The crowd are now on the pitch joining in the fun. I hope you enjoyed the game as much as they did and thanks for joining me. Stay tuned to skysports.com for all the post-match reaction.
Montenegro 2 England 2. Huge celebrations from the hosts as they snatch a point and secure a play-off place. As for England, they are through to Euro 2012 but there are no celebrations on their part. They were very poor in the second half and Rooney's moment of madness helped no-one.
Last few seconds and England are still hanging on. They take an age with a throw in. Cole eats up vital seconds.
Vucinic has also been shown a yellow card and will now be banned in midweek. Not that that matters now to Montenegro as they are about to book a play-off spot.
GOAL MONTENEGRO - DELIBASIC. The hosts draw level. High looping cross to the back post by Savic and Delibasic is on hand to head home from inside the six yard box. No more than they deserve.
Welbeck and Jovanovic rejoin the game. Space for Montenengro down the right. Lovely turn from Vukcevic, but he turns into bodies.
Jovanovic has taken a knock to the face and will require treatment. He has to make his way from the field after clashing with Welbeck.
Corner is sent high and long to the back post. Not the best delivery, but the hosts have the ball. Jovetic is shown a yellow card for diving as he brushes past Terry. Right call, he was barely touched and was looking for it all the way.
Vukcevic floats over a fre-kick from wide on the right. England see out the danger. Pekovic then sends in a speculative low drive that Hart has to turn around the post.
Downing and Lampard combine. The former tries to pick out Welbeck, but there are too many bodies to get past. Montenegro look to break.
Damjanovic sends an acrobatic volley over the bar from eight yards out. The flag was up so it wouldn't have counted. England all over the place at the back. They are fortunate that one point will be enough and they can afford to concede if necessary.
Hart eventually drops on the ball. Cole with a very calm header back. Not sure if he meant it as he had red shirts all around him. Jones then slips, but manages to clear. England making hard work of this.
Welbeck prepared to do plenty of running. He can't stop Jovetic running at England. The visitors are sitting so deep. They struggle to clear a ball that bounces around inside the box.
Lampard takes the free-kick. His shot cannons off the top of the wall and behind. Lampard then takes the corner and Bozovic flaps slightly. Downing slams the loose ball into the crowd.
Cole with an aimless headed clearance. He needed a call to tell him there was no-one near him. Welbeck then picks up the ball very deep. He does brilliantly to turn and break goalwards. He wins a free-kick off Dzudovic in a dangerous position.
Free-kick to England as the rain starts to fall again. They make nothing of it. Welbeck chases a lost cause down to the corner flag, but is unable to keep the ball in play.
Lampard clatters into Vukcevic. Another full-blooded challenge. No card shown. Welbeck does well to hold the ball up and win a free-kick. That's what England need him to do.
Montenegro playing very narrow in midfield. It means Parker and Lampard have no time on the ball. There is space to be found, England need to move the ball quicker.
First competitive appearance for Welbeck. Puts an end to any hope Ghana had of convincing him to play for them. England now taking their time with throw ins. How did we end up in this position? Things were going so well.
Young now moved more central. Montenegro small blood and push forward. Vukcevic sees a cross flick off Jones and into the grateful arms of Hart.
It has been a frustrating night for Rooney, he hasn't seen a lot of the ball, but England are winning. He appeared to have put these acts of petulance behind him, but he wanders off down the tunnel and leaves his team-mates to hang on with 10 men.
Rooney sent off. He will now serve a suspension that will carry over into Euro 2012. He kicked out at Dzudovic after losing the ball. Stupid - no other word for it.
Not good enough from Barry as he falls over and then hooks a pass aimed at Walcott out of play. Capello holds his head in his hands. He must wonder what he has to do to get these players performing to their potential.
Loose from Lampard, and then from Cahill. England look very ragged. Such a difference from the first half. On this second half showing, England won't be challenging at Euro 2012.
Damjanovic unable to get a cross in, as Cahill closes him down. England attempt to break, but the move breaks down and they leave themselves open to a counter. Jovetic sees a shot blocked.
Downing can't send Rooney clear. He has three red shirts around him. England need to try and be a bit smarter than a straight ball down the middle.
Cole takes a risk by twisting and turning on the edge of his own box. He gets away with it. Jovanovic then fouls Parker. He is spared a second yellow. Clumsy tackle but not worthy of a sending off.
