Tottenham and Manchester United set a new Premier League attendance record at Wembley on Wednesday. But what is each club's largest crowd?

Spurs were granted permission to play up to 27 matches at the 90,000-capacity national stadium this season, while construction work continues on their new ground at White Hart Lane.

And as they defeated Manchester United, they did so in front of a record Premier League crowd of 81,978.

However, in 2016/17, 85,512 fans watched Mauricio Pochettino's side take on Bayer Leverkusen in the Champions League at Wembley - the record attendance for an English club at home.

Tottenham played in front of 80,827 supporters when they beat Liverpool 4-1 at Wembley earlier this season, while the previous Premier League record had been held by Manchester United, who hosted Aston Villa in front of 76,073 at Old Trafford in January 2007.
