The five-time champions are unhappy with the treatment they have been getting during the South Africa finals on their way to reaching the last eight.
The South Americans saw midfielder Elano take the full brunt of a crunching tackle from Ismael Tiote midway through the match against Ivory Coast a fortnight ago before playmaker Kaka was harshly sent off in the Soccer City clash.
And Dunga also believes his players are not gaining sufficient aid from referees.

"The technical players are punished and those who commit the fouls are not. It's pathetic," said the Brazil coach.
Central defender Juan, who scored the opener in the 3-0 last 16 win over Chile, believes players like Elano are deliberately targeted.
"I deeply regret that a professional footballer goes on to the pitch with the intention of injuring a player as was the case with Elano," said the Roma centre-back.
"I think teams have to play hard against Brazil because they know that Brazil know how to play football and when we play a little tougher, we are carded."
Elano, who will miss his third game on the spin following his ankle injury, was still angered by referee Stephane Lannoy for not recognising the foul on him against Ivory Coast.

"I didn't get the chance to speak to the referee, but he didn't even whistle for a foul," said the Galatasaray schemer.
"There was a foul on Robinho later that should really have merited a red card."
Elano went on to say that Brazil, who have picked up six yellow cards as well as Kaka's dismissal, do not look to hurt their opponents.
"We have various characteristics in our squad, but there is no-one who goes out there with the intention of injuring an opponent," added the former Manchester City man.
"The problem is that it's me who pays the price because I can't be available for my team. These fouls must be punished."
