82 McFadden makes a strong run into the left side of the box and his shot from a tight angle is deflected out by Distin but the ref gives it as a goal kick.
80 Jerome and Arteta go for the ball in the Everton half and the Birmingham striker goes down injured. Replays show it was a fair challenge and Jerome is back up on his feet.

47 Everton play a great passing move through to Pienaar on the edge of the box. He fires a shot at goal but it hits Johnson on the arm. The player and the fans appeal for a penalty but the ref waves play on - I think it is the right decision because Johnson couldn't do anything about it.

Fancy a bet: Tom from Sky Bet has been in touch to say: "Recent displays at home make Everton slight favourites, but they have not been the same team on their travels, which gives Birmingham some hope. A repeat of the 5-1 Everton inflicted on Hull can be backed at 125/1 and Yakubu is favourite to open the scoring at 13/2. For Birmingham Jerome can be backed at 7/1 and Ferguson, who ran the show last time the teams met, is 13/2 to score anytime." Thanks for that Tom.
Stewart's view - Stewart MacLaren from Torrevieja in Spain has emailed in to say: "Everton will beat Birmingham City 2-1 at St Andrews this afternoon will goals from Tim Cahill & Yakubu." Thanks for that Stewart, one of our regular correspondents!
Team news - Skipper Stephen Carr and midfielder Lee Bowyer have returned to the Birmingham side. Carr was rested for the midweek win at Portsmouth while Bowyer was sidelined through illness, but the pair have been recalled in place of Stuart Parnaby (ankle) and Michel respectively.
Everton boss David Moyes has made one change from the starting XI which demolished Hull last weekend. Tim Cahill has recovered from a calf problem and comes into the side in place of Leon Osman, who has been ruled out with a groin injury. In a reshuffled line-up, John Heitinga switches into midfield, Phil Neville has been moved to right-back and Victor Anichebe wide right.
FIRST VIEW - Dylan Fearon from New York says: "Everton are coming off a 5-1 thrashing of Hull and will show even more in this game. It will be an exciting football match, going back and forth, but Everton will come out winners 3-2. GO TOFFEES!" Let's hope it will be a five goal thriller!! Thanks for your view Dylan, any more? Send them to steve.pass2@bskyb.com and I will post up the best throughout the afternoon.
Fancy a bet? Sky Bet go 2/1 for a Birmingham victory, 9/4 the draw and 11/8 for an Everton win. I'm going for a 1-1 stalemate between two hard-working teams, with Jerome to score first which pays a handsome 40/1! What are your views / predictions for today's game? Send your views to steve.pass2@bskyb.com and I will post up the best throughout the afternoon.