Parker and Terry lose the ball. England look nervy. Vladimir Bozovic away down the left. His cross drifts towards Hart's goal and has the England keeper worried as it sails narrowly over his crossbar.
Hart out of his area again to clear. He takes no chances and hammers high into the night sky. Rooney no all alone up front. Not sure that is the right approach. Why not just throw on another striker in place of Bent?
Jones with a dangerous cross, which gets a touch from a home defender. The ball flashes across the face of goal inches away from Rooney. From the corner, Cahill puts in a great leap but sends his header well wide.
Vukcevic down the middle and racing after a long ball. He races away from Cahill. Hart stumbles slightly, but recovers to get to the ball first.
Wales are leading 2-0 against Switzerland and the scoreline has just been announced here. Montenegro supporters very happy to hear that news. They have plenty of reasons to be cheerful right now. All they need now is an equaliser and they can go home happy.
Walcott's delivery is bundled behind. Downing's delivers the corner low and it is cleared at the near post. Montenegro counter through Vukcevic and he fires a hopeful shot high over the top.
Jones with a clever pass into Walcott and he is tripped by Jovanovic as he looks to spring clear. He sees yellow and the Montenegro sub must now serve a suspension.
Flag up again against Bent. He disagrees. Capello prowling the touchline. He doesn't look happy. He will be thinking about changes, and they are needed at the moment.
Hart's long clearance finds no-one. Bent doesn't even challenge. Montenegro growing in confidence and are now playing their way out from the back.
Have seen the Jones tackle again and to be fair to him, he didn't really touch Jovetic. He went down very easily. The ref made the right call.
Bent offside again. No excuse as he has plenty of time to get back. Now England do slow it down. Meanwhile, the floodlights have dimmed and we are now playing in a dull glow.
Bent caught offside, so the hosts gets the ball back again. England need to take a few minutes to settle down, pass the ball around a bit and work their way back into the game.
Cahill comes through Vucinic to get the ball. England just can't get possession. Beciraj stumbles his way across the edge of the box. Cole should have cleared, but didn't. The final shot is sliced badly, much to England's relief.
Walcott forced all the way back to Hart. England have made a habit down of the years of putting in abject second half displays. Here's hoping they dust themselves down and start performing tonight.
Montenegro call for a penalty, but get nothing. Jones dives in from behind on Jovetic. He gets away with it. He looked worried and he had every right to. Not a smart tackle inside the box.
Beciraj in behind Cole. Cahill comes across to cover and Terry clear as the cross comes in. Montenegro try again, but Vukcevic can't find a yard on the edge of the area.
England backing off too much. They are still leading and have shown more than enough so far. They need to be taking this game by the scruff of the neck, not sitting back and hoping to hold on. Great tackle on Walcott by Jovanovic as the winger skips into the box.
Home support making plenty of noise again. They sense that their side could get back into this. England have already shown that they are prone to taking their eye off the ball at the back. As I speak, Beciraj forces Hart into a smart low save.
Cole blocked by Beciraj. Free-kick in a promising position for England. Young curls the ball in, but gets too much height on it and picks out the hands of Bozovic.
Montenegro's coach apparently on a final warning. He kicked over some water bottles in the first half. On the field, Parker is sent crashing to the deck by Pekovic.
Terry doesn't get enough weight on a back-pass and Hart has to be alert to spring forward and hammer clear. Vucinic, again, was sniffing around for scraps.
Lou in Ottawa says: "Good game so far. No need for England to give that goal. They need to play harder and put this game to bed instead of a walk in the park attitude. That could be dangerous."
Gary says: "Fortunate goal for them. England need to step up a gear they are just strolling and expecting things to drop in their lap. England can win but need to start showing their dominance."
Carl Sproston says: "I think that England can get a win 2nite. Come on England. I'm watching nw on my Xbox via Skygo."
Lane Grego says: "I'm keeping an eye on the game on my phone with the live feed and sounds like a good game! England to win 4-1! COME ON!!"
Russell Williams says: "I think England need to change the midfield area Gareth Barry is not good enough."
Andrew Chubb says: "Credit where it's due to capello, people were none too happy about some players in his starting line-up, but Barry's done very well and Bent has scored, it's about time we got behind the WHOLE team including the manager, especially as we go in to the Euros, Come on England!"
