Former United and Chelsea target looking to kick-start career

Slovenia international Armin Bacinovic insists he is not thinking about previous interest from Chelsea and Manchester United after moving to Serie B. Bacinovic moved to Palermo in 2010 and had a brilliant maiden campaign in Italy which resulting in him being handed a new five-year deal by the Sicily club. His initial displays saw him attract interest from the likes of United and Chelsea, but his form diminished at the end of last season after he suffered with injuries. Now he has accepted a loan move to Hellas Verona where he hopes to kick-start his career. "I wanted to leave in January but I got injured and I had to stay. Now I'm happy that I will play regularly once again," he said. "Some time ago I was wanted by Chelsea and Manchester United but that is in the history now. I don't think about that anymore. "Now I'm just focused to return even stronger. I don't plan to play in Serie B for a long time."
