The 27-year-old was hospitalised and placed in an induced coma after the accident in the early hours of June 4, in which he suffered injuries to his spine and right arm.
He regained consciousness on June 13 and left Rouen University Hospital on July 5, and his club's general director Julien Fournier has today offered further encouraging news on his progress.
Fournier told L'Equipe: "I spoke to him on the telephone at the end of last week, his morale was quite good.
"For the first time, he had been outside of the medical centre the previous weekend. He is there for now but he has regained some feeling, notably in his right arm which was damaged.
"He cannot take weight on it yet but he has regained some mobility."
Anin has scored once in 26 Ligue 1 appearances for Nice, having also played for Le Havre and Sochaux.
