Bury have agreed a deal with Bristol City to extend Adam El-Abd's loan deal until the end of the campaign. The 30-year-old can stay with the club until May 24, meaning he will be free to play should the Shakers be involved in the play-offs. El-Abd has made 10 appearances in the heart of the club's defence since arriving in November on an initial two-month deal. In his post-match press conference on Saturday, boss David Flitcroft said: "Adam has been fantastic. He wants to lead, he wants to put in the work on the training pitch and he has been a big success for me while here on loan."
