Burnley striker Sam Vokes has signed a new three-and-a-half year deal with the Championship club.
Vokes, who has netted five times this season, had 18 months remaining on his current deal.
The 26-year-old scored 20 goals in the last Championship promotion campaign, but missed the majority of the 2014/15 season after suffering a cruciate knee ligament injury in March 2014.
"It's great news to sign a new deal, I'm really happy here and to commit my future is a great feeling," he said.
"This is a club that I feel is going to get back where we were last season and being part of the last promotion, I feel the squad we have now has a real chance of that.
"You see where the club is going with a new training ground that is being built and it's fantastic to be part of the group.
"I really feel at home here now so for the next three and a half years it will be good to kick on."
"When I moved here the first time around it felt like a great place to be and with the strides the club has made, they've showed what it's about to be involved at Burnley."
