Rotherham striker Jonson Clarke-Harris has joined Doncaster on loan until the end of the season.

The 20-year-old, signed from Oldham for an undisclosed fee in September, recently returned to the AESSEAL New York Stadium following a loan spell at MK Dons. "Jono is a young man who we believe has a big future with the Millers, but at the same time he has such a burning desire to play first-team football and this short-term move to Doncaster Rovers, a club I wholly respect, should allow that to happen," boss Steve Evans told the club's offiicial website. "Since coming back from his previous loan move the lad has spoken to me on a number of occasions about having a desire to be playing regularly on a Saturday afternoon and I can do nothing but respect that. "He will add power, pace, strength and hopefully goals to a Rovers team that have enjoyed a good season led by my good friend Paul Dickov. "I have allowed the loan deal to run to a date that would include the end-of-season play-offs in the event that Doncaster Rovers are successful in reaching them. "But the supporters should know that I have insisted that there will be a recall notice inserted into the agreement after the initial 28-day period. In summary, the player can be recalled at a minutes' notice after the 28-day notice." Clarke-Harris has scored three goals in 13 appearances for Rotherham since making his debut in a 1-1 draw at Bournemouth in September.
