Berry eyeing top-seven berth

Having set Plymouth on their way to a thrashing of Morecambe on Saturday, right-back Durrell Berry is targeting the play-offs.

Berry netted his first senior goal for the Pilgrims in his 97th appearance and that 5-0 win lifted Argyle to eighth, with seventh-placed Southend in their sights after four wins from their last five matches. "We're two points behind now, with a game in hand," he told the club's official website. "We just need to keep going. We've not done anything yet, so we need to keep getting the performances right and getting the results. "All the boys in the dressing room believe we can get in the play-offs. We are going to keep striving to get there. There is going to be someone coming out of the pack that is going to get in the play-offs. Looking at the pack, there's no reason why it can't be us. "Confidence is flying. We have just got to keep going now and hopefully we can push for promotion."
