Both sides will be looking to bounce back from heavy defeats in their last outings, with Stoke leaking five against Manchester United while West Brom conceded three at home to Chelsea.

Ricardo Fuller will miss the match after he picked up his fifth yellow card of the season against Manchester United, so Dave Kitson, Vincent Pericard and Richard Cresswell are all pushing for starts.

Otherwise the Stoke team is expected to be similar to the one that suffered defeat against United.

Meanwhile West Brom will definitely be without James Morrison. The winger was forced to pull out of the Scotland squad to face Argentina on Wednesday and is yet to recover after damaging his medial ligaments against Chelsea.