Remember you can also bet in-play at skybet.com. England are now 1/6 to pick up a win, with Montenegro 20/1 and the draw 5/1. You can get 6/1 on England to win 4/1.

Montenegro 1 England 2. What a way to end the half. Montenegro right back in this. England have bossed the game and deserved to lead through Young and Bent. Capello's men need to make sure they come out and do a professional job after the interval.
GOAL MONTENEGRO - ZVEROTIC. The man who started the game at right-back gets the hosts back in it. He is picked out inside the box by Beciraj. He spins and shoots and his shot takes a nick on its way past Hart. Game on again!
Beciraj runs around Cole and scuffs in a cross. England have enough blue shirts in the middle to deal with the danger. Better from the visitors in the final few minutes of the half.
Montengro enjoy a spell of possession. Jovetic tries to change the angle of attack, feeding Beciraj. He lays the ball off to Kascelan, and he sends a terrible shot a long way wide of the target.
Barry springs clear, but hits the deck. He gets nothing. Terry then fouls Jovetic. No way through for Vucinic, as he is forced away from England's goal.
Wayward cross from Walcott. He does still struggle with his final ball at times. Pace and ability to run at people isn't in doubt, he just needs to provide better service from the flanks.
Rooney back alongside his back four. He likes this deeper role, but surely that is going a bit far! Jones takes a tumble, with Vucinic holding nothing back. Jones blowing a bit, maybe he was winded.
England prepared to play their way out from the back. They are closed down quickly and Terry has to get rid. Plenty of good stuff from England so far, but still areas to work on.
Space for Walcott. His touch lets him down and invites a challenge from Kascelan. The ball does skid off the surface and gets to you sooner than expected.
Kascelan tugs on Young, free-kick to England. Rooney fires a brilliant cross-field pass into Young. He goes long with his cross, but Bent makes a dart to the near post. Crossed wires.
Long ball down the middle for Vucinic. He appears to have brought the ball down brilliantly on his chest, but it does hit his arm and the referee pulls him back.
Jones barged over by Jovetic. Easy decision for the referee. England spray the free-kick wide to Young, but his first touch isn't the best.
Zverotic has been pushed up from full-back. On this occasion he picks the ball up 30 yards from goal. He decides to try his luck, but gets his shot all wrong and it sails high into the stands.
How will Montenegro respond to going two down? They know that defeat tonight will leave them sweating heading into an all-or-nothing clase with Switzerland.
Walcott finds Rooney, but the one-two attempt doesn't come off. No way through for Zverotic at the other end, as he finds himself well forward.
GOAL ENGLAND - BENT. England double their lead. Rooney sends Young clear down the middle. He gets his head up and squares for Bent to bundle into an empty net. That should be that.
Just a little reminder to England that they can't afford to relax. Vladimir Bozovic offers them another scare as he escapes in behind. Barry does really well to get back and help out his defence.
Good cross from Vladimir Bozovic and Cole has to turn the ball behind. Vukcevic goes short from the corner and soon wishes he hadn't. England appear to have seen the danger out, but the ball is returned to the box by Jovetic. Dzudovic is said to have got the final touch in the middle as three players rise together.
That said. England are happy to play a lot of sideways football. They should be upping the tempo and looking to kill this game off. Capello agrees as he waves frantically on the sidelines, almost knocking over a collection of water bottles.
Jones meets the delivery, but heads into a group of bodies and the ball ricochets away from goal. England then slip back into their passing game. They are well in control of this tie.
Careless from the hosts as they concede a corner. Vladimir Bozovic is unable to keep the ball in play. Young's corner is aimed towards Terry and he returns the ball to the taker. England win another corner.
Vucinic and Jovetic combine. Barry stops the move as he crunches into a challenge. Rooney is then fouled well inside his own half. He bounces straight back up.
Parker is able to drop deep and pick the ball up every time. Montenegro don't start pressing until England enter their half. They are quick to try and get everybody back in position.
Savic across to hack clear. Young was in behind his man again. The ball sails out of the ground and towards the mountains beyond. Solid at the other end from Jones as he does really well to dive low and nod the ball back to Hart. Vucinic was chasing hard.
Walcott felled in full flight. Free-kick to England. They play it short and Parker is then tripped. Walcott tries to feed the ball into the box, but his low cross is easily dealt with.
Cahill sees the ball safely back to Hart. His long clearance finds Bent offside. He was just ambling around in the Montenegro half and didn't expect the ball to come his way.
