Manchester United will be looking to galvanise their Premier League title challenge against West Ham United after booking their place in the UEFA Champions League final.
Last weekend's 2-1 defeat at Stamford Bridge allowed United's title rivals Chelsea to move level on points at the top, although the reigning champions' vastly superior goal difference keeps them in the box seat.
But Sir Alex Ferguson's side have been stuttering on the domestic front in recent weeks after one win in four games, albeit three of those matches were away from home.
The return to Old Trafford, particularly after the midweek triumph over Barcelona at the Theatre of Dreams, could be just what Ferguson's men need.
Ferguson is hoping the confidence gained from reaching the Champions League final will carry over for the final two domestic games, starting with West Ham on Saturday, live on Sky Sports 1 and HD1.
The Red Devils manager will give Wayne Rooney and Patrice Evra every chance to prove their fitness from recent knocks after Nemanja Vidic was ruled out.
Rooney aggravated a hip injury against Chelsea last week, forcing him to miss the Barcelona tie, and there are conflicting reports concerning his availability.
Vidic also sat out the Barcelona game after being caught in the head by Didier Drogba's knee, and has not recovered, so Wes Brown should partner Rio Ferdinand and Owen Hargreaves will be at right-back.
Mikael Silvestre is an option to start at centre-half, if Brown was to revert to right-back, although the Frenchman may be needed on the left if compatriot Evra is not passed fit.
Ryan Giggs will be pushing for a recall to the starting line-up, but Ferguson may be reluctant to start with the Welsh winger and Paul Scholes.
Carlos Tevez, who scored at Old Trafford to keep West Ham in the Premier League on the final day of last season, will hope to start as the Red Devils look to halt a three-game losing streak against Alan Curbishley's side.
Curbishley is rumoured to have upset Chelsea boss Avram Grant following recent comments that he believes it would be a 'great injustice' if the Red Devils did not win the title.
The Hammers manager once again has a depleted squad to choose from and he will hope for better luck next season when it comes to picking his team.
Dean Ashton recovered from tonsillitis to play against Newcastle United last week and should lead the line, with either Bobby Zamora, Carlton Cole or Freddie Sears for company.
Julien Faubert is a concern after being withdrawn against Newcastle due to a tight hamstring, while Freddie Ljungberg is out for four weeks after suffering cracked ribs in the 2-2 draw with the Magpies.
Anton Ferdinand is back in light training and could face Aston Villa next weekend, but Matthew Upson and Jonathan Spector are still out.
The list of absentees also comprises Craig Bellamy, Lee Bowyer, James Collins, Calum Davenport, Kieron Dyer, Matthew Etherington, Danny Gabbison and Nigel Quashie.
