Jamie Carragher and Steven Gerrard are set to feature as the Liverpool Legends take on their counterparts from Real Madrid at Anfield on Saturday afternoon.
The clash, which is in aid of the LFC Foundation, is the return fixture after the two sides met at the Santiago Bernabeu in 2015 when Los Blancos ran out as 4-2 winners.
The Spaniards arrived on Merseyside on Friday with a star-studded line-up containing the likes of former stars Roberto Carlos, Emilio Butragueno and Luis Figo.
Anfield is expected to be a 53,000 sell out for what will be the Liverpool Legends' first-ever appearance in the UK.
And as well as Sky Sports pundit Carragher and former Liverpool and England captain Gerrard, 36, who hung up his boots last year and is now a youth-team coach at Anfield, the home side will include the likes of Michael Owen, John Aldridge, Daniel Agger, Luis Garcia, Gary McAllister and many, many more.
Ex-striker Robbie Fowler will skipper the Reds, while the Englishman's one-time partner in attack, Ian Rush, features in a player-manager role.
"Everybody's coming and we're really excited about the game," said Andrea Cooper, head of the LFC Foundation, the official charity of Liverpool FC.
"It's one of those projects where everybody wins really. The players absolutely love it, they really want to play, to wear the shirt again, to play in front of the new Main Stand for the first time, to see each other again, to have a reunion and share the old stories, and of course just to play a game, maybe score a goal.
"The fans love it, they've all got their favourite players they want to see again so it's a chance for them to see their heroes and of course we'll be raising a significant amount of funding for the Foundation and our new strategy which is focused very heavily on improving the life chances and opportunities for children and young people."
