with Nani speeding in on goal, he touches an effort goalwards but Abidal is there to make a vital block.
52 - Yellow: Zambrotta goes into the book after a challenge on Evra. The tackle was a little rash.
50 - Roar: Old Trafford showers down a wave of rallying cries as United win a corner. It comes to nothing though.
48 - Pattern: It looks like we might be set for plenty of Barca possession as they go in search of their equaliser. Are Vidic-less United capable of holding on?
46 - Park: The South Korean has imrpessed so far. Once again, as Barca look to attack, he is there to nip the ball away.
Underway: Barca kick-off the second period.
Busy bees: A brief shout out to those of you at work or in class while the match is unfolding. My heart goes out to you, but I shall do my utmost to ensure I keep the fine details of the events coming. The second half is almost upon us.

Half-time: United edge the encounter at the break. What a superb half. A real spectacle. Scholes' goal was stunning, while Barca improved towards the final stages of the half. Messi is the man, there is no doubting it, and he looks like he might be Barca's key outlet if they are to level and swing the tie back in their favour. Right, I am to have a teeny break while trawling through your emails.
Added time: One minute of injury time to be played.
44 - Delivery: Xavi bends in an excellent free-kick only for Milito to head wide. He should have done better.
43 - Barca: At times, it is a little like watching Arsenal - a lot of pretty passes but sometimes an unwillingness to shoot.
41 - Wide: Top cross from Park with Nani glancing just wide. Almost.
Barry's poem: Be afraid. Be very afraid. Baca will win. Barry in Spain - thanks for that Barry.
38 - Dodgy: Van der Sar spills Messi's tantalising cross; however he is saved by Evra, who makes a key challenge on Eto'o.
37 - Closer: Barca possession eventually sees Deco hammer a strike just wide of Van der Sar's right-hand post.
34 - Blast: Barca work the ball really well as Iniesta bursts at United's defence. The ball drops to Deco, who strikes first-time, however his effort flashes above the top corner.
Urging: Many United fans are getting in contact to voice their hope for a second. It will be advantage Barca if the Spaniard's level.
31 - Opportunity: Messi makes a darting run through the middle but his team-mates are unable to find him.
29 - Brave: Tevez's cross causes havoc in the Barca box, with Valdes palming clear before Puyol is forced to head away in the six-yard box. The experienced centre-back picked up a knock during his efforts, but should be okay.
28 - Rattled: Barca look a tad disjointed in their attempts to level. Unsurprisingly, it is Messi that looks the most likely to make something happen.
26 - Lull: There's a small lull in the action as Van der Sar shakes off a collision. If the scoreline stays at it is, what sort of minute will Henry enter the fray?

23 - Thank goodness: The fixture is flying at present. Such a contrast to last week's drab affair.
21 - A whisker: Park's effort zips a yard wide as he connects first time.
Nude: Josh Lewis has promised to run down his road naked if Welbeck comes on to complete a potential 3-0 win. Watch out ladies!
20 - Palmed: Messi embarks on a dinking run before curling one towards the bottom corner. Van der Sar gets down and pushes wide.
19 - Control: Barca seem a little shocked to be behind. United definitely have the momentum now and may look to hit a second.
17 - Mighty close: Ronaldo whips in a deadly ball which Valdes just scraps clear.
16 - Bouyed: Old Trafford is rocking, and the energy of the crowd seems to be oozing its way into the players. Meanwhile, Puyol chops Ronaldo in a dangerous area...
14 - GOAL!!! Scholes puts United in front! A horrible pass from Zambrotta sees Scholes pounce. He gets his head up outside the area before stepping towards goal. The little midfielder winds up and then smashes a terrific strike past Valdes. What a hit. Truly stunning. It swerved wickedly.
Committed: Mike DiIorio, friend and colleague of Jeff Slemin, is kitted out in his United strip at work in Canada. Top effort, fella.
12 - Cheers: Abidal then hits a rotten ball to put Puyol in trouble. United have a throw-in high up the field but it comes to nothing.
11 - Abidal: The French full-back either gets a cross all wrong or attempts an ambitious lob. Nonetheless, it dropped just over the bar with Van der Sar scurrying back.
10 - Almost: Xavi cushions the ball expertly, but his pass is just overhit. Had it been better weighted, Eto'o might have been in.
9 - Posession: Both sides enjoy a spell of the ball, knocking it around as they look to settle after a frantic beginning.
7 - Lucky boy: Van der Sar hacks wildly at a simple kick, slicing the ball into the air. Eto'o pounces but waste the chance.
6 - Nullifier: Toure, impressive in the first leg, has already demonstrated quality, nipping a number of United attacks in the bud.
5 - Recovery: United attack but Barca deal with it well. Messi then counters, at a ridiculous pace mind, but Brown does really well to nick it off him.

