Chelsea are chasing three English signings including Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Danny Drinkwater and Ross Barkley, according to The Daily Telegraph.
Oxlade-Chamberlain and Drinkwater are also linked with a move to Stamford Bridge in The Sun and The Daily Mirror respectively.
Drinkwater is set to cost Antonio Conte's side £32m, while they would have to pay £35m for Oxlade-Chamberlain.
Barcelona have been linked with move for Chelsea star Willian after "giving up" on Philippe Coutinho, reports The Daily Star.
The report suggests Barca have held talks with his representatives and are ready to test the Blues resolve with a bid.
The Times are also reporting that Chelsea are braced for another approach for Willian after the Spanish giants showed interest in the attacking midfielder.
Meanwhile, reports in The Daily Star suggest defender Virgil van Dijk has reportedly met Chelsea without the permission of Southampton.
It is thought the Blues will swoop for Dutchman before next Thursday's transfer deadline.
