HALF-TIME It is all square in this tie after Watson's headed goal against the run of play. City started the brighter but could not get the vital third goal. There is everything to play for here now - my 2-0 prediction could be right and Gary's £500 bet is looking good...

23 mins - GOAL!!!!!!!!! Watson scores on 23 mins to give Palace parity in the tie. McCombe and Basso get in each others way and the ball falls to Watson outside the box and he heads into the net. The keeper is in on-man's land and the ball sails into the net. McCombe is still off the pitch as he has a problem with a contact lens but it is now rectified.

22 mins - Stalemate No more chances as there is a lull in the game. After weathering the City early storm, Palace are coming more into the game.

Penalty replay Replays of Sinclair's penalty shout show it would have been harsh to have been given. He was sandwiched between Carle and Carey but there was no malice.

18 mins - City corner Lawrence deflects a Carle shot out. City take the corner on the right but Palace clear.

17 mins - Good header Palace hit a long ball over the top for Scannell to run on to but Watson heads back to Basso. Good defending.

More views Bryan DeSantis says: "I think Palace will overturn the deficit today. Over the past month or so they have been the form side of the league and I feel Saturday was just a blip. Palace win 2-0 and off to Wembley. That is my prediction from over the pond."

Dennis Blanch says: "palace will win because of neil Warnock. He is a wily manager, and palace are a big club, who wants bristol city in the premier league, they would be easier meat than derby."

Antony Brown says: "I'm a Bristolian sat at my desk in Houston Texas (US) eagerly waiting for the start of tonight's game via Live Score centre. Having been here in the states for 7 months I have missed getting to the gate to watch City progress up the Championship table. With a bit of luck, and a prayer, I will fly home to Bristol May 30th in the knowledge that the hard work, and leadership of Gary Johnson, has paid-off with City a Premiership side. C'mon you REDs!!!!!!!"

7 mins - City free-kick City win a free-kick 40 yards out on the right but it is too long and Speroni catches easily.

6 mins - Trundle header Orr knocks in a cross from the left and Lawrence's header away is poor. It goes to Trundle who heads to goal but Speroni catches. He should have done better.

5 mins - Stalemate No more chances as both teams struggle to keep possession. They are giving the ball away needlessly, either they are pumped up or nervous.

1 min - Off-line Speroni does not punch out a cross from the left well and Elliott heads towards goal and Hudson has to clear off his line. City take the corner on the right and the ball eventually goes into the box but Speroni catches this one and they clear.

Kick-off To a roar, Palace get the game underway.

Hotting up The stadium is filling up nicely ready for the game ahead and there is a good atmosphere. Richard Payne has been in touch to say: "I have the mis-fortune of being a fan of the debacle that is Manchester City? Save our Sven ! anyway, I am born in Manchester but live in Bristol so am an adopted bcfc fan! and my wifes family from Taunton all support the Robins!! Easy peasy this one, Palace are tired now and city will be winning 4 - 1 you see." Thanks for your view - I agree Sven should be allowed another season at least. More views Ian Armstead says: "As a Hull City fan, I hope you are right as so far this season Bristol City have been a bogey team for us!"

Matty Janney says: "I think its gotta be bristol city on their way to wembley : i think palace will score early on but city will score 2 goals in the last 20 mins, I'm an ipswich fan by the way we just missed out! but i think its gotta be city tonight!"

My colleague PO thinks it will be 1-1 and City to Wembley. What are your views/predictions of the game? Please send them to: steve.pass@bskyb.com or if you are using the scorecentre you can use the feedback button. We will post the best up on this page.

First prediction Simon Vale from Ipswich says: "I think it might be a 1-0 win to Bristol City and it will be from a penalty in the 90th minute. The game will be fairly tight considering Ipswich just about managed to beat Crystal Palace at Portman Road and then we thrashed Bristol 6-0. Bristol will get the support of 19,000 fans though which will provide a major advantage. It will clearly be 100 per cent louder than the FA trophy match with Kirkam and Lowesoft on Sunday. The really weird thing is that Neil is putting his side down. He said: "We will go to Ashton Gate as massive underdogs now. I don't think it has been done before. In the play-offs, it would make history if we turn the deficit around away from home."

Thanks for your view Simon. What are your views/predictions of the game? Please send them to: steve.pass@bskyb.com or if you are using the scorecentre you can use the feedback button. We will post the best up on this page.
