Pardew: Set to make changes
Alan Pardew is set to rotate his Charlton Athletic squad for the visit of Yeovil Town, who will give Josh Wagenaar his debut in goal.
Following Saturday's 2-0 win over Swansea City, Pardew wants to keep his team fresh, so goalscorer Mark Hudson may be rested due to a minor ankle problem.
Rob Elliot could replace Nicky Weaver in goal, while Yassin Moutaouakil is set to start after returning from suspension.
Matt Holland's ankle complaint could see him stay on the bench, while Darren Ambrose, Svetoslav Todorov, Harry Arter, Izale McLeod and Zheng Zhi are all absent.
Yeovil are set to start Wagenaar in goal as Portsmouth do not want on-loan keeper Asmir Begovic to be cup-tied.
The League One club could also hand Aaron Brown his debut after the defender joined on a week-to-week contract.
Brown is most likely to start on the bench, although Keiran Murtagh is set to make his full debut for the club.
Marc Bircham is out with a hamstring injury sustained against Walsall at the weekend and Rob Fitzgerald is missing after picking up a knock in training.
Phil Thompson expects Liverpool and Chelsea to both make it two Champions League wins from two.
Joe Kinnear's starting stats, Hull's heroics and Spurs bosses all come under Martin Tyler's microscope...