Vukcevic in behind Jones. He crosses first time, low towards the edge of the box. The flag goes up, with Vucinic having strayed offside.
Capello now in the sidelines bellowing at his players. He has every right to as Cahill slides a poor pass out for a throw. England can't get complacent. Montenegro are unable to offer any kind of threat from a good starting position.
Cahill comes through Jovetic to get to the ball. Montenegro not happy. Not a great challenge and he was always going to be penalised. England win the ball back and Bent slips past his man. He tries to centre for Rooney, but Dzudovic is in the right place at the right time to clear.
Cahill and Terry sat very deep. No need to take any chances having worked hard to edge in front. The last thing England need is to concede a sloppy goal. At the moment they are threatening again through Walcott, who sees a shot blocked.
Space for Vucinic on the wing. He cuts inside and tries to stand the ball up to Jovetic. He gets too much on the pass and it runs away for a goal kick. Not happening for the hosts.
Capello having a few laughs on the England bench. Not often you see the Italian coach so relaxed. On the field, Jovetic sees a run down the left halted by a strong challenge from Cahill.
Cole bursts past Young and sees his run picked out perfectly. He tries to force over a cross but sees the ball run behind. He wants a corner, but he doesn't get one. Long trudge back to left-back.
Hart races out of his box to meet a long ball and slips. He has defenders on hand to help him out, but recovers his balance in time to hammer clear. Nervy moment and shows just how slick the surface has become.
Hart watches the ball all the way as a cross from Pekovic moves in the air. The Man City keeper does well to claim a safe catch under his own crossbar. The conditions are not helping the keepers.
GOAL ENGLAND - YOUNG. Walcott has acres of space on the right wing. He is able to pick out Young at the back post with a pinpoint cross. The Man Utd winger stoops to nod into an empty net. Just the start England wanted.
England prepared to be patient. Montenegro happy to get men behind the ball. Misplaced pass from Barry towards Rooney.
Young unable to turn past his man, and then tugs him to the ground as he tries to win the ball back. England looking to get the ball wide when they can. Good idea as Walcott and Young appear to have the beating of their full-backs.
Great play by Vukcevic as he dances past England defenders down the left flank. He picks out Vucinic, but he can't force his way goalwards. Some very calm defending from Barry inside his own box has England heading forward again.
England working really hard when not in possession. They look fired up for this. Following the lacklustre display against Wales, they really need to put on a show.
Stray pass from Pekovic has Zverotic in trouble. He concedes a throw with Rooney right in his face. England loft the ball into the box and Bent does well to get the ball down into the path of Walcott. His shot is straight at Bozovic. Well struck effort and did skid off the turf.
The set-piece is played short, and then back to Young. He cuts across the edge of the box and sees a shot deflected narrowly past the post with Bozovic wrong-footed. Young's delivery from the second corner is nodded clear.
Walcott forces Dzudovic to concede a throw deep in his own half. Walcott is then able to spin past his man, with Zverotic having switched off, and he wins a corner.
Jones with a great burst down the right. His cross is too close to Bozovic, but he spills the ball over his own crossbar. Almost an own goal! The corner comes to nothing, but England remain on the front foot.
Rooney has started in a deeper role just behind Bent. England will want to get him on the ball, turning and running at the home defence. The visitors are keen to ease their way into the game and are trying to give everyone a touch.
England take the chance to get an early foot on the ball. Cole then goes long towards Bent and he is pulled up for backing into his marker.
The time for talking is over, now it's time to get down to business. Remember, one point is all England need to book their place at Euro 2012. Start crossing your fingers and toes!
Players are with us and we are currently belting out the English national anthem. Home supporters behaved pefectly throughout the anthem - good to see.
Dave Birch expects an away win. He says: "I think England will be fine tonight, Young and Walcott will cause their full backs problems, pleased Jones has his debut, think he's a quality player who's been performing well for utd when selected, pleased Darren Bent's back as well, I do believe he's the best partner for Rooney, 0-2 England."
Lashing it down in Montenegro. Will add some zip to the surface. Grass is a little long, so England will be happy.
Michael Johnson is tuning in from Montreal. He says: "It's a shame Capello didn't pick Agbonlahor for this match. He's in fine club form and it would be interesting to see him partner up with Rooney. Hoping Phil Jones makes the most of his chance, would love to see him go on a few of those barreling runs that are becoming his trademark. I predict a low-tempo 2-0 win, with Rooney and Young bagging the goals in the second half."
