Southampton midfielder Sadio Mane has topped the Sky Sports Power Rankings after netting a hat-trick against Manchester City.

The 24-year-old soared 17 places up the charts by scoring his fifth goal in three games, adding to Shane Long's opener (No 9, up four places), while Saints' Dusan Tadic (No 10, up 12 places) assisted three goals.

Manchester City's Kelechi Iheanacho (No 16, up 39 places) netted twice for City in that game but failed to leapfrog last week's table-topper Sergio Aguero (No 2, down one place) after the Argentinean had struck seven goals in five league games, including a hat-trick against Chelsea, before being rested against Southampton.

Leicester - who drew 1-1 with Manchester United at Old Trafford on Super Sunday - were crowned champions after Tottenham failed to beat Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on Monday Night Football - but England's current top two teams recorded one of their worst weeks in the charts.

Only Harry Kane (No 8, down five places) made the top 10, while Leicester captain Wes Morgan rose five places to No 11 - despite both players scoring for their respective clubs to secure draws.

Arsenal's Alexis Sanchez dropped one place to No 3, having scored six and assisted two in six league games before the Gunners' 0-0 stalemate with Sunderland on April 24. Team-mate Laurent Koscielny rose two places to No 6 after helping his team keep five clean sheets in seven league games.

West Ham kept their hopes of a top-four finish alive with a 3-0 win over West Brom at the Hawthorns on Saturday, with Euro 2016 hopefuls Mark Noble (No 5, up 35 places) scoring twice and Andy Carroll (No 4, no move) assisting the second.

At the other end of the table, Newcastle winger Andros Townsend (No 7, up 18 places) boosted Rafa Benitez's chances of avoiding the drop with his 58th-minute match-winning goal against Crystal Palace.
