Matt Phillips' future is the subject of mounting speculation but the QPR winger is ignoring the background noise.

Having endured a topsy-turvy time since arriving from Blackpool two years ago, the 24-year-old enjoyed an upturn in fortunes after Chris Ramsey's appointment.

That form in Rangers' ultimately unsuccessful battle to avoid the drop has led to admiring glances from Premier League clubs, with West Brom strongly linked with a move.

However, Phillips insists his only focus is on QPR and helping them bounce back from the Championship.

"I'm a QPR player and as you can see from the way I finished last season and the work I've done since, I am giving 100 per cent," he told the club's official website.

"I'll give everything until I'm told otherwise. I'm fully focused on getting through this pre-season and giving everything for the club."
