Hibernian play host to Dundee United on Wednesday aiming to overtake them in the race to finish third.

Merouane Zemmama is a doubt for Hibs after the Moroccan limped out of last weekend's 3-1 win at Falkirk and has undergone a scan on his knee.

Alan Gow could return from a hamstring injury but Paul Hanlon (pelvis) is likely to miss out while Kevin McCann may have to wait to return from a toe problem.

United defender Paul Dixon misses out through suspension.

The left-back was sent off against Motherwell at the weekend so will not be available for the game at Easter Road.

Midfielder Morgaro Gomis is fit again after his hamstring injury and striker Jon Daly is also pushing for a start.

Mihael Kovacevic is missing with a hamstring problem along with Damian Casalinuovo and long-term injury victims Danny Cadamarteri (calf), Scott Robertson (groin) and Lee Wilkie (knee).
