City won the title with five games to spare in April and went on to accumulate a record-breaking 100 points.

They also scored 106 goals and won 32 games as they finished 19 points ahead of their nearest rivals Manchester United.

This all followed February's League Cup final defeat of Arsenal.

Gabriel Jesus' injury-time winner on Saturday took the champions to an unprecedented 100 points with a 1-0 win over Southampton at St Mary's Stadium.
