Thanks for joining me for the commentary today. A good win for Chelsea, but credit to Scott Parker in the West Ham midfield who battled throughout. I'll see you next time.
The referee blows for full-time! A comfortable win for Chelsea, 4-1 the final score.
90+2 The Oles are coming out from the Chelsea fans now. West Ham want the final whistle.
90+1 Save by Turnbull in injury time at the near post! His first real save and he tips it behind for a corner.
90 Three minutes of injury time to be played.
Lampard had a strike from range, Green parried it away, but Drogba was there to poke it home! 4-1!
89 GOAL - DROGBA!
88 Chelsea are just holding onto the ball now, watching the clock go down. The three points are in the bag.
87 Parker is still working incredibly hard, but unfortunately his team-mates have offered him little help this afternoon.
86 Chelsea sub: Malouda off, Kalou on
85 Lampard hits the post! Malouda played it across and Lampard nicked it past Green, denied by the woodwork and Drogba fires the rebound wide!
84 Corner to Chelsea now, the ball is headed clear to Joe Cole who tries a volley...but he scuffs his shot.
83 West Ham sub: Diamanti on, Ilan off
82 Ilan really has been poor today as Terry robs him once again and Chelsea can launch another attack.
81 Ballack surges forward now and after great interplay just outside the box, Lampard's pass just evades Malouda.
80 Chelsea sub: Ivanovic off, Zhirkov on
79 Stanislas hits a free-kick into the wall. It seems like damage limitation for the Hammers now.
Drogba chested it down to the Frenchman, and the defenders backed away as he came forward and fired it into the corner from the edge of the area.
77 GOAL - MALOUDA!
76 Carlton Cole controls it and has a shot on the turn that goes wide. He had a few other options there and should have had a look at the midfield support.
75 Drogba is getting frustrated with referee Clattenburg down there. He needs to be careful.
74 Mikel has a shot from long range....not far wide! He doesn't score many and that wasn't too far away.
73 Free-kick to Chelsea from way out. Alex tries one of his trademark piledrivers, but his low shot is blocked.
72 Parker is up and walking again, he should be OK to continue.
71 Scott Parker is down in the Chelsea penalty area after a tussle with Ivanovic. He did the splitz there, that could be painful.
70 Mikel is on the floor tussling with Parker - a drop ball signalled by the referee.
69 West Ham subs: Mido off, Cole on; Dyer off Stanislas on.
67 Joe Cole is immediately involved with some nice touches, but his shot is blocked on the edge of the box.
66 Chelsea sub: Joe Cole on, Anelka off.
65 West Ham are bereft of ideas going forward, Zola must make some attacking changes soon.
64 Parker sends in a free-kick which Turnbull comes out to claim with confidence.
63 Joe Cole is warming up on the sidelines...will he be brought on against his old side?
62 Wonderful play from Malouda, this time down the right, jinking past the defender to put a low ball in, claimed well by Green, who is also having a great game.
61 Kovac has a shot blocked on the edge of the area. At the other end Parker and Anelka are getting stuck in, great work ethic from both players.
60 Behrami and Ilan link up but the Brazilian loses it - he has been poor so far.
59 Wonderful save Rob Green! Alex got a head on it at the far post and it was creeping in, but Green somehow clawed it out!
58 Another corner to Chelsea now...won by Drogba.
57 Yet again it was a Malouda cross from the left...he has been outstanding today.
John Terry rampaged forward and Drogba fed Malouda out wide, who looped a cross into the back post, and Drogba headed in!
56 GOAL - DROGBA!
55 Ballack nearly gets a foot on at the far post! Lovely ball across goal from the left but it just evades the German.
54 Looking at a replay of that Parker goal...the throw from Keiron Dyer was actual illegal. But we shouldn't take away from a great strike.
53 Chelsea are seeing a lot of the ball, Anelka plays it into the path of Drogba, but he can't quite find Lampard.
52 Dyer cuts inside from the left...he has a bit of space and pulls the trigger...awful effort, high and wide.
51 Drogba is nearly in but it just runs through to Green - Upson isn't having the best of days against the powerful forward.
50 Keiron Dyer is driving down the left - he works hard and the ball just doesn't fall for him. Mido then goes in on Ballack and he is shown the yellow card.
49 Malouda's ball in is headed clear and West Ham clear their lines.
48 Ivanovic is driving down the right and Daprela commits the foul. Needless really and more danger for West Ham.
47 Malouda already getting joy down the left, putting a succession of crosses into the box.
46 The game restarts.
Andrew from Dublin: "I think the game will end 3-2 to west ham with the hammers sneaking a goal in injury time."
Chelsea fan Daniel: "I think Chelsea are the better team on paper, and also on the pitch. Unfortunately i don't think we can pull through this. I think the Hammers will win 2-1. Our record against them is poor, and Drogba has been in poor form this past week."
