The 20-year-old Serbian star was reportedly the target of Manchester United and Liverpool last summer and has previously said he will leave Heerenveen at the end of this season.
Djuricic now seems intent on remaining at the Abe Lenstra Stadion for the foreseeable future until a 'dream club' comes calling after rejecting CSKA's overtures.
"I don't want to leave for a top club just yet," he told De Telegraaf. "In about four years from now I have to be at a club like PSV Eindhoven, Twente, Ajax or Vitesse.
"If I'm not at any of these clubs, then I think I will be playing in Spain, England, Germany or Italy."
Djuricic admits he does not have a problem with giving his opinions to the media and says that being honest id the only way to become famous.
"If you want to be popular then you have to participate in the game," he added.
"I believe you have to be yourself when dealing with the media and be as honest as possible. I can't lie."