Dhiren Leal is looking for England to win big. He says: "Shocked Wellbeck only made the bench, but still England to win 3-1. If we don't win by at least three goals we've got no chance in Euro 2012 in my opinion."
Closing on kick-off now with less than 15 minutes to go. There doesn't appear to be any nerves in the England camp, they all look very relaxed. They know what they have got to do. They are 90 minutes away from securing qualification - easy!
Gary is expecting England to get the job done. He says: "Can't see any problems. I think England players know they owe us and will perform well. Can't afford any more excuses."
Neil is another in the pro-Lampard camp. He says: "Capello never fails to amaze me. His philosophy is supposdly based on picking players in form. Last weekend Frank Lampard was the best midfielder in England by a country mile. Three goals from midfield, what more does Lampard have to do? His name should be the first on the team sheet."
Richard Kulinski is not a Bobby Zamora fan. He has quoted a famous chant, saying: "If the ball hits ya head when your sat in row zed that's Zamora...... Nuff said."
Abhisheck Varadarajan is another of the opinion that Capello has not his starting XI wrong, saying: "I think Capello has made wrong choice. Should have played Lampard definitely. I think England will scrape this 1-0."
Jon Barrett wonders if Capello has selected the right side. He says: "Why do we keep playing Barry when he has shown us time after time he is too slow for international football?"
Montenegro team: Mladen Bozovic, Zverotic, Djudovic, Savic, Kascelan, Vukcevic, Pekovic, Vladimir Bozovic, Beciraj, Jovetic, Vucinic. Subs: Blazic, Jovanovic, Batak, Djalovic, Damjanovic, Cetkovic, Delibasic.
England team: Hart, Jones, Cahill, Terry, Cole, Walcott, Barry, Parker, Young, Rooney, Bent. Subs: Carson, Jagielka, Baines, Lampard, Downing, Welbeck, Zamora.
Ashley Handelaar reckons England might not have things all their own way. He says: "England's problem I think lies in protecting the back line and creativity, which is where they miss Gerrard and Wilshere."
Richard Newman is in optimistic mood. He says: "I like the look of the England team, I think it will be a hard game, but as soon as Rooney scores the first goal, we will settle down and go on to win 1:3 with Montenegro scoring a goal late on. The other two goals from Young and a Rooney second."
Qasim Mehmood reckons England will ease to victory. He says: "I reckon England might dominate the game with Rooney to get a hat-trick and Young to score one goal. England to win 4-0."
Ryan Williams thinks he is on to a winner. He says: "I'm going 2-0, Rooney first goal - nice 22-1 in the bookies."
Lots of talk about the atmosphere that will greet England tonight. That surely isn't an excuse - these are Premier League players that are used to playing in derby games and on the international stage. It will be loud tonight, but I don't see it being a problem.
All the talk of Zamora starting appears to have been wide of the mark. It looks like Darren Bent will be partnering Rooney in attack. Phil Jones gets the nod, while Lampard is once again among the subs.
Sefton Monk is first to get in touch and is keeping it short and sweet. He says: "Zamora + Rooney = No more years of hurt." Fair enough.
You can also bet in-play throughout the game at skybet.com. England start as strong favourites at 8/13, with Montenegro 11/2 and the draw 13/5. You can get 9/1 on the game to finish 0-0. If you think there will be goals, you can get 7/2 on Wayne Rooney to break the deadlock.
How do you see the game going? Will England get the job done or will they be left sweating on results in the final round of fixtures? Who will stabd out for the Three Lions? Let me know your thoughts.

It promises to be an interesting night, with England renowned for doing things the hard way. Hopefully that won't be the case this time around and we can all start planning a trip to Ukraine and Poland nice and early.
Fabio Capello has insisted that England will not look to play for a draw, and such a tactic would appear to be ill-advised. Three should be the aim, allowing the Three Lions to establish momentum in the countdown to next summer.
Montenegro, meanwhile, still have plenty to play for. Victory tonight would put them in contention to steal top spot in Group G from England, while defeat would leave them in danger of surrendering second play to Switzerland.
The Three Lions head into the game knowing that a point will be enough to see them book their safe passge to next summer's European Championships.
