FULL-TIME: It's all over at St James' Park and Newcastle crash out after a 1-1 draw on the night as Benfica go through 4-2 on aggregate. Salvio's late goal cancelled out Papiss Cisse's opener for Newcastle to send the Portuguese side into the semi-finals.
Chance for Newcastle as Marveaux is brought down by Almeida who is a lucky to escape a sending off as he was already on a booking.
Play switches straight up to the other end as Ben Arfa beats his man to work his way into the box, but he drives his shot over the top.
Newcastle are pouring forward and Ameobi just loses his footing as he fires in a shot which is easily saved by Artur after the striker fell as he hit the shot.
