Burton have signed Sheffield United midfielder Florent Cuvelier on loan until the end of the season.

The 22-year-old has been sent out by the League One club in order to get first-team football. Cuvelier has been limited to just five appearances so far this campaign with all of those coming in December. The Belgian Under-21 international needs to regain fitness after suffering a knee injury last year and could debut for the Brewers against Hartlepool on Saturday. Blades manager Nigel Clough told his club's official website: "This is a good move to enable Flo to play football on a regular basis to build his fitness. "Burton is a good location for him personally and with them being around the top of League Two it gives him some competitive action."