Ronnie from Margate: "Chelsea will win this 3-2 at first I would have said 3-1 but Parker is working hard!"
Jamie Marle: "chelsea have to be better, we have been playing good but when it comes to the back it just dosent seem to work! i think we will come out on top and win 2-1 but if we are in the title race we have to play better."
Chelsea fan Ngolo from Scotland: "I hope this game will end with Chelsea to win 3-1 over W h united."
Ronny from Sweden says: "West Ham will score another 1-2 ,hammers. Up you Irons."
Louis Birch reckons: "i think that it will be 3-1 to chelsea with Anelka and Drogba scoring..."
James from Milton Keynes has got in touch to say: "Chelsea are one of the strongest teams in the Prem, but i dont think we have the edge in this game, we need to be better. I think the game will end 2-1 Chelsea, with Drogba to get on the scoresheet."

It was a super strike from Scott Parker, after Alex had headed the Blues in front.
Well, I certainly wasn't expecting the Hammers to get back into this one, but fair play to them.
45+2 The referee blows for the break and calls time on an interesting half.
45+1 Chelsea knock it around, and they go long for Drogba...but Gabbidon hacks it clear.
45 Anelka with a rare injection of pace, the ball comes across for Drogba to try and hold it up, but he is offside.
44 The game is peetering out to half-time - two minutes extra to be played.
43 Dyer comes forward but Mikel brings him down. West Ham pump the ball long but it is aimless and Chelsea clear.
42 Great calm skill from Ferreira in the right-back position, flicking the ball over the onrushing attacker!
41 Lovely interplay by the Hammers inside the Chelsea box, but the ball just doesn't fall for a clear-cut chance. At the other end Malouda puts in another good ball, corner kick.
40 Malouda has been giving Spector all sorts of problems in this half, will Zola change things at the break?
Chelsea fan Jes: "I think Chelsea will have a comfortable win. They look stronger after the defeat from City, and they want to put as much pressure on United."
39 John Terry dives in on Parker, that was a bad challenge. But Parker doesn't complain and there is no caution.
38 Ferreira heads it straight at Green! Malouda yet again has more joy down the left and whipped in a near post cross, headed at the keeper by Ferreira.
37 Parker is battling away and breaking everything up. But Anelka picks it up and has a strike...it trickles through to Green.
Akinloye says: "This match will be ended 2-2."
35 Great challenge from Parker on Lampard who was looking to tee one up on the edge of the box! West Ham break but Keiron Dyer is offside.
34 Strike from Lampard!...Well saved by Green, who tips it away for a corner.
33 Great noise from the West Ham fans as Stamford Bridge is stunned at the moment. Mido clashes with John Terry and the striker is receiving treatment.
32 Alex gets his head on it at the far post but he can't replicate his earlier effort...goal-kick.
31 Drogba wins a corner off Gabbidon as Chelsea look to respond.
30 That's a turning point - can the Hammers build on the stunning strike?
Wonderful goal from Parker! Completely against the run of play! The former Chelsea player picks the ball up 25 yards out and half-volleys it into the corner - Turnbull had no chance!
29 GOAL - PARKER!
28 It is only a matter of time before Chelsea double their lead...West Ham need to do something to halt the flow of attacks.
27 Lampard crosses from the left with Drogba peeling away from Daprela...he gets his head on it but wide of the target.
25 Malouda knocks it long for Drogba, the big forward heads it back to the onrushing Lampard, but West Ham just get the clearance in.
24 Drogba strikes it...absolutely woeful! He balloons it out for a goal-kick, although it was nearly a throw.
23 Kovac brings down Malouda on the left edge of the area, danger for the Hammers now..
22 Ross Turnull has hardly had a touch so far. Dyer cuts it across goal but it is behind the onrushing strikers.
Chelsea fan Kane: "Hey, i think it will be a tough one for the blues after the draw at upton park earlier in the season but i reckon they will just be able to win it. i reckon 3-2 to chelsea."
20 Daprela plays his way out of trouble before slicing his clearance out of play. The youngster needs to keep his composure as the game continues.
19 Drogba tries to shove his way past three defenders but he is blocked. Just looking at a replay of that crossbar incident, it looks like it was actually a save from Rob Green - excellent stop from England's keeper.
18 That early miss from Ilan is proving costly now. Can the Hammers respond? They aren't seeing any of the ball at the moment.
17 Drogba off the bar! All Chelsea now and after a period of head-tennis, the Ivorian's headed hit the top of the crossbar.
From the corner the ball was played back out to Malouda, who put in another good cross, and the marking was shocking. Headed in! 1-0!
15 GOAL - ALEX!
15 Spector gives it straight to Malouda and the Frenchman bursts forward! Corner to Chelsea!
14 The ball is immediately at the other end and Ivanovic gets down the right well, but his cross is blocked.
13 That was an awful miss from the Brazilian, he should hang his head in shame.
12 Terrible miss from Ilan! Great determination from Spector and Mido on the right touchline...the ball falls to Ilan eight yards out and he fires it over!
