Wycombe have failed in their bid to overturn the red card shown to Matt McClure on Tuesday.
The striker was dismissed for violent conduct just 70 seconds after coming off the bench during the Chairboys' 2-1 win over Tranmere. The decision was upheld after an appeal was submitted to the FA, and McClure, who has hit five goals so far this season, will now sit out the next three games.
