FULL TIME: League One leaders Sheffield Wednesday are beaten for the first time this season as the tables are turned at Griffin Park. Charlie MacDonald's wonderful finish deservedly won the game for the Bees as they climb to 22nd position. The Owls still remain top of the table despite the defeat.
90+4 Last few seconds as Weaver launches the ball long and Brentford hold onto possession as Morrison is caught offside and the referee blows the final whistle as Hamer strikes the free-kick.
90+3 Purse brings the ball forward and Heffernan picks out Buxton out wide. The Bees have everybody back as they clear.
90+2 SUBSTITUTION: Sam Wood comes on for Miles Weston for Brentford.
90 No joy for Morrison as he attempts to latch onto a long ball as four minutes of added time is held up.
89 Coke finds O'Connor who plays Buxton into trouble and Wednesday are awarded a free-kick.
88 Purse clears for a throw as the clock ticks away. Hunt prepares to take the throw which Wednesday clear.

75 Tudgay and Coke combine down the right but his delivery is poor.

72 Simpson's right foot strike hits the crossbar from the knock down - all in one movement. A stunning effort and very unlucky not to have added a second.
70 Coke and Woodman come together and there's a few hands flying about. The crowd call for a red for Coke but the referee just gives both players a telling off.
69 Simpson is adjudged to have handled the ball as he looked to control it. At the other end, Tudgay sets up Coke, but his shot is straight at Hamer. Some nice play there.
67 Teale finds Morrison whose first touch attempts to find Teale again, but he over does his backheel.
65 Weston gets in a superb left-wing cross even though he was clearly being held, but nobody gambled to make a run into the middle.
64 SUBSTITUTIONS: Nicky Adams is on for goalscorer MacDonald while Clinton Morrison replaces Neil Mellor for Wednesday.
63 Diagouraga losses out and Coke finds Tudgay who sets up Mellor to shoot, but Brentford defenders charge the ball down.
62 Balkestein gets ahead of Mellor to knock the ball out for a corner which is poor and Weston breaks but is soon crowded out by three Wednesday defenders.
61 Buxton surges down the right an he wins a throw. The ball in is headed on by Mellor but Hamer is there to hold on. Purse finds Tudgay and he gives the ball to Buxton, but his cross is poor.
59 Alexander nudges Tudgay in the back and Wednesday have a chance to swing over a free-kick, which they fail to get right.
57 Mellor's right-wing delivery is excellent but it avoids everybody in the box.
56 The Owls have been pressed hard as the game begins to open up with the visitors looking for the equaliser, but it's the hosts who are looking the greater threat.
55 Brentford should have added a second as Beevers denies Simpson a certain goal with a brilliant clearance off the line.
54 SUBSTITUTION: As I say that, O'Connor comes on for Sedgwick.

46 Wednesday get us underway in the second half as they aim to restore parity at Griffin Park. Spurr picks out Tudgay, whose powerful strike is straight at Hamer.
HALF TIME: Brentford lead at the break thanks to Charlie MacDonald's opportunist goal four minutes before the break. The Bees are looking to overturn the form book this afternoon and they're halfway to what would be a big three points.
45+2 Teale goes on a determined run down the right and he wins a corner as they force the play in the closing moments. Brentford manage to clear but the ball is knocked back in. Balkestein heads away and the referee points to the tunnel.
45+1 Spurr's throw is headed out and Teale is next to deliver as the board goes up for two minutes of stoppage time.
45 Wednesday only conceed thier second goal of the season as the Bees look to defend their lead. Coke finds Teale and Spurr's attempted cross is blocked for a corner.
43 MacDonald has run everywhere and he thoroughly deserves his goal as we approach the break.
41 The bottom side are ahead against the leaders at Griffin Park. Charlie MacDonald contols a speculative left-wing cross superbly before turning and firing his left-foot shot into the far corner.