11 Mido is offside again, he hasn't really got into this as yet.
10 Lovely ball from Mikel to Drogba, but the Ivorian's first touch is poor and the resulting strike has no control..into the side netting.
Ryan Biring says: "I predict 1-0 to West Ham because of Chelsea's goalkeeping problem Mido on 60 mins."
9 From the corner the ball falls to Malouda on the edge of the box, he strikes it and there is a scramble, but the Hammers smack it clear.
8 Nice move from Chelsea, involving Ballack and Lampard, the German chests it down to Drogba who strikes it...deflected for a corner.
7 Malouda drives forward with great pace and purpose but under pressure from Kovac and Spector he commits a foul.
6 Behrami drives forward but he is stopped in his tracks, neither side has a foothold on this game at the moment.
5 Malouda whips it in and Alex gets a head on it, but it drifts wide. Good ball in though.
5 Ferreira gets down the left again and wins the corner.
4 Spector gets a good foot in on Ferreira. The ball falls to Lampard on the edge of the box who strikes it...blocked. Then Drogba picks it up on the right but the ball just runs away from him.
3 Mido is played through but he is just offside, unlucky from the Egyptian. Will he make an impact today?
2 The ball bounces luckily to Malouda on the left side of the area, he strikes it but it slices wide.
Nigel says: "No surprise to see "Hilarious" dropped to the bench.....but Turnbull is hardly an inspiring replacement. I don't know a single Chelsea fan who didn't think we needed to sign a keeper in January, especially as at that time Cech was decidedly wobbly! So all in all I strongly suspect we need at least two to win today, which begs the question why have I put a few shillings on a 3-0 win for Chelsea.....but hey, who said football fans had to be rational."
1 West Ham knock the ball around in the first minute. Scott Parker is already battling against his old side.
1 The game kicks off at the Bridge.
Mark reckons: "why on earth is zola leaving out cole.. we will surely lose 3-0 and im a west ham fan."
The teams emerge from the tunnel and we are minutes away from kick-off.
How will Ross Turnbull do between the sticks for Chelsea I wonder?
Fabio Capello is in the stands for this one, I'm sure a number of players will want to impress him today.
West Ham fan Clive Holmes says: "Here's looking forward to a good match this afternoon. As a Hammer I would obviously be happy with anything from today's game and I must admit I am surprised by Zola's team selection..........but why not? It is a match where we are not expected to get anything so let's try something different. Bit worried about the defence and whether they can handle the immense power of Drogba and pace of Anelka. Come on you Irons....!!"
Liverpool fan Rob says: "With Chelsea wanting that top spot I see a thrashing at Stamford Bridge today. 4-0 Chelsea with Drogba getting 2."
Who do you think will win this one? I'm going for a comfortable 3-0 Chelsea win. Get in touch and share your views.
Fancy a bet? SKYBET have priced a Chelsea win at 2/9, the draw is 5/1, while a Hammers victory is 12/1.
The referee today is Mark Clattenburg (Tyne & Wear).
West Ham: Green, Spector, Upson, Gabbidon, Daprela, Ilan, Parker, Kovac, Behrami, Dyer, Mido. Subs: Stech, Cole, McCarthy, Tomkins, Collison, Diamanti, Stanislas.
Chelsea: Turnbull, Ivanovic, Alex, Terry, Paulo Ferreira,
Ballack, Mikel, Lampard, Anelka, Drogba, Malouda. Subs: Taylor, Joe Cole, Zhirkov, Deco, Kalou, Sturridge, Bruma.
Here are the teams...
West Ham boss Gianfranco Zola shuffles his pack to incorporate a totally changed attack. Alessandro Diamanti, Guillermo Franco and Carlton Cole are left on the bench as Mido, Araujo Ilan and Kieron Dyer come in.
Chelsea left-back Paulo Ferreira retains his place, fit again Yury Zhirkov is on the substitute's bench while Germany captain Michael Ballack returns to the midfield following suspension. Goalkeeper Ross Turnbull makes his Chelsea league debut and Ivory Coast striker Salomon Kalou drops to the bench to allow Florent Malouda to move forward into the front three.
It's a tale of old boys this afternoon. Frank Lampard plays against his old club, while Carlton Cole does the same in reverse. Meanwhile, Hammers manager and former Blues favourite Gianfranco Zola is sure to get a good reception in West London.
For any feedback before or during the game please get in touch by emailing me on james.riach@bskyb.com and I will share the best views.
The Hammers were woeful last week when they played Bolton and will need a much improved performance if they are going to leave the Bridge with anything today.
The Blues can go back to the top of the Premier League with a victory this afternoon, and few would bet against them getting a result.