3 - Too soon: United give away another foul, with the free-kick taken quickly. A little too quickly for the official though, and the play is brought back.
2 - Pressing: United are in Barca's faces, pressing every ball. Tevez gives away another free-kick as he catches Puyol late.
1 - Blimey: Typically rash from Scholes as he chops Messi right on the edge of the penalty area. The free-kick is then wasted.
Kick-off: United get the game underway...
Teams are out: Out they trot, chests puffed out to a roar from Old Trafford. Just moments away now...
Not convinced: Abhishek Abhi is backing United to claim a 7-1 win. If that happens I will embark on a slow-mo jog around the office in my underpants. Not out of joy for United - I am a neutral - but out of shock.
Further emotions: King Aib is 'anxious', Joel Macey is 'excited', Joe is 'bricking it' (not one word, but it is published on merit) and Adhiraj Daby is 'impatient'.
One-word samples: David Moore is 'jittery', Harry Schorr is 'confident', Mark Holmes is 'perplexed' and Matt Naylor is 'expectant'. More to follow you eloquent lot.
Simple summary: With 15 minutes until kick-off, how are you feeling? Send me your one-word summaries now. I am going for 'giddy'. James.dall@bskyb.com or via the feedback button on the scorecentre to send in your emotions.
Money matters: Alex Vaughan has taken his hard-earned sterling off United winning, and plunked it all on Barca. The starting XIs were a deciding factor, apparently.
Messi magic: Chris McAuley, a Barca fan, believes the little Argentine - extremely sharp in the first leg - will shine tonight and prove to be the difference between the two sides.
Time to perform: Frank Daly is challenging Ronaldo to stand up and be counted. Some have claimed he has not performed in the bigger fixtures. Well, if that is true, now is as good as time as any to have a stormer.
Surprise star: Danny Welbeck, maybe? The youngster is highly-rated at Old Trafford, and Anthony Fletcher believes he may grab a dramatic winner in the dying moments.
Contact info: James.dall@bskyb.com or via the feedback button on the scorecentre to voice your opinions.
Anderson: Many United fans are getting in touch expressinf their bewilderment at the lack of Anderson. Steve Culpan, meanwhile, is not feeling too confident, but is hoping for a massive display. Barca fans, where are you?
Henry absence: Maz is chuffed that the Frenchman is on the bench. He certainly made an impact when he came on in the first leg. Has Rijkaard missed a trick by leaving the former Gunner out once more? In other news, Dennis Kimutai, a Chelsea fan, hopes United progress as they would be an 'easier' opponent in the final - you cheeky devil Dennis.
Destruction: Darrell Edwards believes Barca will go onto to 'destroy' United's backline. To be fair, Fergie's men defended extremely well with the same back four last week. Meanwhile, Roy believes: "No anderon, no giggs, no rooney, no chance for united."
Gutting: Stephen Murray and Seb are 'gutted' that Rooney and Vidic miss out, while Markos Stratford is tipping Ronaldo to make up for his spot-kick miss last week. Keep them coming people.
Thoughts: So the teams are in. I await your feelings. James.dall@bskyb.com or via the feedback button on the scorecentre to get in touch.
Barca team: Valdes, Zambrotta, Puyol, Milito, Abidal, Toure Yaya, Messi, Xavi, Deco, Iniesta, Eto'o. Subs: Pinto, Gudjohnsen, Henry, Edmilson, Sylvinho, Thuram, Bojan.
United team: Van der Sar, Hargreaves, Ferdinand, Brown, Evra, Park, Scholes, Carrick, Nani, Ronaldo, Tevez. Subs: Kuszczak, Anderson, Giggs, O'Shea, Fletcher, Silvestre, Welbeck.