40 Weston loses out as he fails to control the ball and Purse clips Alexander for a free-kick which Woodman swings over, but the former Birmingham man heads clear.
39 Coke is knocked to the floor once again, this time by Osborne and Wednesday are awarded a free-kick. Tudgay climbs over his man in an attempt to win the ball in and the ref penalises him.
37 Coke sets up Darren Potter on the edge of the area, but he can only fire well over the bar. The ball took a bobble as he struck it, so a bit unlucky.
36 Coke and Simpson come together. Coke ducked his head and was caught but he's up on his feet in no time.
34 Bees boss Andy Scott will be pleased with the way his side have gone about business this afternoon as Alexander goes down under the challenge of Spurr.
33 Balkestein's long ball almost finds Alexander, his pass is slightly overhit and the striker fails to make anything of it in the end.
31 The Owls open another opening for Gary Teale, who cuts inside before unleashing a right-foot shot over the bar. A decent effort but he failed to make goalkeeper Hamer work.
29 Sedgwick is allowed to run on as Wednesday counter and his attempted cross is met by Tudgay, but he fails make a firm contact and the chance is gone.
28 MacDonald works Purse once again before the ball drifts out for a throw and Spurr comes across.
26 Spillane shows neat feet to cut inside Teale before his left-foot strike travels wide of the near post. Spillane was looking to go for the far post, but failed to get it right on the ocassion.
25 Mellor links up with Chris Sedgwick, who has the space but he fails to get any power into his low shot which dribbles wide.
24 Darren Purse is on his last warning now after slamming into the back of MacDonald. Moments later, MacDonald lifts in a right-footed cross which drifts out.
23 Tommy Spurr collects the ball down the left but he is not given time to cross and the hosts win the throw to the delight of the home supporters.
21 Spillane is taken off for some more treatment before returning onto the field. Mellor is fouled by Osborne and Wednesday are awarded the free-kick.
20 Tudgay attempts to find Teale but Diagouraga intercepts and Brentford counter, playing some fluent football down the left. Tudgay and Spillane clash heads in the middle of the park and play is stopped.
18 Simpson attempts to whip the 25-yard free-kick over the wall, but he gets too much into his effort and the ball clears the crossbar.
17 Purse and Buxton clatter into MacDonald and the referee awards a free-kick.
16 Purse wins the header from Hamer's goalkick and at the other end Tudgay combines with Mellor, but that move comes to nothing and Woodman's ball down the line is poor and out for a goalkick.
14 Brentford have not been overawed by the League One leaders so far. They're giving as good as they get in these early stages.
12 Weston delivers wonderfully from left to right as he finds Simpson making a surging run into the box but his header is well held by Weaver.
11 Weaver throws well to Teale, who surges down the right but the hosts slam the loose ball clear. Purse and Beevers are being given a tough time at the back from the Brentford forwards.
9 The corner is poorly punched away by Hamer and Coke has half a chance from the loose ball before Mellor take a swing, but this time Hamer does hold on.
8 Tudgay's long ball is poor and Hamer collects. Moments later, the striker is given time and space to fire his deflected shot for a corner.
7 Potter finds Mellor down the right but the former Liverpool man fails to deliver a decent cross and the Bees clear their lines.
5 Spurr's cross clears the crossbar and at the other end Brentford win a corner which is flicked on by O'Connor and hacked off the line. An early let off for Wednesday.
4 The Owls supporters are out in force at the far end as they make their voices heard at Griffin Park. Hamer clears upfield and the header on almost falls for MacDonald as he escapes the attentions of Purse, but referee Grant Hegley spots a foul.
2 Spurr attempts to get in a left-wing cross but the Bees manage to clear and the visitors look very settled early on. Tudgay is likely to be the danger man.
1 Brentford kick-off in their famous red and white stripes and immediately win a throw in Wednesday territory. Spillane looks to get in an early cross.
Brentford make three changes - Goalkeeper Hamer and defenders Spillane and Balkestein come in to the side while Wednesday name the same team which won at Hartlepool last weekend.
The visitors can go four points clear of Carlisle, Peterborough, Colchester and MK Dons with victory today, while a win for the hosts could take them out of the bottom four as the teams come out.
