West Ham boss Slaven Bilic and forward Andy Carroll will face no further action regarding their comments about referee Jon Moss following the 2-2 draw at Leicester earlier this month.

However, Bilic has been reminded of his responsibilities and Carroll warned over his future conduct.

The duo were unhappy with Moss's decision to award Leicester a late penalty in the clash on April 17, which Leonardo Ulloa converted as the Premier League leaders salvaged a 2-2 draw.

Moss had earlier sent off Leicester forward Jamie Vardy, awarded a penalty against for the Foxes for grappling in the area at a set-piece, and then denied them a spot-kick when a Hammers defender appeared to commit a similar offence.

And Carroll claimed he was only penalised for an injury-time challenge on Jeffrey Schlupp because Moss wanted to "even things up".

Bilic suggested the crowd played a part in the controversial late penalty decision, remarking: "People say he (Moss) shouldn't be influenced, but this is real life."
