Full-time: It is all over, Hull City are promoted!!! Incredible scenes here as Phil Brown's men are overcome by emotion. Windass' terrific strike was worthy of winning any game. Stay with skysports.com for player ratings and post-match reaction.
Change: Campbell is replaced by Marney.
Agony: Whistles rain down at Wembley as Hull City look to hang on. Bristol City are giving their all though...
Added time: Four minutes of injury-time will be played.
89 - Time: Noy long left for Johnson's side as Hull defend doggedly. As I type. Ricketts makes a brilliant tackle from just three yards out.
85 - Huge block: Turner is Hull hero. He makes a stunning block from just seven yards to deny The Robins.
84 - Lumped: Bristol City are peppering the Hull City box with long balls, but Phil Brown's men are just about hanging on.
80 - Mayhem: Hull are on the attack and Folan's hammered effort clatters off Campbell's head, almost finding its way to goal.
77 - First yellow: Sproule is booked for a late lunge.
76 - Final change for The Robins: Byfield is on for Carle.
74 - Down low: McIndoe tries his luck from 25 yards, but Myhill is there to save down to his right.
73 - Close: Trundle wriggles his way into some space, but his snatched effort is right at the keeper.
71 - Change: Windass, today's potential hero, is replaced by Folan.
68 - Palmed: Sproule bombs down the right and flicks a dangerous cross into the area. Myhill does really well, though, and flicks the ball away.
67 - Sub: Fagan comes on for Barmby. Meanwhile, Will Millinship has his fingers crossed for a dramatic turnaround.
65 - Knife edge: There is real tension in the air as both sets of fans look on anxiously - for differing reasons, mind.
63 - Sub: Noble is replaced by Sproule.
62 - Decent: Noble stretches for a deep cross but is unable to hook the ball into the path of a team-mate.
Attack or defend: Hull City look a bit perplexed as to what they should do with the ball when in possession. They seem caught between pushing for a second and just holding on.
Backing: Robert Noel is sure Bristol City can turn this around; however John Smith is convinced Hull will double their lead in the next 10 minutes.
56 - Danger: McIndoe hits a vicious free-kick goalwards but his effort clatters off Brown to drop wide.

Turning the screw: This could well be a sign of things to come as Bristol City batter their way forward. Hull can expect to some under some heavy pressure over the next 40 minutes.
50 - Comfortable: Noble strikes a free-kick in a decent position but his effort is rather tame and Myhill gathers easily.
Baking: It is a steamy 30 degrees Celsius on pitch side. What part might that play as the game reaches its dying moments?
46 - Tempo: Johnson's men begin the second half with intent but their attack fails to pierce Hull's disciplined defence.
Underway: Bristol City kick-off the second period.
Venue: Jack Starbra is 'enjoying watching the match in my brand new Jacuzzi with a pint'. Goodness me. I am attempting to fathom just how he is tuning into to the commentary. I am guessing laptop, and in that case: be careful Jack!
Orr update: Reports suggest he has a depressed fractured cheekbone. Fingers crossed for a speedy recovery.
Potential: Siddarth Sampath, a Man Utd man, feels Fraizer Campbell has the ability to cut it for the Red Devils. Thoughts? Meanwhile, Elliott Coles has admitted he is more nervous about this afternoon's game than he was about proposing. What say you Robins fans, can your side get level and then go onto win the match?
Half-time: Windass' moment of attacking quality is the difference at the break as Hull City trot in leading. I get the feeling there is much more to unfold here at Wembley. Keep your emails coming.
45 + 5: Bristol City battle to level before the break but Hull are standing firm at the moment.
45 - Change: Orr is stretchered off and replaced by Johnson while the fourth official has indidcated that there will be six minutes of added time.
42 - Concern: Orr receives some treatment following a clash of heads. His game looks to be over.
41 - Thoughts: The goal actually came just as Bristol City were beginning to push their opponents back into their own half. But Hull City countered well and it was Barmby who found Campbell during the build-up to the goal.
38 - GOAL!!! Hull City are in front! Windass is the man on target with a terrific volley. Campbell skips into space but is soon closed down. He gets his head up and picks out the big striker on the edge of the area as Windass connects beautifully to bury into corner. Stunning.
Useful: Carle has impressed me with some tidy use of the ball. He has kept things ticking over for Bristol City.
34 - Handfull: Trundle continues to make a nuisance of himself, tussling with Hull's defence - who just about scramble clear.
