Dundee United welcome Inverness to Tannadice looking for a morale-boosting first win of the campaign.

Boss Peter Houston must decide whether to risk Danny Swanson in the game after the midfielder missed Thursday's Europa League defeat to AEK Athens.

He was absent from the 1-0 play-off first-leg loss after failing to recover following Achilles trouble but could now return on Sunday for the Terrors, who drew 1-1 at St Mirren on the opening day of the campaign.

But striker Francisco Sandaza will miss the match as he bids to win a move to Swansea.

Inverness also go into the game searching for their first win of the new season after the opening day 1-0 defeat to Celtic.

New boy Gil Blumenshtein will miss the clash, having lasted just 17 minutes on his SPL debut against the Hoops.

He tore a calf muscle in the game and will be out for about four weeks, while club captain Richie Foran is still out with a knee injury and defender Chris Innes serves the final match of a two-game ban.
