Newport duo Calaum Jahraldo-Martin and Joss Labadie are out of Saturday's clash with Mansfield.
Both players are nursing hamstring injuries while Robbie Willmott is also absent, sidelined by a knee problem.
New recruit Paul Hayes is not yet ready to feature.
Mansfield have winger Alfie Potter available again after missing the last three games with a calf injury.