Tight: The game has really settled down now. Both sides are giving their all but it is clear to see why the duo did so well this season. They are organised and resolute.
The drinks are on Simon: Mr Hunt will win 400 smackers if Campbell scores the first goal and Hull win 2-1. I'll have a San Miguel if you are offering, Simon.
Priotiries: Elliott Coles, in Mexico celebrating his engagement, is glued to a computer screen following the commentary. I am guessing you cunningly suggested your fiancé should have some 'me time' while you catch up with some work. As I type, Barmby comes within inches of glancing home, but the pass kicks off the surface just out of his reach.
Agenda: Jez Haughton hopes Hull triumph so he can watch top flight football when he starts university there in September. That certainly would be an added bonus Jez, but you will do well to fit in a few fixtures with all that first year 'work' you'll be busy with.
24 - Close: Garcia tries his luck from around the penalty spot mark as he meets a whipped cross. His header zips just over the bar.
Long balls: Neither defence is coping particularly well with their opposing powerful strikers. Windass is causing problems while Adebola and Trundle have combined well so far.
21 - Wide: Turner rises high to meet the corner but his header drops wide of the post.
20 - Hull attack: McAllister makes a vital tackle, but the ball drops to Windass who dinks a cross to the back post. It is headed out for a corner.
18 - Quick feet: Carle twists and turns on the edge of the area and works some space. He winds up to shoot but is closed down quickly by the Hull defence.
17 - Surge: Ricketts hammers down the right as he chases a long ball, but Bristol City shut him out well.
Other side of the world: Glenn Matthews, from New Zealand, believes there will only be one goal in this edgy and tense fixture. He hopes Bristol City triumph after a stint of working in the city a while back.
14 - Shakey: Hull's pumped free-kick causes confusion in the Bristol City defence, but Basso is there to get his hands on the ball and nullify the danger.
13 - Sweeping: Basso is quickly and intelligently off his line to clear away from the onrushing Campbell.
11 - Patience: Both sides appear to be forcing the forward ball rather than building their moves. It is - understandably - a wee bit rushed right now.
Scrappy: It is a little fragmented, with the teams chasing every pass in a bid to break down their opponent's attacking play.
Settled: The frenetic start has eased slightly as both sides get their foot on the ball and look to retain possession.
Contact info: You can get in touch at james.dall@bskyb.com or via the feedback on the scorecentre.
5 - Chance: Adebola latches onto an excellent dink, but the ball falls to his unfavoured right foot and his close-range strike lacks power. A real chance to take an early lead wasted.
3 - Frantic: It is up the other end as Adebola does really well to roll his man and power down the left. The move eventually breaks down, but it really looks as if we are in for a cracker...
2 - Ambitious: Garcia tries his luck with an outrageous volley only to se his effort fly way, way over and wide.
Kick-off: Hull City get us underway to an almighty cry.
National anthem: Both sets of supporters stand, arms outstretched, belting out God Save the Queen.
Neutral: Paul Chadderton, a Watford fan, hopes Hull edge the encounter, expressing his belief that they are better equipped for Premier League football than their opponents.
Atmosphere: There is a real simmer of excitement and nerves at sunny Wembley. I expect those emotions to reach boiling point in 10 minutes time.
Contact info: Get in touch at james.dall@bskyb.com or via the feedback on the scorecentre. Where are you reading the commentary from? What would it mean to you and the club to gain promotion to England's top flight?
Rousing roar: Paul West, from the Philippines, is backing Hull City to claim a dramatic success, while Dan Simmons feels Phil Brown's side will triumph 3-1.
Bristol backing: John Spencer has got in touch to voice a rallying cry for Gary Johnson's men. He has explained that there is an absorbing buzz about Bristol today as shops close early and fans await an afternoon of biting their nails.
£60m fixture: Good afternoon to you all. Crikey, what a game we have on our hands here as The Robins and The Tigers vie for a place in the Premier League. We are just 30 minutes from kick-off, so, as part of the build-up, get in tough at james.dall@bskyb.com or via the button in the scorecentre to inform me of your feelings, emotions and predictions.

Welcome to skysports.com's live commentary of Saturday's Championship play-off final between Bristol City and Hull. Team news to follow...
Take a bow, Phil Brown. After victory at Arsenal, the Tigers dominate Kammy's picks of the weekend.
Try as he might, Phil Thompson can't see Celtic breaking their awayday duck as they travel to Villarreal.
