Kanu has signed a new one-year contract with Portsmouth and Papa Bouba Diop has committed his future to the club until 2011.
Nigerian striker Kanu moved to Fratton Park from West Brom three years ago and has since made 98 appearances for Pompey.
He has scored 21 goals, including the winner in the 2008 FA Cup final against Cardiff, although he has yet to find the target this season.
Kanu's previous contract expired at the end of last term but he penned a one-month deal in August as talks over a longer agreement continued.
Midfielder Diop has signed an extension to his existing deal and there is also the option for another year to keep him at Portsmouth until 2012.
The Senegal international has been a key performer for the club since his arrival in 2007 and chief executive Peter Storrie is delighted he will be staying.
"It's good news. Papa is a strong midfielder and it's great that he's committed himself to Pompey," Storrie told the club's official website.
"Papa wanted to extend his contract last season but he injured his knee so first we wanted to make sure he was fit and there were no problems."
